기후변화는 전 지구적인 환경문제 중 하나이며 IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) 4차 평가보고서에서는 인류가 직면한 최대 위협이라고 하였다. 또한, IPCC는 현재 기후변화에 의한 영향은 명백히 나타나고 있으며 향후 기후변화에 의한 기상이변 예측과 적응 정책 및 조치가 중요하다고 권고하였다. 적응 정책 및 조치를 위한 기후변화의 영향분석은 우리나라에서도 많이 진행하고 있으나 개별 및 분류의 선형의 순차적 관계에 따라 개발 및 적용되고 있다. 기후변화는 자연생태계와 인간 활동의 복잡한 상호작용에 의해 발생하기에 개별적 연구 보다는 타 부문의 영향 및 결과가 환류되고 반영되어야 한다. 따라서 기후변화 영향평가는 농업, 물, 산림, 생태, 건강 등 다양한 부문 내/간 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 통합 평가 방법이 필요하다. 통합 평가를 위해 플랫폼 개발은 필수적이며, 신속한 분석을 위해서는 개별 부문의 상세모델을 모방한 메타모델이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 미래 기후변화에 따른 영향을 통합적으로 평가하기 위한 메타모델을 개발하고, 상호 연결을 통해 다양한 연계양상을 평가하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 통합보안관리 시스템에 대해서 주요 기능을 분석하고 시장동향을 조사하였으며, 기존의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 기술 및 표준화에 관한 연구를 추진하고, 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 통하여 통합보안관리 시스템의 품질을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 본다.

본 연구는 정보화 사업 및 전자정부 사업 평가를 위한 표준모델과 통합성과지표를 제시하고 관련법 검토와 중앙행정기관의 담당 공무원들의 설문조사를 토대로 이의 타당성을 검증하기 위한 연구이다.

Recently, the environmental sustainability has showed up one of the important considerations in the construction industry. However, the effective evaluation method for the decision-making on either reconstruction or remodeling of a project has not been developed so far. This paper presents an integrated evaluation model considering both environment and economic factors of a building project for which the decision making on either remodeling or reconstruction is needed. In order to develop the model, the characteristics of both types of projects were investigated and analyzed through the related literature review, and then appropriate evaluation criteria and analysis methodology to be used in the model were developed.

전 세계적으로 홍수의 발생빈도가 증가함에 따라, 하천 내 홍수피해를 경감하기 위해 설치하는 하천시설에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하천시설은 홍수조절, 이수를 위한 흐름의 제어와 유도, 자연환경의 유지 및 개선 등 중요한 역할을 하고 있으나, 구조적으로 물과의 접촉이 많아 물리적 손상이나 노후화가 매우 빠르게 진행되는 특성이 있다. 시설물의 노후화가 지속될수록 안정성을 보장하기 어려워 자연재난의 규모를 증가시킬 위험성이 있다. 하천시설의 선제적 유지관리를 위해, 본 연구에서는 시설물통합정보관리시스템(Facilty Management System; FMS)의 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 시설물의 사용연수에 따른 성능지표의 변화를 기반으로 회귀식 형태의 성능평가모델을 개발하였다. 기존연구와의 비교를 통해 성능평가모델의 적합성을 확인하였으며, 개발한 성능평가모델은 하천시설의 생애주기를 통합적으로 고려함으로써 정량적인 상태를 예측할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 성능평가모델 결과는 하천시설의 생애주기 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 세계적으로 공공기관의 혁신과 성과평가에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있고, 우리나라에서도 참여정부가 출범한 이래 공공분야의 고객경영 및 성과 향상을 위한 정부혁신이 대대적으로 추진되고 있다. 특히 지방자치 단체의 경우 자율성을 근간으로 하는 혁신을 추진해야 하는 바, 이에 대한 성과평가가 어려운 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체의 자생력을 확보 및 강화하여 독자적인 지역발전과 주민서비스를 제고하고, 중앙정부정책과의 연계성을 강화하며, 중앙정부의 지방자치단체에 대한 통합적인 정책 및 성과 평가에 따른 지원 수준을 결정하는 주요 수단이 될 수 있는 통합평가시스템의 개발 및 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

최근 많은 기업들이 조직 내의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 CMMI 레벨 획득을 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 기존의 CMMI 지원 솔루션들은 특정 프로세스 영역별로 분리되어 제한적으로 활용됨으로써 원활한 평가 지원에 한계가 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 단계별 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 툴, 자산 그리고 산출물들의 연계적 적용, 관리를 지원하는 통합 저장소 활용이 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 CMMI 관련 툴, 방법론 그리고 다양한 문서 등을 효과적으로 관리 지원을 위한 통합 저장소인 PARMS(Process Assets Repository Management System) 개발 기술에 대해 서술한다. 즉, 통합 저장소 아키텍처와 메타데이터를 설계하고, 통합 모델을 제시한다. 이들 모델을 기반으로 하여 기 개발된 각 도구간의 효과적 네트워킹을 위한 미들웨어 아키텍처 구현은 CBD 개발 기법을 적용한다. 그리고 구현된 프로토타이핑 시스템 실행 예를 제시하고 저장소 평가 모델을 적용하여 평가한다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 기존의 지원 도구로부터 산출되는 이질적인 산출물들을 통합하여 보다 쉽고 간편한 제어 및 관리를 가능케 하며, 통합된 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 자산을 통해 CMMI의 인증 지원에 유용한 도구로 활용가능하다.

This study aimed to suggest the tasks to develop the Inclusive Education Model for Remote Islands by analyzing the characteristics of special needs education in remote islands of Okinawa, Japan and the current states of the implementation of special needs education in them. For these purposes, the survey using the Inclusive Education Assessment Tool (hereafter IEAT) was conducted to evaluate the special needs education system of remote islands of Okinawa and its results were analyzed through t-test. Finally, the tasks to develop the inclusive education model for remote islands by comparing and analyzing the results of this study with the tasks that were proposed in the Outcome Report on the Project to Build Inclusive Education System Model(2016) were suggested as follows: first, the expertise of special needs education should be guaranteed; second, the network among various professionals and organizations needs to be established; third, the awareness of disabilities needs to be promoted; fourth, the independence of students with disabilities needs to be improved; and finally equal opportunity should be guaranteed.

The one of goals of the 2015 revised national curriculum is the successful application of achievement standards-based assessment, which assesses both the results and process of learning, ensuring that all students have achieved the educational objectives, to schools. Therefore, an achievement standards and evaluation support system is required to manage a whole process of teaching and learning based on achievement standards and provide the personalized assessment feedback to students to improve their achievement levels. In this paper, we perform a design of integrated data model and system of teaching plan, subject content, assessment plan, assessment result, and feedback data is required based on an achievement standards repository. In addition, we create a student's dashboard webpage, which representing different types of achievement of the student, and perform the comparative analysis of data models to evaluate the quality of the proposed model.

As the evaluation for the information security has been an important issue, numerous security evaluation methods have been proposed. Those security evaluation methods can be categorized into three different aspects in large including product, process and control. In this paper we identify the possible problems that may occur when one-sided security evaluation is conducted that is on the aspect of product, process or control alone, present with the actual example of threat, and propose an approach to resolve each problem. Based on these approaches, we propose the security evaluation model, which incorporates these three aspects of product, process and control.
