최근 기업들은 증가하는 IT 투자가 기업 가치 증대에 얼마나 기여하고 있는지를 합리적으로 검증 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있다. 이사회 및 최고 경영자는 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정이 투명하고 합리적인 기준에 기반하여 결정하고자 하나. IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정을 위한 기준은 매우 다양하고 표준화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 합리적인 투명한 결과를 얻기는 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기업들이 IT 투자 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 기준은 어떠한 것들이 있으며, 각각의 기준들에 대한 가중치를 어떠한지를 계층적으로 분석하여 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 평가 모델을 제시한다. 이 평가 모델을 활용하여 다양한 이해 관련자들이 IT 투자 우선 순위를 결정함에 있어 합리적이고 투명한 의사 결정이 가능하게 한다.

공학적 투자사업을 선택하거나 기각하는 의사결정기준으로 내부수익률법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 투자사업에서 예상되는 현금흐름의 형태에 따라 다수의 내부수익률이 존재하는 상황이 발생하면 내부수익률법은 의사결정기준으로 사용하기에 부적합하다. 내부수익률의 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전체 수익률 또는 외부수익률을 의사결정기준으로 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 외부수익률도 다양한 방법으로 정의되어 의사결정기준으로 적합한 외부수익률 계산방법을 정해야 하는 문제가 있다. 따라서 공학적 투자사업의 의사결정기준으로 적합한 외부수익률의 조건을 순현재가 치법과 비교하여 탐색한다.

수자원사업은 합리적이고 신뢰성 있는 의사결정이 필요한데 그동안 주로 경제성분석에 의존하여 왔다. 본 연구는 경제성분석위주의 기존 방법을 탈피하여 사업 필요성과 투자 타당성을 다양한 각도로 평가할 수 있는 합리적이고 객관적인 수자원사업 대안선정과 투자우선순위결정 방법을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 대안 간에 동일한 기준으로 종합평가점수를 산정하여 우선순위를 결정할 수 있도록 다기준의사결정모형을 개발하였다. 적용결과는 취약성 기준에 큰 영향을 받으며, 정책적 기준, 경제성 기준의 순으로 분석되었다. 이는 전문가 설문에 의한 평가기준별 가중치의 영향으로, 수자원사업은 단순히 경제성 분석만으로 평가를 해서는 안 됨을 의미한다. 본 연구는 대규모의 예산이 투입되는 수자원사업에 대한 효율성과 취약지역에 대한 형평성을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Venture capitalists (VCs) play an important role in finding and growing innovative venture companies with high growth potential but high risk. Venture capital investment does not depend on the system, unlike the investment for listed companies. Korea's venture capital industry has entered a period of growth, but lack of data has led to a lack of research on venture capital. Based on this background, this study attempts to analyze various factors affecting investment decision criteria of Korea VCs. In this study, I examined the major factors that VCs consider in decision making of investment through literature review, and I have drawn the research question accordingly. I will focus on the characteristics of founders, products / services, markets, financials, and networks that scholars share common investment decision criteria in Korean VCs. For the purpose of this study, the data were collected through the questionnaire surveyed by investment vetters working in current venture capital and analyzed using AHP analysis. Through this study, I tried to understand the Korean venture capital which has been poorly studied and what criteria and priorities Korean VCs make investment decisions in the Korean venture investment environment. The results of this research will contribute to the vitalization of venture investment, which is important for the upbringing of companies, by providing guidelines for establishing investment attraction strategies of venture companies.

As the demand for urban business hotel has increased in the recent years due to the sharp rise in overseas tourists, the potential of business hotel development has gained in financial attention for the real estate investment. However, its concept and business domain has not been defined, and none of investment guidance for the development has not been clarified. Accordingly, this report intends to define the concept of urban business hotel in perspective of real estate investment through prior case studies and literature review, and provide the structure of determinants which control its investment decisions. Furthermore, this study develops the weight of determinants depending on the type of investment, and evaluate the two actual projects in urban area of Seoul, differed from investment type: direct and indirect, based on AHP and Fuzzy methodologies. Research finding indicate that the financial factors affecting the sales and tour business condition factors are critical determinants regardless of investment type. And it is notable that the direct investment perspective pays more attention on the finance and investment associated determinants while the indirect one more focuses on the regional and environmental ones. From the analysis of case evaluation, it is also noteworthy that the direct investors turn out to be more conservative than indirect investors due to the risk of equity capital investment.

