한미 양국은 9월 6일(수)부터 9월 9일(토)까지 미국 시애틀에서 3차 본협상을 갖는다. 이에 앞서 의약품 분과 별도 협상을 21일부터 싱가포르에서 개최하였다. 1,2차 협상이 자국의 이익을 관철시키기 위한 탐색전의 성격이었다고 한다면, 3차 협상은 서로 물고 물리는 치열한 협상이 예상되는 가운데, 미국의 공세적 입장을 우리측이 어떤 식으로 맞받아칠지, 민감분야를 어떻게 보호해 나갈 지 귀추가 주목된다.

이 논문은 일본 임금교섭의 '높은 수준의 조율'과 '상당한 기업규모별 임금격차의 존재'라는 일견 서로 모순되는 두 현상을 종합적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 일본에서의 기업규모별 임금격차의 상황을 보았다. 여기서 상당한 정도의 임금격차가 있다는 것을 재확인했다. 그렇지만 일본의 임금격차의 양상은 보다 복합적이어서 소정내 임금을 기준으로 할 때 초임에서는 기업규모별 임금격차가 거의 없었다. 또한 1970년대 이후 1990년대까지 기업규모별 임금격차가 거의 확대되지 않았으며, 한국과 비교할 때 기업규모별 임금격차는 작았다. 이렇게 된 한 가지 이유는 임금교섭인 춘투가 긴밀하게 조율됨으로써 초임이 통일되었고 기업간 평균임금의 격차를 일정 범위 내로 제한할 수 있었기 때문이다. 그리고 기업별 교섭이 긴밀하게 조율될 수 있었던 데에는 일단 '통일투쟁'을 주도한 노조의 전략이 중요한 요인이었다. 통일투쟁의 선두에 선 대기업 노조들은 기업 내에서의 임금극대화보다는 사회적 임금결정 기준을 형성하는 데에 노력했다. 이와 함께 노조에 맞서 강한 단결을 유지하고 긴밀한 협의체제를 만들어간 사용자의 대응 역시 결정적 요인이었다. 그럼에도 상당 폭으로 존재하는 임금격차 역시 임금교섭의 양상과 연관되어 있다. 기업별 교섭이 긴밀히 조율되긴 하나 조율에 한계가 있어서 임금격차를 어느 한도 이상 줄이지 못하는 것이다. 조율의 한계로는 첫째 노조 연대임금 정책의 부재, 둘째 기업별 교섭으로 인한 전국적 조율의 한계, 셋째 연공적 임금체계 하에서 기업횡단적 임금결정 기준이 부재한 것 등을 들 수 있다.

This study analyzed domestic media articles from 1920 to 2017 using R 3.4, a big data analysis tool. In addition, it examines the sexual minority discourse reproduced through the media for about 100 years, focused on the role of the film as an art of struggling with the projective aversion to sexual minorities. sexual minorities in movies are not abominable. They are people we already know in our daily lives, and they are just different in sexual orientation. In general, sexual minorities are less likely to encounter in everyday life, so they are experienced and perceived through what the media present. It is noteworthy that the representation of sexual minorities in the media is formed as a major agenda of our society by publicizing the problems underlying society on the surface. It causes social issues to be raised by revealing and highlighting the problems that are regarded as alienated and avoided from the mainstream's gaze. The content provided by the media enables a three-dimensional experience of subjects who have not experienced it by themselves, and has a decisive influence in correctly recognizing and judging society. Media content suggests that it can be a powerful weapon of recognition struggle that can naturally fight against social hatred without using methods such as demonstrations or protests.

Over the last 10 years, the fight against occupational diseases of semiconductor workers led by SHARPS(the Supporters for the Health And Rights of People in the Semiconductor industry, NGO) has accomplished considerable achievements, especially in the legal and institutional aspects. First, the court and the government accepted the claims that 24 injured workers respectively filed, recognizing their 10 types of diseases as occupational illness. The court not only expanded the list of work places and diseases that it recognized, but also presented more progressive logic of recognition. The most remarkable achievement among them is the case ruled by the Supreme court in July, 2017. In terms of 'worker's right to know', which is the most important factor in preventing occupational diseases, there have been significant legislative bills, court rulings and government guidelines. The revised bill of the Industrial Safety and Health Act to strengthen workers' rights to know and to introduce the pre-review system on trade secret is currently under review by the National Assembly. The court recently ruled that the government should disclose its inspection results on safety and health management at semiconductor factories. The ministry of labor has drawn up internal guidelines to more actively open its safety and health data to public. This study looks over recent developments in such rulings, bills and guidelines and then, analyzes their implications, laying the groundwork for future actions for worker health in the electronic industry.

