기업을 둘러싼 환경은 점점 더 어려워져서 사업스피드, 가격경쟁, 납기 등 모든 면에서 우위를 유지하지 않으면 경쟁을 이겨내기 어려운 상황이 되었다. 그런 가운데 각 공장내의 합리화 활동만으로는 한계에 다다라, 앞으로는 고객과 업체(제조공장)를 어떻게 가깝게 하는가가 이 기업경쟁을 이겨내는 키가 되고 있다. 미쓰비시전기는 정보시스템을 구성하는 각 서브시스템을 구성하는 각 서브시스템 및 데이터베이스의 통합화와 리얼타임화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)패키지의 활용을 기본으로 한 정보시스템의 혁신을 1994년에 시작하였다. 그 결과로 다수의 국내$\cdot$해외의 공장, 판매, 물류, 그리고 이들의 프로세스에 관계하는 관련회사를 포함한 공급체인점 전체에서의 최적화를 지향한 정보시스템화에 더욱 힘쓸 필요가 있다. 요사이 수년간 같은 업종의 회사들에서는 총체적인 개혁을 추진하면서 키파트를 정보화장비에 두고 적극적으로 활동을 전개하고 있는 상황이다. 한편 정보시스템화 기술은 그전의 호스트 중심형 이용기술에서 일전하여 클라이언트/서버시스템 이용기술, 통신기술, 인터넷/인트라넷 이용기술 등으로 급속히 변화하고 있으며, 이들 선진기술을 확실하게 도입할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재의 정보시스템 혁신상황을 소개함과 동시에 앞으로의 정보시스템이 나아가야 할 방향에 대하여 기술한다.

다양한 분야에서 중요하게 사용될 수 있는 뉴스 비디오 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서는 비디오 색인의 자동화에 관한 연구가 필연적이다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스 비디오 색인을 자동화하는 방법으로, 이전에 제안한 컷 추출 방법을 이용하였다. 컷에 의해 추출된 키 프레임에서 앵커 인식 알고리즘으로 앵커 프레임을 자동으로 추출하여 색인을 부여하는 방법으로 비디오 스트림에 대한 색인을 자동화하였다. 구성되는 색인 구조의 형태는 앵커 프레임들이 시간에 따른 사건의 연결이 되고, 앵커 프레임 내에서는 종속되는 키 프레임들을 중심으로 원형을 형성한다. 이들 각각을 논리적으로 통합하면 사용자의 관점에 따라 여러 가지 방법으로 브라우징되며, 사용자가 원하는 뉴스 비디오 씬들을 쉽게 선택하여 볼 수 있는 특징을 제공하는 장점을 부여한다. 또한, 색인화 된 비디오 스트림을 이용하면 자동적으로 비디오 편집을 수행 할 수 있는 비디오 저작도구의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

기존의 내용기반 비디오 검색 시스템들을 주석기반 검색 또는 특징기반 검색과 같은 단일 방식으로만 검색을 하므로 검색 효율이 낮을 뿐 아니라 완전한 자동 처리가 되지 않아 시스템 관리자나 주석자의 많은 노력을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 주석기반 검색을 이용하여 대용량의 비디오 데이터에 대한 사용자의 다양한 의미검색을 지원하는 에이전트 기반에서의 자동화되고 통합된 비디오 의미기반 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자의 기본적인 질의를 분석하고 질의에 의해 추출된 키 프레임의 이미지를 사용자가 선택함으로써 인덱싱 에이전트는 추출된 키 프레임의 주석에 대한 의미를 더욱 구체화시킨다.

현재 그리드 컴퓨팅 툴킷으로 사용되고 있는 Globus는 PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) 기반의 인증방식을 이용하고 있다. PKI 인증방식은 통합 인증 기능(Single Sign-On)을 구현하기에 적당하지만, 그리드에 참여하는 수많은 컴퓨터와 사용자들의 공개키 인증서(public key certificate)를 발급하고 관리해야하는 부담이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 인증기관이 사용자에게 인증서를 발급하고, 인증서를 관리하는 과정을 자동화 해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고, 다양한 클라이언트에 서비스 제공을 위해 웹서비스를 통한 인터페이스 기능을 새로 추가하였다.