정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식은 매우 높아졌으나 정보보호에 대한 투자는 인식수준만큼 확대되지 않고 있다. 이는 정보보호 투자는 기업의 정보이용환경에 많은 변화를 가져오지만 투자효과에 대한 세부적 분석과 투자대상이 명확하지 않고, 그 효과를 측정하기 어려운 것이 주요원인이다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 조직에 적합한 정보보호 투자를 위한 선행 과제로 비용 및 효과요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업에 적합한 정보보호 투자 대안을 선정하기 위한 연구모형을 제시한다. 기업의 정보보호 투자 의사결정시 계량화하기 어려운 기준들을 이용해서 합리적인 투자 대안을 선정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정부의 ICT R&D는 전체산업 관점과 거시적 목적 지향적인 R&D 추진체계에서 필요한 R&D 목적달성을 위해 R&D투자재원의 효율적 배분이 매우 중요한 기능이 된다. 즉, R&D재원배분에 대한 다양한 기준들이 존재할 수 있으며, 이러한 상충적 배분기준들 사이에 객관적이고 효율적인 재원투자의 우선순위와 가중치가 기본적으로 필요하게 된다. R&D계획수립과 지원 분야선정을 위한 방법론으로 보편적으로 사용되고, 현장적용에 객관성을 확보하고 있는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 모형을 통해 상충적 다중의사결정에 발생하는 기준의 선호에 대한 쌍대비교를 통해 객관적 선택기준과 대안적 선택에 대한 의사결정 프레임워크를 제공해준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정부의 ICT산업경쟁력 제고 목적달성을 위한 투자부문과 기술분야에 대한 실증적인 의사결정구조와 재원배분안을 제시하고자 한다.

While previous studies on Crowd funding mainly focused on the plan and policy of the introduction of Crowd funding, this study classified Investment Decision Making criterion and proposed the significance of each factor, leading to results that can help investors practically. According to the analysis, (1) physical resource in business is the most important criterion to be considered as the way for investor to objectively make decisions on business model, (2) although people pay attention to the managerial capabilities of business, the creativity of business model is not being paid much attention. The result of this study can objectively determine investment decision making on business model thought a quantitative standard of judgment. Moreover, an environment should be built for healthy decision making which is based on business model instead of only product, and it is necessary to have institutional framework to enable new companies to have healthy competition with existing companies through creative business model.

미국의 벤처캐피탈 산업은 벤처캐피탈 분야에 진입하고 있는 많은 나라들에게 본보기가 되고 있다. 그러나 서로 다른 문화, 정치 경제적 상황 및 각국의 벤처캐피탈 산업의 고유한 역사 등은 벤처캐피탈의 경영 방식에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 벤처캐피탈리스트의 투자의사결정이 미국의 벤처캐피탈리스트와 어떻게 다른가에 초점을 두었다. 연구 결과는 한국의 벤처캐피탈리스트는 투자의사결정의 과정에서 미국과는 다른 기준을 사용하며, 그 예측의 정확성은 미국에 비해 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 한국 벤처캐피탈리스트와 미국 벤처캐피탈리스트 모두 경쟁력은 매우 중요한 투자의사결정 기준으로 나타났다. 그러나 미국의 벤처캐피탈리스트가 시장규모와 성장성을 중요하게 고려한데 비해 한국의 벤처캐피탈리스트는 소유권 보호에 중점을 두었다. 그렇지만, 한국과 미국의 벤처캐피탈리스트 사이에는 기대 이상으로 유사점이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 유사점이 존재하는 현상은 많은 한국의 벤처캐피탈리스트들이 미국에서 교육을 받았거나 미국식의 모형에 의한 교육을 받아왔다는 점에서 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 또한 한국의 벤처캐피탈리스트는 이미 성공적인 미국식 벤처캐피탈 모형을 표준으로 삼고 모방하려고 노력하고 있다는 점을 들 수 있을 것이다.

최근 딥테크 및 글로벌 스타트업들의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적 지원이 증대함에 따라 원천기술을 보유한 기술창업 건 수역대급으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기술 기업들은 사업의 다각화 및 글로벌 진출에 유리하다는 장점이 있으나, 이들의 전략 성공을 위해서는 체계적인 인큐베이팅 및 자금유치는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첨단 가술스타트업의 투자유치성과에 중요하게 여겨지는 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구하는 목적으로 하고 있다. 선행연구에 따르면 기술 스타트업에 대해서는 그들이 보유한 기술 역량(특허), 창업자/팀의 능력, 제휴 등을 중요한 자원으로 보고 있으며, 이는 기업의 퀄리티를 차별화하는 신호로 작용하여 투자유치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따라 기술 스타트업의 특성이 투자유치성가에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 기준 서울시 창업지원시설에 입주한 스타트업 122개사를 대상으로, 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석모델과 글로벌 산업기술 분류 기준에 따라 구분된 BT 및 IT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 기술스타트업의 투자유치 의사결정에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 기존 이론을 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 산업별로 투자유치에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소들이 다르게 작용할 수 있음을 밝히고 산업별 특성에 따라 투자유치 시 실질적으로 필요한 요소들을 제시한다는데 실무적인 시사점을 지니고 있다.
