This paper presents a low cost and high accuracy integrated Global Positioning System (GPS)/dead reckoning (DR) system. The integrated GPS/DR system is capable of providing highly accurate position data in real-time or in post processing. Based on the analysis of the main error source affecting the DR measurements, an eight-state mathematical model for the integrated system has been developed to represent these errors. This eight-state model has been used to build a nonlinear filter for the estimation of the state vector at every epoch when DR measurements are available. The accuracy of the system has been evaluated using 1Hz DR measurements and 3Hz continuous GPS position estimates. Through numerical simulation the system performance during periods with GPS outage has been investigated by comparing two different noise models. While one model is the position estimation filter containing a single noise model, the other filter includes two-level noise model. The simulation results have shown that the estimation filter containing two-level noise model for computing the position error of the integrated GPS/DR system yields better performance than that the filter including the single-level noise model does.

소프트웨어 어플리케이션들이 점차 다양한 응용분야에서 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 웹기반 소프트웨어는 전통적 소프트웨어에 비해 보다 높은 품질 수준을 요구하고 보안이 중요시되며 시스템 통합과 유지보수 및 재사용에 대한 품질 요소가 중요시 된다. 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 명세하고 평가하기 위하여, 객관적인 근거를 제시할 수 있는 지표로서 평가 항목들이 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문은 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 모델을 제안하고 평가항목 및 평가방법과 절차를 제시하고자한다.

조직의 정보보호 목표를 효율적이고 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 조직의 정보보호 수준을 정확히 평가하고 이를 개선시킬 방향을 제시하는 기준이나 평가모델이 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해 부문별 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 개선할 수 있는 평가 지표나 기준이 필요하고 우리나라에서 적용 가능한 정보보호 시스템들의 평가방법론이 연구되어야한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호와 관련된 기술적 요소와 관리적 요소, 물리적 요소를 기본으로 하는 정보보호 지표체계를 구성하고 정보보호수준을 종합적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 정보보호 성숙 5단계 모형을 통해 서로 매핑 될 수 있는 정보보호수준 통합평가시스템을 개발하였다. 이러한 통합평가시스템은 기존연구와의 비교 및 사례적용을 통해 그 실효성을 검증하였다.

최근 급격한 기후변화와 하천수 사용량의 증가로 수문학적 변동성이 증가하면서 지표수와 지하수의 통합 관리 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 SWAT-MODFLOW 모델은 지표수와 지하수 간의 수문학적 상호작용을 고려한 시공간적 지하수함양량의 분포와 하천과 대수층 간의 물 교환량, 장기 유출 및 수질 거동 해석 등에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이 모델은 국내 농업 유역 내 담수 논에서의 영농활동을 고려한 시단위 유출 및 수질 예측과 지표수-지하수 통합 해석에 어려움이 있다. 우리나라의 경우 전국 농지 면적 중 논이 약 50%를 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 국내 담수 논 특성을 고려하여 지표수-지하수 통합 해석이 가능한 수문 모델이 개발 된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고해상도 시강우량에 따른 담수 논에서의 증발, 침투, 관개, 배수 등 모의가 가능한 Hourly SWAT-PADDY 모듈을 개발하고, SWAT-MODFLOW 모델의 수문 프로세스와의 연계를 통해 지표수-지하수 통합 해석이 가능한 Hourly SWAT-MODFLOW-PADDY 모델을 개발하였다. Hourly SWAT-MODFLOW-PADDY 모델은 사용자가 구축한 담수 논의 입력자료(담수, 관개, 낙수 일정 등)를 기준으로 논의 담수 및 비담수 시기에 따른 시단위 물수지 해석과 이를 고려한 유출량, 수질, 지하수함양량, 하천과 대수층 간의 물 교환량 산정이 가능하다. 본 연구에서 개발 된 Hourly SWAT-MODFLOW-PADDY 모델은 국내 농업 유역에서의 지표수-지하수 통합 관리 대책 수립 방향을 제시하기 위한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 향후 논의 관개 용수 공급원 연계를 통한 모델의 고도화 방안과 최적의 논 영농 데이터베이스가 마련된다면 보다 정량적인 물수지 해석 기반의 지표수-지하수 통합 모델링이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구에서는 인간공학적 평가를 위한 한국인 인체모델을 개발하고, 인체 모델의 평가를 위해 팔 동작의 시뮬레이션 및 리치 평가를 수행하였다. 한국인의 인체측정자료를 이용하여 통계학적 분석을 실시하고, 인체 자료생성 프로그램을 통해 인체 각 지체들의 특성치와 상관관계를 얻었다. 이를 바탕으로 인체 모델을 구성하고 가상 공간에서의 용이한 적용을 위해 인체 모델은 3차원 그래픽 기술을 통해 가시화되었다. 차량모델과 인체모델을 통합하고 차량 내에서 운전자의 팔 동작 표현 및 리치 평가기능을 구현하였다.

