상수관망의 수질사고와 이상상황 발생시 대응을 위해서는 급수구역에 설치되어 있는 자동수질측정기, 정밀여과장치, 재염소주입설비, 자동드레인 등의 계측·제어설비들 간의 유기적인 정보공유를 통한 제어를 필요로 한다. 스마트 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 이러한 인프라 시설의 운영방안을 고려하여 분산되어 있는 계측데이터를 통합감시 및 제어하는 시스템으로 개발되었다. 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 능동형 분석 제어기술을 도입하여, 스마트 상수관망 인프라 설비를 최적제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 통합운영 플랫폼은 PostgreSQL, PostGIS, GeoServer, OpenLayers 등의 기술을 활용하여 개발하였다. 플랫폼은 계측감시, 시설관리, 운영제어 등의 기능으로 구성되며, 상수도 업무지원을 위한 관망해석 및 네트워크 분석 기능을 지원한다. 본 시스템은 스마트 상수도 구축사업을 통해 구축한 유량·수질모니터링 장비와 수질관리를 위해 도입된 재염소, 자동드레인 설비의 운영상태를 실시간 조회하는 모니터링 프로그램과, 관망해석 프로그램 그리고 대상설비의 최적제어를 위한 운영관리 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 모니터링 프로그램은 현장에서 측정되고 있는 유량, 수압, 수질, 펌프운전 등의 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 클라우드 데이터베이스에 저장·관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 관망해석 프로그램은 EPA_Net모형과 연계되어 관망수리·수질해석을 수행하는 부분으로 재염소설비의 염소 추가주입이나 자동드레인을 통한 배제시 나타나게되는 관의 수리·수질변화를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분석하고 결과를 가시화 하는 기능을 갖고 있다. 운영관리 프로그램은 재염소 주입이 필요할 경우 주입량의 산정하는 부분과 관망 파손이나 수질사고 발생시 최적 단수예상지역을 도출하는 기능을 보유하고 있다. 향후 스마트 상수관망의 능동형 수질관리를 추진하는 지자체에 도입하여 인프라운영관리 기술 확보 및 수질관리 능력 개선과 실시간 감시 및 위기 대응능력 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 유류관리 문서를 수작업으로 행하던 것을 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 최적화된 전산 작업 환경을 사용자에게 제공하는 유류 통합 관리 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 수작업으로 하던 업무를 개선, 전산환경에서의 유류 관리프로그램을 이용하여 효율적인 업무 처리를 지원하며, 인력비용 감소와 오류수정을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 체계적인 거래처관리와 다양한 입/출고 관리 등의 기능을 제공해준다. 아울러 모든 메뉴를 풀다운 메뉴 형식으로 구성하여 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있어 유류관리 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

This paper proposes a compact eAI framework for the integration of various types of applications deployed on different platforms in the Internet. The applications are connected and invoked to achieve a business goal by the coordination of the workflow system in the framework. for the construction of the framework, five sub-modules are elicited and the functions and roles of each module are defined. The elicited five sub-modules include business process modeling tool, eAI platform, business processes transform module, UDDI connection module, and workflow system. In the framework, intra and inter organizational applications can be integrated together across firewalls. In this paper, the extension of a workflow system to implement the framework is also described in detail and the usefulness of the framework is ascertained by implementing an application process within the framework. A full-fledged eAI solution can be constructed by gradually adding supplementary functions within this framework.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the daily life of low-income grandparent-headed families and identify the effects of the Edu-Care program. To this end, the researcher conducted focus group interviews with ten grandparents and ten grandchildren who participated in the adjustment program, which was implemented for about five months. After participating in the program, the grandparents perceived that their skills for educating and raising children were improved and that they experienced psychological stability. Meanwhile, the grandchildren perceived that their learning competency and motivation for learning were enhanced and recognized why learning is necessary for their career. It was also found that the conditions and experiences needed for low-income grandparent-headed families are an integrative support program, a differentiated curriculum, and aid and care provided by human resources.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.

최근 세계적으로 공공기관의 혁신과 성과평가에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있고, 우리나라에서도 참여정부가 출범한 이래 공공분야의 고객경영 및 성과 향상을 위한 정부혁신이 대대적으로 추진되고 있다. 특히 지방자치 단체의 경우 자율성을 근간으로 하는 혁신을 추진해야 하는 바, 이에 대한 성과평가가 어려운 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체의 자생력을 확보 및 강화하여 독자적인 지역발전과 주민서비스를 제고하고, 중앙정부정책과의 연계성을 강화하며, 중앙정부의 지방자치단체에 대한 통합적인 정책 및 성과 평가에 따른 지원 수준을 결정하는 주요 수단이 될 수 있는 통합평가시스템의 개발 및 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

중소기업 제품이 글로벌 시장을 선도하려면 기술혁신과 시장 경쟁력을 갖는 혁신 제품개발 지원을 위한 인프라 구축은 필수적이다. 다시 말해서 기술 및 제품개발에 일련의 신제품 개발 프로세스를 기업들이 잘 시행하고, 기술혁신 및 제품개발의 성공률 제고를 위해서는 기존 기업지원 프로그램을 보강할 필요성이 있다. 또한 개발된 원천기술과 상용화 간의 간극(gap)을 줄이고 기술개발의 연쇄적인 문제점을 해소할 R&BD(Research & Business Development)인프라를 구축하여 기술/제품에 대한 지식을 폭넓은 분야의 전문가 또는 사용자들과 공유하고 완성도가 높은 시제품 제작으로 기업의 한정된 내부자원과 상품성을 보완할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발환경과 자원이 열악한 중소기업의 기술개발-사업개발-시장개발이 통합적으로 고려되어 활용될 수 있는 신개념의 시스템 도입 필요성과 위의 제반 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 소셜기반 manufacturing platform과 제품 제작 인프라 및 기업지원, marketing 등을 지원하는 신 에코시스템인 CSP(Crowd Sourcing Platform) 구축 및 서비스 디자인에 대해 논한다.

현대사회의 급속한 변화 속에서 결혼 출산 양육 노인 부양 등 가정생활과 관련된 각종 사회현상이 다양해지고 있으며, 가족 문제도 심각해지고 있다. 이에 건강한 가정생활 영위와 가족의 유지, 발전을 위해 건강가정 기본법이 2004년 2월 9일에 제정되었다. 이 법은 가정의 건강성 향상을 통한 가정문제 발생 예방 및 가정 중심의 통합적 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 법적, 제도적 기반 마련의 필요성에 따른 것이다.

본 논문에서는 지능형 e-비즈니스의 효과적인 수행을 지원하기 위하여 서비스 온톨로지 표현 언어 OWL-S와 규칙표현 언어 RuleML 사이의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 서비스 온토롤지 및 규칙 표현 모두가 함께 사용될 수 있는 통합모델의 이론적인 근간을 제공한다. 이를 위하여 OWL-S의 정형 시맨틱스를 기술하고 로직 프로그램과의 관계를 분석한 후 두 마크업 표현의 상호매핑을 보인다.
