Recently, several studies have been carried on knowledge flow of science, technology, industry to establish STI policy. Still it is lack of studies on relationship of science-industry although there have been studied only in aspect of science-technology relationship or technology-industry relationship. This paper's purpose is to propose method to measure knowledge flow among science, technology, and industry by means of patent citation. After gathering knowledge flow data between science and technology through mapping citing patent and cited paper, it gets knowledge flows data between technology-industry by using OTC (OECD Technology Concordance), technology-industry mapping program. Basd on 2 types of knowledge flow data, it propose method to examine knowledge flow from science to industry by applying overlap function is a network link weight function.

The paradigm of war is basically changed by development of information and communication technologies. One of the paradigms in future war is NCW(Network-Centric Warfare) that is purposed of achievement in information-superiority. In this future war, the level of menace and fragility is rapidly increased in information-security according to the massive information and complex system. Therefore the Korean army is developing the information-security technologies for NCW. But, until now patent analysis concerning NCW has not performed. In this paper, we suggest a meaningful data for efficient R&D through patent analysis of information-security technologies on NCW.

Local company which has excellent patent technique is required design development for sales growth and enhancement of market competitiveness. For the solution about this requirement of small and medium company, the patent office and Chooncheognbukdo are jointly progressing the value consideration business of local design, and the design is improved through this. This study is to show the illustration of the design developed by business process of V company for 'the development of external design of LED LAMP fitted into the environment in tunnel' as a project ordered by S company, and the improvement patent was created with simulation development in considering design recognition of supporting company and the competitiveness of the product by successful performance of the external design development based on patent technique. Through the effective change method of LED LAMP in tunnel and the suggested result of LED LAMP reflection method, the beneficiary company has progressed the corporate body from the individual business, and at present the primary product was completed by securing manufacturing basis facilities for manufacturing and sales. Local small and medium company became a strong design company by connecting design development supporting business through the supporting method of the fusion of design and patent.

Data is explosively growing, but many companies are still using data analysis only for descriptive analysis or diagnostic analysis, and not appropriately for predictive analysis or enterprise technology strategy analysis. In this study, we analyze the structured & unstructured patent data such as IPC code, inventor, filing date and so on by using big data analysis techniques such as network analysis and TF-IDF. Through this analysis, we propose analysis process to understand the core technology and technology distribution of competitors and prove it through data analysis.

ICT sector has been made a great deal of achievements for past 20 or more years in the aspects of the industrial promotion and the efficiency improvement under the strong leadership by the government for the informatization and still leads the Korean industries. However, the previous studies are mostly on how the quantitative growth of patents impacts a company's management achievements while being insufficient on the qualitative level. In this study, an analysis is attempted on the impact from the qualitative level of patents held by a ICT company leading Korean industry to its management achievements. In other words, if the concentration of technological innovation activities, a scale to measure the qualitative level of possessed patents is influential to the growth and the profit of a company is analyzed. The analysis result shows that the current time technological superiority index, RTA and the concentration index, CRn of the technological innovation activities significantly impact to the growth and the profit of company. This study demonstrates the positive impact from a highly qualitative level of patents to the growth and the profit of a company in ICT sector in the current circumstance of insufficient researches on the qualitative level of patents. Therefore, this study is expected to present a new start point for the future studies.

In general, as a method to confirm a urinary tract infection (UTI) in a medical institutions, urine culture including a urinalysis and an antimicrobial susceptibility test is performed. It is important to disinfect the area around the urethra and perineum before collecting urine samples, and it is important to collect it intermediate urine, not the first-void urine. We invented a patent urine cup (Patent No. 10-1732843) that can automatically and easily separate first-void urine and midstream urine and using this, the patent cup and the general cup were compared and evaluated using this. Nitrite (P<0.001), WBC (P=0.005), Bacterial colony count (P=0.001), colony positivity rate (P=0.004) in first-void urine (N=24), midstream urine (N=24) separated by patent cup to obtain a significantly higher value. This can be seen from the fact that the first-void urine and midstream urine separated using the patent cup were well separated. Also, the number of Bacterial colonies was statistically significantly higher in the midstream urine isolated using a patent cup (N=24) than in the midstream urine collected using a general cup (N=24) (average 7.9 vs. 4.0 on average, P= 0.002). Which means that the midstream urine separated using the patent cup is more sensitive to the UTI test than the midstream urine collected using a general cup.

국가 R&D 특허성과를 높이기 위해서는 원천 핵심특허 선점이 가능한 미래 유망기술에 대한 집중적인 R&D 투자가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국가 R&D선정단계에서부터 최종관리까지 지식재산 관점에서의 국가 R&D 목표값을 제시하여 관리함으로써 R&D 투자 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 비전을 제시하고 이를 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 지재권 전략 추진을 위한 모델을 제시하였다.

XML4IP는 현재 세계지적재산권기구(WIPO)가 특허, 디자인, 상표 정보를 교환하는데 상호운영성을 지향하기 위해 개발하고 있는 표준이다. XML4IP는 단순히 지재권 데이터를 처리하고 교환하는 것 뿐만 아니라 현존하고 있는 각각의 지재권 정보 표준을 대체하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이에 XML4IP의 현재까지 진행된 표준 내용 및 각국 특허청의 논의내용을 분석하였고, 세계 각국이 지향하는 지재권 정보 처리 방안에 대한 의견을 종합하였다.

이차전지의 응용영역이 소형시장 중심에서 향후 대형 시장으로 확대될 것으로 예상되며, 한국, 일본, 중국, 미국 등을 중심으로 시장이 형성될 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 이차전지의 특허 정보를 이용하여 현재 우리나라의 기술적 위치를 파악하고 IPC 정보를 이용하여, 기술 분야 간 관계를 규명하여 향후 이차전지 분야에서의 기술 개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 한국은 현재 이차전지 시장에서 기술적으로 비교적 우위를 점하고 있지만, 전기 자동차 등 중대형 이차전지 분야에 대한 기술 개발이 상대적으로 미흡하여 이에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.
