  • 최근 들어 무인기와 무선통신기술의 비약적인 발전은 무인기들을 국가 공역에 진입시켜 운행할 필요성과 택배, 긴급 통신영역 확장, 재해 감시 및 대처, 위험지역 정찰, 항공촬영과 같은 다양한 분야로의 활용에 대한 요구를 크게 증가시켰다. 다수의 무인기를 안전하게 운행 및 조종하기 위해서는 고신뢰성 및 고보안성을 제공하는 무인기 제어 전용 네트워크가 요구되며, 이러한 네트워크를 무인기 제어용 통합 네트워크라고 한다. 본고는 무인기 제어용 통합 네트워크의 보안 적용 구간을 분류하고, 구간별로 보안 요구사항과 요구사항을 달성할 수 있는 보안기술들을 차례로 제시한다. 또한, 향후에 무인기 제어용 통합 네트워크의 보안성을 강화하기 위해 개선되어야 하는 부분들을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, a real-time control system with Wi-Fi wireless communication was developed for dentistry Integrated Device. The control system is developed based on the Android platform using S3C6410 ARM core that is equipped with Wi-Fi communication, RS-485, Linux 2.6 and Android 2.0. The control system controls a water purifier, compressor and suction in real-time. The experimental results that the control system was controlled by each control modules connected with a water purifier, compressor and suction. The status values are displayed in real-time using RS485.

  • Currently, the petrochemical industry complex always has remained with the explosive riskiness due to explosive and inflammable gases. In order to prevent explosion, all kind of equipment or facility including controller and its panel requires explosive proof. The control panel, which is currently used as explosive proof, has been used as the air injection method by manually from outside to constantly keep the temperature and pressure between inside and outside of the panel. In this paper, we propose the design of integrated controller of explosive proof panel which can control pressure and temperature automatically.

  • Simultaneous control of blowers and heat exchangers affecting the air sealing and flow conditions inside the green house is essential to the management of $CO_2$ concentration. Currently, the demand for automation systems and integrated control is steadily increasing according to increasing of farm areas per person due to the reduction of agricultural population. This paper proposes the integrated control system that can control simultaneously the existing devices such as measurement switching devices which are important variables in the supply of $CO_2$, $CO_2$ generator fuel and combustion air mixture ratio(air-to-fuel ratio), and $CO_2$ supply control under internal and external conditions.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선전력전송시스템에서 Double-sided와 semi-bridgeless 정류기의 통합모델링 및 설계를 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 통합 모델링을 통해 제어기설계가 가능하며, 이를 통해 추가 회로가 없이 안정적인 출력전압제어가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 구현된 모델링의 유효성 및 제어기 설계를 시뮬레이션에서 전압지령 변경과 Rising time 비교를 통해 검증한다.

Development of the Traffic Signal Control Strategy and Signal Controller for Tram (트램 운영을 위한 신호제어 전략 및 신호제어기의 개발)

  • In recent years, tram has been the focus of a new mode of public transportation that can solve traffic jams and decrease public transit usage and environmental problem. This research is in the works to develop a tram signal controller and signal control strategies, and aim to resolve the problem of what could happen if a tram system was installed in general road. We developed the hierarchical signal control strategies to obtain a minimum tram bandwidth and to minimize vehicle delay, in order to perform a priority control to include passive and active signal priority control strategies. The strategies was produced for S/W and H/W, it is based in standard traffic signal controller. We conducted a micro simulation test to evaluate the hierarchical signal control strategies, which showed that the developed optimization model is effective to prevent a tram's stop in intersection, to reduce a tram's travel time and vehicle's delay.

  • 제어 시스템에 사용되는 흐름 제어 언어로는 IL(Instruction List), ST(Structured Text), FBD(Function Block Diagram), SFC(Sequential Function Chart), LD (Ladder Diagram)가 있다. 일반적으로 제어 시스템에 탑재하여 사용하는 언어는 상기 언어 중 두 종류 이하의 특정 언어로 제한되어 있다. 이러한 제약을 보완하기 위해, 모든 흐름 제어 언어를 통합 분석할 수 있는 통합 분석기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 흐름 제어 언어의 통합 분석 처리가 가능하도록 그래픽 표현의 FBD 를 문자 표현의 EST(Extended Structured Text)로 변형하는 규칙과 문자 표현의 EST 를 IL 로 변형하는 규칙을 제시한다. 언어간의 변형 과정에서 FBD 를 ST 로 표현할 수 없는 부분을 EST 로 정의한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안된 EST 를 기반으로 통합 분석기의 구조를 제시한다.

  • An electric excavator consumes battery energy to drive an electric motor attached to a hydraulic pump to generate hydraulic power. In a conventional hydraulic excavator, the hydraulic pump is controlled by regulators, which are used to optimize the diesel engine efficiency. Because of a lack of battery energy capacity, an electric excavator controller should consider not only the electric motor efficiency but also the hydraulic pump efficiency. Thus, electric motor and hydraulic pump efficiency maps were constructed. An optimal operating map (OOM) was created based on the most efficient operating points under each input condition. An integrated control algorithm controlled the speed of the electric motor and displacement of the hydraulic pump according to the OOM. To confirm the utility of this algorithm, a model-in-the-loop simulator for the algorithm with an electric excavator was established. The simulation results showed that the integrated control algorithm improved the energy efficiency of an electric excavator.

  • In this paper, a novel type of an integrated controller is designed for vehicles equipped with active classis systems to improve vehicle stability, handling, and ride comfort. The hybrid fuzzy logic controller consists of a fuzzy logic controller, a skyhook controller, an attitude controller, and a roll moment distribution controller, and these controllers are used with a proper combination which is determined by the integrated control logic based on driving conditions of a vehicle. It is shown by simulations using MATRIXx/SYSTEMBBUILD software that ride comfort, handling, and active safety are improved for a 16 degree-of-freedom vehicle dynamic model.

  • The flight controller should meet the flying qualities, stability margins, and time response requirement according to the class of a target aircraft or UAV. Classical design process of PID controller is a very time consuming process and needed trial and erros. The best way is to apply the multi-disciplinary optimization algorithm to meet the numerous constraints of controller requirements. This paper presents how multi-objective parameter optimization (CONDUIT) can be used to determine many design parameters of lateral stability and augmentation system for roll and heading controller of the small UAV. To verify the effectiveness of applying the optimization method, designed controller using optimization are compared with the baseline controller that is designed only considering the time responses.
