The purpose of this study is to arrange a plan for which humanities digital contents can be directly utilized in modern people's life through a convergent approach between humanities and ICT. It inquired into a plan for developing and applying contents, which are made contents in the aspect of cartoon and animation, by excavating contents available for advancing to start-up in Greater China based on the Chinese cultural content archetype. Also, the aim is to offer the integrated start-up DB and child-care mentoring program for advancing to greater China that supports the development in specific ICT start-up item, through a research on smart-phone APP publishing environment based on ICT and a research on mobile big-data ecological environment.

There have been many considerations to develop new content services that integrate a variety of contents databases being already constructed and then produce new content services which are more valuable than existing services in many applications such as Internet portal, EC, and CRM. By doing the above thing, the burden of searching databases to access interesting databases and service applications can be reduced and the database availability of users is also enhanced through a single view integrating multiple contents database. This paper presents implementation details of the query processing system that is a core component of the database integration system, which can construct a virtual database that integrates databases being managed by multiple heterogeneous database systems using XML data model and support a quay facility on the integrated database.

일본 행정기관에 구축된 데이터베이스(DB)를 유형별로 보면, 업무 처리형, 행정 지원, 공공 이용형 등이 있으며, 관청간 DB를 이용하는 것이나 사회적 활용을 적극 추진하고 있다. 데이터베이스 구축을 구체화 하기 위한 방책으로는 관청 내에서의 기획조정 기능의 충실, 관청내에서 데이터베이스 구축의 계획적 추진 등이 있다. 관청간 공통추진 사항을 위해서는 관청간 조정 기능의 충실과 행정 정보의 통합 이용을 위한 시스템의 정비, 사회적 활용을 위한 체제 정비가 요구된다.

생명현상은 다양한 단백질들 간의 상호작용으로 외부의 환경에 대처하고 생명유지를 위한 다양한 생화학반응을 수행한다. 이러한 복잡한 생명현상의 과정을 이해하기 위해서 생명과학자들은 유전자 조절네트워크, 신호전달네트워크, 대사네트워크 등 다양한 종류의 네트워크를 모델링하고 있다. 하지만 각각의 모델링방법은 각 분야별로 다양하게 존재하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다양한 종류의 생물학적 네트워크를 통합적으로 모델링할 수 있는 통합적 모델링 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 특히 신호전달 과정에 대한 블리온 모델링기법, 유전자 발현조절 및 대사과정에 대한 ODE(Ordinary Differential Equation)모델링 그리고 유전적 표현형을 분석할 수 있는 Flux 모델링을 하나의 모델링 시스템에서 설계 하였다. 또한 이 같은 다양한 종류의 모델링을 지원하기 위해서 SBML포멧을 기준으로 가시적인 모델링 시스템을 구현하였다. 특히 연구자가 모델링한 생물학적 모델이 다른 형태의 모델링기법에도 적용될 수 있도록 전환할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 통합적인 모델링 시스템은 향후 복잡해지는 생물학적 네트워크를 손쉽게 모델링 할 수 있는 시스템으로 활용될 것이다.

This study is aimed to overcome the limitation of traditional learning competence and career management system, and conducted to design the function of integrated ePortfolio and the elements of the system for administrative control of curricular and extracurricular program of the university as well as to develop a printout-based prototype in the context of S-university. Researchers deducted the main menus and functions of the integrated ePortfolio by two experts validification procedures, searched for the subfunctions, and secured their validity. Mainly 6 elements of integrated ePortfolio system are designed as follows: basic information, learning and competence management, course and career management, portfolio management, and community. Among these, the three elements of learning and competence, course and career, and portfolio management are assessed as excellent and differentiated from traditional ePortfolios. The study also developed a printout-based prototype of ePortfolio system and provided authentic guide for the ePortfolio system. At the same time, the result of the study contributed to increasing the sense of the developmental direction of the ePortfolio in the institute.