지능형 전력망인 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. AMI 시스템은 전력의 제공자와 소비자가 양방향 통신을 함으로써 전력의 효율적인 관리를 위한 것이지만 기존의 전력망에 통신망인 IT의 결합으로 인한 보안 문제에 대한 대응방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 한전 KDN(주)가 규정하여 추진하고 있는 AMI 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고, 한전의 규정상에서 적용 가능한 대칭키 기반의 보안으로 안전한 AMI 시스템의 통신망 구조를 제시하여 암호화 및 메시지인증을 통해 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성 등의 보안 요건을 만족시킬 수 있는 통합적인 관리를 제안한다.

최근 디지털화의 가속 및 통신 인프라의 확충 등으로 인해 IP 네트워크로 연결되어 영상 및 음성 정보를 서로 공유할 수 있는 환경이 제공되고 통합 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 Mobile IPTV 서비스가 새로운 서비스 모델로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 IPTV에서 발생하는 보안위협 외에 무선 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 보안위협을 안고 있다. 또한 Mobile IPTV의 특성상 이동이 잦아 기존의 보안 기술로는 QoS 및 QoE를 제공하기에는 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Mobile IPTV 환경에서 빠른 로밍 서비스를 위한 키 관리 프로토콜을 제안하여 안전성 및 효율성을 제공하고자 한다.

Grid services offer SSO(single sign-on) mechanism using GSI(grid security infrastructure) based on X.509. However. portal applications in web environment use ID and password model for single sign-on. Grid portals means a system which provides grid services by integrating portlet contents on single web interface. In existing research such as GAMA and PURSE, SSO for a whole grid portal is figured out in the way that user is authenticated by ID and password in front and call grid service via GSI at back-end. Other types of web applications outside of portlet framework cannot unfortunately access grid service in SSO way in the existing researches, because the SSO mechanism is developed for portlet framework only. In this paper, we suggest a SSO mechanism based on ID and password model, which forwards authentication information and a GSI token for grid access among portlets and grid-enabled web applications. This mechanism is applied to MGrid for SSO, which consists of applications of java web start, applet, servlet, and etc. as also as portlets.

In order to process video data effectively, it is required that the content information of video data is loaded in database and semantic- based retrieval method can be available for various query of users. In this paper, we propose semantic-based video retrieval system for Environment Education Contents which support semantic retrieval of various users by feature-based retrieval and annotation-based retrieval of massive video data. By user's fundamental query and selection of image for key frame that extracted form query, the agent gives the detail shape for annotation of extracted key frame. Also, key frame selected by user become query image and searches the most similar key frame through feature based retrieval method that propose. From experiment, the designed and implemented system showed high precision ratio in performance assessment more than 90 percents.

Recently, there are rapid development of information and communication technology and rapid growing of e-business users. We propose a method for security problem on the internet environment which changes from wire internet to wireless internet or wire/ wireless internet. Wireless e-business adopts credit card WPP protocol and AIP protocol proposed by ASPeCT. WAP, one of the protocol used by WPP has weakness of leaking out information from WG which connected wire and wireless communication. Certification chain based AIP protocol requires a lot of computation time and user IDs are known to others. We propose a Micro-Payment protocol based on credit card. Our protocol use the encryption techniques of the public key with ID to ensure the secret of transaction in the step of session key generation. IDs are generated using ECC based Weil pairing. We also use the certification with hidden electronic sign to transmit the payment result. The proposed protocol also solves the privacy protection and Non-repudiation problem.

In this paper, we propose semantics-based video retrieval system which support semantic retrieval of various users by feature-based retrieval and annotation-based retrieval of massive video data. By user's fundamental query and selection of image for key frame that extracted from query, the agent gives the detail shape for annotation of extracted key frame. Also, key frame selected by user become query image and searches the most similar key frame through feature based retrieval method and optimized comparison area extracting that propose. Therefore, we propose the system that can heighten retrieval efficiency of video data through semantics-based retrieval.
