This study aims to investigate development directions for smart contents to support enhancing adaptive behavior skills of children with autistic disorder in elementary school. AHP survey of experts including special education teachers and directors in educational institution for disability children was performed to analyze importance weight for smart contents development necessity and effectiveness in adaptive behavior skills. And the smart contents development suitability through pre-discussion for idea generation for various development method and AHP survey with smart application development experts was evaluated. The results show that the effective and suitable adaptive behavior skills for smart contents development were understanding of languaging, time management and keeping, movement skills, wearing clothes, and personal hygiene in order of importance. Based on this study, education authorities should make an effort not to develop fragmentary educational smart contents but to support development of smart contents and service systems with better effectiveness and usability to meet demand for special education teachers and parents considering characteristics of children with autism.

This paper performs analysis the load patterns for the all the special days and studies the change of the load patterns for the last 15 years using Expert system based on the load record and the weather condition record. The Expert system is one of the four major load forecasting methods of the power system And it is used for forecasting. loads of the special days based on the Know-how of the load forecasting Experts. After the author simulates the load forecasting using hourly relative factors of the load patterns based on the past load records, there is considerable improved effect. The average errors of past 5 days load forecasting of lunar New Year's Day (year 2002 and 2003) is $3.23{[\%]}$. Using the new method the author forecast loads of the lunar new year's days (the year 2005) and it shows only $1.78{[\%]}$ error. A field manual for the load forecast can be made using proposed method. The authors expect this article could give a guidance to those who wish to be load forecast expert.

Various efforts and technical development for integrating the ICT technologies to the area of special needs education have been continuing. In this paper we have studied and implemented various ICT-based disability evaluation websites and mobile applications for special needs education and also verified their usefulness from the field test at disability schools. The valuer can access the websites and mobile applications for autistic behavior or learning disability evaluation at the any places and by any devices such as laptop, PC, smartphone and tablet PC. And all the evalation results are stored into and managed at the server database and shared with websites and mobile applications to integrate together easily. From the study about disability evaluation and implementation results we have a confidence that they will be useful to support the seamless evaluation and the continuous monitoring services for the disabled at the special needs education fields.

본 논문에서는 정지영상에 주로 적용되어 왔던 히스토그램 등화 (histogram equalization) 기법을 실시간 동영상 화질향상에 이용할 수 있도록 확장한다. 우선, 동영상의 히스토그램 등화를 실시간으로 동작하기 위한 방안으로, 이전 프레임들의 히스토그램을 이용하여 현재 프레임의 변환 함수를 구성하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 페이드-인 (fade-in) 등과 같이 장면 전환을 위한 특수 효과를 적용한 동영상이나 장면의 특성상 낮은 화소값이나 높은 화소값들만으로 구성된 동영상에 대해 히스토그램 등화를 적용할 경우 발생하는 문제점을 극복하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 따라서 제안하는 알고리듬을 적용하여 동영상의 히스토그램 등화를 수행하면 실시간 동영상 처리가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 특수 기법들을 사용한 동영상을 효과적으로 개선하여 향상된 화질의 동영상을 얻을 수 있다.

Recently, there is a growing consideration that game authoring tools can play an important role in producing 3D games. In this paper, we introduce our 3D game authoring tool. The tool consists of a map editor, a sound editor, a game data exporter/previewer, and a special effect editor. This tool can help a game designer Produce game data such as game maps, sound effects, and special effects, and so on. In this paper, we implemented a prototype game content to verify the effectiveness of the developed authoring tool.

Dendropanax morbiferus leaves (DPL) has been used as a medicine since ancient times in various diseases such as inflammation, diabetes, and cancer. In particular, it has been found to have anticancer effects on several types of cancer cells, but the anticancer effect on breast cancer cells SK-BR-3 has not yet been revealed. Therefore, in this study, DPL caused proliferation inhibition in breast cancer cells SK-BR-3 and the anticancer effect by inducing apoptosis was confirmed, through an in vitro experiment. In order to examine the effect of DPL on cell viability, MTT assay was performed to confirm a significant decrease in the concentration of cell viability. DAPI staining was performed to examine the effect of DPL on cellular morphological changes and increase of apoptotic bodies. To supplement this, an increase in the apoptosis rate was also confirmed through flow cytometry after staining with annexin V/PI. Western blot was performed to confirm apoptosis-related proteins. DPL increased the expression of Cleaved-PARP, Bax whereas decreased the expression of Bcl-2. Changes in the expression levels of MAPK pathway proteins p-ERK1/2, p-JNK, and p-p38 were also confirmed, and a significant increase in p-p38 was observed. These results indicated that DPL induced apoptosis, through p-p38 MAPK signal pathway in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells.

In order to evaluate the domain-specific model and process-specific model of spatial and nonspatial working memory (WM), this study manipulated the memory load of the delayed response task and examined how the neural correlates of memory load effect was influenced by the stimulus domain (face and location) at the maintenance stage of WM using an event-related fMRI experiment. One or three face stimuli were presented as target stimuli and participants were asked to maintain the face itself (face WM) or the location of face stimuli (spatial WM). The results of recognition judgment accuracy showed no difference between face WM and spatial WM, and showed equivalent memory load effects of both WM. As a result of brian image analysis, memory load effect at maintenance stage showed that inferior, middle, and superior PFC were recruited by both face WM and spatial WM, and showed that VLPFC was the commonly activated area by both WM, supporting functional specialization of PFC by process components of WM. This study provides evidence for process-specific model in which maintenance of WM is associated with VLPFC.