정보생산을 촉진하는 새로운 형태의 사이버공간이 나타나면서 지식의 창출과 지식을 얻는 형태가 변화하고 있다. 최종사용자에게 웹 애플리케이션을 제공하는 컴퓨팅 플랫폼인 web 2.0의 도입으로 손쉽게 자신이 필요한 정보를 분류할 수 있는 웹 컨텐츠가 활발히 제공되고 있으며 제공된 컨텐츠를 활용하여 수많은 정보 속에서 자신만의 보석을 찾아 손쉽게 지식을 쌓아 관리를 하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유서비스는 무분별한 정보, 중복된 지식, 그리고 단순한 관리로 인해 자신이 원하는 지식을 얻기란 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상의 정보를 탐색하기 위해서 인터넷을 이용하던 네티즌들이 정보생산자로서 참여하는 공간으로 등장한 '지식공유서비스'를 기반으로 지식 창출 및 관리자로서 시니어를 활용하여 지식의 수용자로서 유아들을 위한 NIE (News In Education) 활용 교육 체계를 제안한다. 뉴스는 유아부터 성인까지 활용될 수 있는 좋은 교육 자료로서 NIE를 통하여 사고력, 논리력, 표현력, 창의력 등 여러 영역에 걸친 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히 유치원이나 학교의 교과과정에 맞추어 이러한 능력들을 더욱 배가 시킬 수 있다는 점에서 NIE가 더욱 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 융합의 결과로 인터넷 뉴스를 활용해 생활과 분리되지 않은 통합교육을 할 수 있는 SCORM 기반의 유아용 콘텐츠를 생성하여 유아 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 또한, 유아용 NIE 교육 콘텐츠는 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성하였을 때 학습 자료로도 활용된다. 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성함으로써 시니어의 일자리 창출 및 지역사회 통합과 1세대인 여성시니어와 3세대인 아동 간의 세대통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하는 것에 목적을 두고 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠를 생성하고자 한다. NIE에 생성되는 지식을 생성하고 관리하기 위한 지식 솔루션으로 위키의 기능을 추가하여 개발하고자 한다. 위키를 사용하므로 개별적으로 존재하던 지식을 공동의 지식으로 공유할 수 있으며 의견을 하나로 통합하는 과정에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 위키를 이용한 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠에서는 교수 학습 계획안 및 NIE 아이디어를 공동 작업을 통하여 효율적으로 지식을 생성할 수 있으며 여러 사람들이 여러 단계를 거치면서 하나의 정제된 지식을 생성하게 되므로 양질의 교수 학습 계획안이나 NIE 아이디어를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.

무엇인가를 느껴보고 체험하는 것은 단순히 보고 느끼는 것과는 다른 깊이를 제공한다. 그렇기에 무용공연을 관람하는 것보다 직접 체험한다는 것은 무용에 대한 지속적인 관심과 관심을 유발시킬 수 있는 중요한 컨텐츠이다. 특히 현대무용은 그 내용의 전달에 있어 난해성이라는 큰 벽에 부딪히곤 한다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 적용되고 있는 대표적인 현대무용 참여형 무용현장 3개를 중심으로 프로그램 방법, 대상, 중점내용 및 특징을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 적용방법 면에서 작품체험형, 즉흥참여형, 만남형의 방법이, 장기적인 프로그램보다는 단기적, 단발성 프로그램이 활용되었다. 둘째, 대상 면에서는 거주지역, 성별, 연령을 고려하기 보다는 가르치는 사람, 작품 등의 내용을 위주로 프로그램이 진행되었다. 셋째, 주로 무용 실기위주로 프로그램이 구성되어있고, 다양한 예술영역의 통합프로그램개발은 찾아보기 힘들었다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 관객참여형 무용교육 프로그램이 보다 효과적으로 개발, 적용될 수 있는 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

The aim of the research is that disease database of the glycosuria and heart's blood is designed to manage the condition of the glycosuria and heart's blood patients periodically and continuously. Also we integrate patient database of existing OCS, PACS, EMR, ERP etc. and support optimal service timely that the patients want through intelligent integrated interface environment. For this, we will develop customized medical information convergence system. We construct intelligent database for disease of the glycosuria and heart's blood. And we support data integration environment for connection with existing systems - OCS, EMR, PACS etc. Also, in consideration of QoS, reliability, and expandability of customized medical information convergence system, we will design H/W, S/W, and data compatibility method.

지금의 IPTV는 IP기반 방송융합 서비스로서 현재 세계 유명 통신 사업자들을 중심으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 하지만 'IP+방송' 이라는 그저 단순한 결합과 부가서비스들의 제한으로 인해 기술의 비효율성이 드러나 있으며, 주로 IPTV서비스를 필두로 현재 콘텐츠에 대한 유출사고가 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 변화된 새로운 형태의 차세대 IPTV서비스와 더불어 그 특성에 맞게 보안 서비스에 대한 요구사항이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유무선 통합 환경에서 제공되는 IPTV서비스에서의 안전하고 효율적인 콘텐츠 서비스 제공을 위한 'CAS 적응형 DRM 모델'을 제안하였다. 사용자가 다운로드한 DRM이 적용된 콘텐츠를 안전하고 효율적으로 자신이 소유한 디바이스에서 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

Reading is a typical representative knowledge and information activities. It is a put of the presents man and by itself Read-learning is the cognitive and social activities of the creating platonic world. However, in the education training of students become a visible problems of read-learning too many. To solve the problems have to pull off a systematical plan in read activities. This aims to purpose the model of the union reading contents management as the method for the read activity based on the problems analysis of read-learning activity. It is reading contents management as the model knowledge cresting processes.