Struggles to gain acknowledgement of identity have a characteristic of movement to recover human dignity. Participants in this movement come to confirm themselves as the subject of rights and communicate one another, free from oppression. Being guaranteed the opportunity to participate in the public opinion formation process is an indispensable element of human rights. In 1980, though it was short and incomplete, Gwangju experienced communal autonomy under the condition that state power was temporarily stopped. The contents and memories of the Gwangju Democratization Movement that intended to protect autonomy of civil society, resisting pillage of state power, remain intact in the 1980 Archives for the May 18th. The 5.18 archives were registered in UNESCO's Memory of the World in 2011, with its value of human rights and protection of democracy being acknowledged. The 5.18 archives have memories of resistance and struggles for justice, and sacrifices and pains of citizens under oppressive political authority in Gwangju, 1980. Thus, these archives are related to the historical struggles for democracy, and suggest a lesson on the transition process towards democracy to us. Preservation and utilization of the documentary heritage constantly lead the memories of historical events to the present, and enable exchanges of experiences and ideas between the present and the future. This study, through the process of UNESCO's Memory of the World registration and post-registration process, beyond the value of archives, tries to examine how historical events are led to the present, through the archives and to discuss the other values of archives.

This thesis discussed the status of women workers as wage laborers and home laborers and the valid of a documentary movie for representing women laborers through a documentary movie, Weabak that revolved around Home-ever occupation strike leaded E-Land labor union at 30th June, 2007. Jobs for women labors got covered by the flow of flexibility with the policy of labor flexibility in South Korea during 1990s. The reasons that justify this trend are their position in the households, and their roles in working places are not very important because there are not required difficult skills. The mass dismissal which caused the E-Land strike also shared these ideologies. In Weabak, since women laborers were always expected to care for their family, they were need strikes in their home as well as their working place. However, a household is a basement for them to get the identity as a women laborer. It has two ambivalent meanings, as a protected area and disorder for them to pursue their life at the same time. Identity of Women laborers, domestic laborers as well as wage laborers, are very difficult to identify as a general noun, a laborer. Weabak is an important example to show us the possibility of a documentary as searching new realism for representing women laborers' story using their own perspective.

경상북도 상주시 낙동면 신오리에서 7만수 규모로 10년간 육계업을 경영하고 있는 김봉득(봉봉농장, 본회 경북지부 회원)사장이 지난해 10월 25일경부터 일주일간에 걸쳐 25,000수에 달하는 닭들이 집단폐사하고 정원 연못에서 담수어들이 떼죽음을 당하면서 상주시청을 상대로 4개월간 배상문제를 놓고 끈질긴 투쟁을 하고 있으며, 지난 1월 10일 환경 분쟁조정위원회에 조정신청을 낸 상태로 보상결과가 주목되고 있다.

지난 2월 3일 한미 FTA현상이 공식 선언되면서 축산업계에 미칠 파장에 대해 우려하는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련해 지난 2일 외교통상부 주최로 개최될 예정이었던 한미 FTA 공청회가 농민단체들의 반발로 무산되는 사태가 발생되면서 앞으로 한미 FTA협상이 결코 순탄치 않을 것으로 예견되고 있다. 한미 FTA 체결에 따른 득과 실을 저울질할 때 국내 농축산업과 영화산업이 많은 피해를 입을 것으로 예상되어 왔으며, 이미 영화계는 쿼터량 축소라는 사안이 쟁점화 되면서 장외투쟁이 연일 벌어지고 있다. 피해가 가장 클 것으로 예견되는 축산업계에서도 지난7일 한미 FTA 협상저지를 위한 범축산인 비상대책위원회를 정식 출범하고 한미 FTA 협정을 원칙적으로 저지한다는 입장을 내비치고 있어 앞으로의 행보에 귀추가 주목되고 있다.

올해 41년 차 낙농인인 이용우 전(前) 한국낙농육우협회 감사(성동목장 대표, 충남 부여)는 세 번의 유대 인상과 한 EU FTA반대 원정투쟁, 축산업등록제 등 굵직한 이슈의 현장 최일선에서 행동하며 낙농산업 발전을 위해 힘썼다. 그 결과 이용우 대표는 지난 6월 1일 '세계우유의 날' 낙농진흥회가 개최한 제8회 한국낙농대상 시상식에서 '한국낙농대상(목장경영부문)'을 수상하는 영예를 얻었다. 낙농지도자로서 낙농가 권익 대변과 여론 결집에 기여해 온 이용우 대표를 만나 그가 생각하는 낙농의 과거와 미래에 대해 들어봤다.
