This study aims to explore the possible ways to establish the effective medical supports for the sexual violence victims(svv). Using the data collected from 83 male and female doctors who are interested or involved in providing medical services for the victims, the doctors' attitudes toward the victims, medical services provided, and their needs for the possible medical supports were investigated. For comparison, 3 different groups of doctors were presented. The doctors who had treated svv(type1) seemed to have a difficulty in receiving the fee for the treatment of svv, and to have higher needs for the spermatic(fluid) test as well as the diverse supports for the testimony in courts. The doctors who had no experience of treatment, but were supposed to treat svv(type2) seemed to have negative attitudes toward the victims, and expect more difficulties in treating svv. The doctors of type2 had lower needs for the support for the specialized medical services and assessment of the sexual assault, but higher needs for the testimony supports. The doctors who had no experience of treatment, and were not supposed to treat svv(type3) appeared to have less negative attitudes toward the victims, but more knowledge of law and the community organizations for svv. The type3 doctors seemed to have higher needs for the supports for the specialized medical services, assessment for the sexual assault, and testimony in the courts. Based on the findings, the intervention strategies to create a new effective medical support system for the sexual violence victims were suggested.

본 논문은 2005 년부터 2006 년도까지 정보통신부의 지원 하에 한국전자통신연구원 언어처리연구팀에서 성공적으로 개발하여 현재 산업자원부 특허지원센터에서 대용량의 영어 특허문서를 대상으로 한국어 자동번역 서비스를 제공하고 있는 특허 전문 영한 번역기에 대해 기술한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 일반 도메인을 대상으로 한 기존의 영한 번역기를 제한된 도메인을 대상으로 한 영한번역기로 개량하고자 할 때, 개량하는 방법으로써 제한된 도메인에 대한 특화 절차에 대해서 기술한다. 이와 같이 특화 절차에 따라 구축된 특허 전문 영한 번역기 번역률을 특허 분야 중에 주요 5개 분야(기계, 전기전자, 화학일반, 의료위생, 컴퓨터)에 대해 특허전문번역가가 평가한 결과, 평균 82.43%가 나왔다. 또한 전기전자 분야 특허문서를 대상으로 특허 전문 영한 번역기와 일반 도메인을 대상으로 한 영한 번역기와의 번역률을 평가한 결과, 특허 전문 영한 번역기는 82.20%, 일반 도메인 대상 영한 번역기는 54.25%의 번역률을 내어, 특허에 특화된 특허 전문 영한 번역기가 특화되지 않은 일반 도메인의 영한 번역기에 비해 27.95%나 더 높은 결과를 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 개인 특화된 의료를 위한 진단, 치료선택, 예후 추정을 지원하기 위한 정보를 전문 의료인에게 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 데이터베이스 설계와 구축을 제시한다. 내원 환자들의 유전자 수준의 미시 데이터, 임상학적 거시 데이터, 가족력, 유사 질환군 등의 연관정보 데이터를 통합 연계하여 이력으로 관리하고, 데이터의 점진적 누적이 가능한 통합의료시스템을 위한 데이터베이스 설계의 프레임워크를 구축하였다.

본 논문에서는 웹과 같은 일반적인 도메인의 영한 자동 번역기를 특허용 영한 자동번역기로 특화하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 특허용 영한 파동번역기로의 특화는 다음과 같은 절차에 의해 이루어진다: 1) 대용량 특허 문서에 대한 언어학적 특성 분석, 2) 대용량 특허문서 대상 전문용어 추출 및 대역어 구축, 3) 기존 번역사전 대역어의 특화, 4) 특허문서 고유의 번역 패턴 추출 및 구축, 5) 언어학적 특성 분석에 따른 번역 엔진 모듈의 특화 및 개선, 6) 특화된 번역 지식 및 번역 엔진 모듈에 따른 번역률 평가. 이와 같은 절차에 의해 만들어진 특허 영한 자동 번역기는 특허 전문번역가의 평가에 의해 전분야 평균 81.03%의 번역률을 내었으며, 분야별로는 기계분야(80.54%), 전기전자분야(81.58%), 화학일반분야(79.92%), 의료위생분야(80.79%), 컴퓨터분야(82.29%)의 성능을 보였으며 계속 개선 중에 있다. 현재 본 논문에서 기술된 영한 특허 자동번역 시스템은 산업자원부의 특허지원센터에서 변리사 및 특허 심사관이 영어 전기전자분야 특허 문서를 검색할 때 한국어 번역서비스를 제공받도록 이용되고 있으며($\underline{http://www.ipac.or.kr}$), 2007년에는 전분야 특허문서에 대한 영한 자동번역 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.

Medical information is variously generated not only from medical devices but also from electronic devices. Recently, related convergence technologies from big data collection in healthcare to medical AI products for patient's condition analysis are rapidly increasing. However, there are difficulties in applying them because of independent developmental procedures. In this paper, we propose an intelligent hospital information system (iHIS) model to simplify and integrate research, development and application of medical AI technology. The proposed model includes (1) real-time patient data management, (2) specialized data management for medical AI development, and (3) real-time monitoring for patient. Using this, real-time biometric data collection and medical AI specialized data generation from patient monitoring devices, as well as specific AI applications of camera-based patient gait analysis and brain MRA-based cerebrovascular disease analysis will be introduced. Based on the proposed model, it is expected that it will be used to improve the HIS by increasing security of data management and improving practical use through consistent interface platformization.

간호사 정보 시스템은 간호사들이 사용하던 기존의 차트 대신에 PDA를 사용하여 의료 정보 데이터의 입력과 조회를 장소와 시간에 구애됨이 없이 항상 가능하게 하며, 위급한 상황이나 바른 임상판단을 요하는 상황의 발생이 빈번한 병원 환경에서 신속한 임상적 의사결정을 도모하기 위해 설계 구현된 시스템이다. 간호사 정보 시스템의 구성요소는 휴대형 정보단말기를 지원하는 이동지원시스템(MSS), 병원정보시스템으로 구성되며 이들의 원활한 연동과 정보 공유를 위해서는 간호사를 위해 특화된 데이터베이스 스키마와 이질적인 스키마간의 동기화 작업을 수행하는 싱크 모듈이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 간호사 요구사항을 중심으로 MSS와 PDA의 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하고 구현하였으며 또한, PDA와 MSS의 데이터 동기화 시 PDA와 MSS의 스키마 불일치 때문에 발생하는 복제와 동기화의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 싱크 모듈을 구현하였다.

본 논문은 기존의 헬스케어 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스(smart healthcare service)에 관한 연구이다. 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰의 기능에 맞추어 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, 최근에는 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 헬스케어 시스템에 기존의 병원정보시스템과 연동되기 위해서는 의료정보전송 표준인 HL7을 지원해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 게이트웨이에서 동작하는 HL7 표준 변환 모듈을 설계 구현하였다.

This study is intended to estimate the demand for the green health industry market, to seek for the strategies to develop human resources and to provide fundamental data for development of local green health industry specialization programs in the manner of investigating the intentions to participate in and opinions about the green health industry. Data were collected from 190 and surveyed from 5 to 19 in November 2010. Based upon the priority survey and factor analyses of educational contents for development of human resources specializing in the green health industry, there is some difference in the classification of all domains between the two groups, however the results concerning the cognition of the language education of educational contents and the priority of medical tourism marketing are similar between the two groups. As one of the biggest problems with medical tourism is the difficulty of communication during medical examination and treatment, it is desirable to develop professional human resources with global competitiveness based on customized education as well as excellent language skills by the specialized fields of green health industry.