CIM기술은 기업체 지원형 및 국산화형 생산기술과 더불어 필수적이고 상호 보완적인 산업기술이 고 또한 첨단제품기술 및 원천과학기술과의 연계가 가능한 접속(interface) 기술이다. 동시에 이의 연구개발은 다분야 공동참여적인 (multi-disciplinary) 기술적 배경을 필요로 하며 산업계 연구 수 행과 종속적이고도 이원적인 연구 체제가 필요하다. CIM기술개발의 예로서 제품 설계에서부터 설계의 해석 및 평가, 금형 설계, 공장 설계, 가공, 사상 및 측정. 검사까지의 과정과 생산통제를 포함하는 제반 생산 행위를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 생산 정보를 통합 제어함으로써 합리적인 금형 생산을 위한 사출 금형의 모델 플랜트를 소개하였다. 이 모델 플랜트는 설계, 공정 설계/NC, 연마, 측정. 검사, 시스템 통제의 5개 스테이션으로 구성되며, 각 스테이션에서의 중단위 통합 모델이 테스트되었다. 향후, 스테이션 간의 정보 흐름이 완전히 통합되면 금형업체는 물론 많은 제조업체에서의 광범위한 CIM기술 활용이 기대된다.

The integration, openness, participation, and technology are essential elements of digital information resources in order to establish an unified and cooperative network of various digital knowledge-information abroad. This study analyzes policies, technologies and administrative aspects of international cooperative networks such as WDL, IPL, TEL. Based on the analysis, a number of collection standards for international cooperation are drawn. Analyzed standards are divided into four different aspects and applied to produce detailed appraisal standards for digital knowledge-information. In conclusion, in order to map out strategies and policies for developing an international cooperative network, the study proposes a number of principles and models for making an appraisal of collections.

통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 광대역통합망으로 진화되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 IT서비스들 또한 광대역통합망 환경에서 빠른 속도로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 기존의 IT서비스들이 광대역통합망에서 서로 융합되어 신규 IT 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 보안요소가 적용되지 않을 경우에 신규 IT서비스의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 떨어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 신규 IT 서비스의 기반구축 및 운영이전인 서비스에 대한 기획 및 설계시에 필수적인 보안대책 제시하여 서비스 운영이전에 보안대책을 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 신규 IT 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방법으로 정보보호사전평가 모델을 설명한다.

The purpose of this paper is to imply for the assessing framework of next generation Enterprise Portals'(EPs) function through the lens of organizational knowledge creation. As the emerging "suite" products such as Smart Enterprise Suite (SES) converges EPs with collaboration and content management, EPs are no longer just a gateway to information and content. EPs are emerging as the center of convergence for many complementary technologies. Considering that this trend is common and knowledge creation is one of key goals of EPs, it is important to assess EPs' function through the knowledge creation process. This paper reviews literatures to set initial assessing elements of EPs' function, then adopts Delphi Technique to prove and categorize the elements according to the knowledge creation process. The samples are consisted of 7 professional knowledge management consultants at Entrue Consulting Partners, LG CNS. This paper may be significant in providing a new vision to the evaluation of EPs by combining a theoretical model with a practical situation.
