The patents were searched to investigate the trend of recycling technologies about plastic waste. Database was collected from WIPS site and the range of the search was limited to patents opened in U.S.A (US), European Union (EU), Japan (JP) and Korea (KR) to september 2009. In this paper, 4,795 patents were selected by investigation abstracts and the trend of the recycling technologies relating to waste plastic were investigated through the analyzing by the years, countries, companies. The patents were occupied 65% by Japan and the most of the patents were about chemical recycling. In the case of Korea, material recycling was major in the patents of waste plastic recycling.

The patents were searched to investigate the trend and the direction of technologies about the recycling of WEEE (waste electric and electronic equipment). Database was collected from WIPS site, and then 223 patents were selected by investigating abstracts. The patents from 1986 to 2007 were analyzed according to countries, international patent classification (IPC), companies, technologies, and recycling-target materials. The most patents were applied in Japan and by Japan companies. Patents about physical pretreatment technology are the most among the patents of the WEEE recycling technologies. Patents about printed circuit boards among target materials are the most because of its high value-added.

This study investigate the patent trend of natural feed additives for avian influenza prevention and immunity enhancement. The search scope is Korean and Chinese patents published before December 31, 2017. As a result, I found 53 Korean patents and 105 Chinese patents. Korea and China has increased the number of patent applications since late 2000. In particular, China filed the most patent applications in 2016. Both Korea and China, the oriental medicine materials were mainly used in patent claims. Korea has many patent applications that are submitted by universities, research institutes and bio companies, but China has a high proportion of individual patent applicants.

엔터테인먼트 로봇 관련 특허가 미국과 한국에서 2000년대 초반부터 출원이 증가하였으며, 2006년 이후에 한국과 미국에서의 특허출원 건수가 다른 국가에 비해 높게 나타났다. 일본, 한국, 미국 국적 출원인의 특허 출원이 전체의 97%로 상위 3개 국적 출원인에 의해 기술개발이 진행되었다. 엔터테인먼트 로봇 기술개발 단계를 살펴보면 한국은 발전기, 미국은 성숙기, 일본은 회복기 단계로 분석 되었다.
