Construction CALS has been introduced with an aim to improve the effectiveness of construction management in the public sector. The objective of this paper is to provide an approach to implementing an integrated construction management environment. The environment described in this paper provides a methods for the owner and the contractor as well as designers and engineers to interact in a sing control scheme. This interaction represents the collaboration between the contractual parties for sharing construction information. XML technology has been applied as a basic technology for delivering data in the system. The XML-based forms are loaded on the system, whose data are stored in the central database right after review and approval. In future the integrated construction management environment can be further developed to the extend that the contractor's information system is directly interface with the owner's.

모바일 컴퓨팅의 발전은 모바일 디바이스에게 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술 도입을 가져왔다. 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 워크스테이션 및 클러스터로 구축된 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 다르게 모바일 디바이스만을 가지고 자원 서비스를 제공한다. 모바일 클라우드는 모바일 디바이스의 저조한 하드웨어 성능과 산발적인 네트워크 연결을 가진다. 모바일 클라우드의 인프라 구성을 위해서는 모바일 디바이스의 연결 및 자원 통합이 매우 중요시 된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 인프라 구축을 위해 연결된 모바일 디바이스의 자원 통합 및 지속적인 자원 서비스 관리를 제공하는 M-RIM(Mobile device - Resource Integration Management)을 제안한다. M-RIM은 모바일 디바이스의 성능 정보 메타데이터 기반 분산 자원을 통합하고 사용자에게 자원 서비스를 제공한다.

현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

Introduction of new information systems due to continuous progress of ICT has made the enterprise IT environment into a mixed pot of various IT resources. Rapidly changing business situation has emphasized the integration of organizational IT resources as one of key competitive advantages. Those distributed IT resources are now demanding to solve the problems not only on their own effective management but also on security and control issues against unauthorized infiltration and information leakages. Under the situation that the number of IT resources is constantly increasing, it is needed to study a management model and its implementation that integrally solves above all problems. In this paper, it is revealed that a directory service can be used to integrally manage distributed IT resources and a directory service based system model for distributed IT resource management is suggested. By implementing an HR solution over active directory service, it is demonstrated that our integrated management model for distributed resources is applicable to real business cases. It is expected that for small and medium sized enterprises with limited IT investments, directory service based IT resource management system can be a cost-effective solution for increasing security threats and lack of governance.

정보기술(IT)의 발전과 더불어 정보시스템이 조직의 업무환경 개선, 생산성 향상, 업무의 효율성 및 효과성을 제고함에 따라 그 규모가 방대해지고 복잡해지고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술력이 업체의 생존과 시장 경쟁우위와 밀접한 관계를 갖으면서 이를 뒷받침하는 정보화 자원도 복잡해지고 다양해짐으로써 정보화 자원간의 상호 운영성, 통합관리체계, 시너지 효과 등이 중요한 사안으로 부각되어 지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 EA를 기반으로 기관에서의 정보화자원을 효과적으로 체계적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날의 기업환경에서 정보시스템은 기업에 있어서의 경쟁우위를 확보해주는 아주 보편적이고 중요한 수단이 되었다. 정보기술이 발전해 감에 따라 기업에서의 정보 시스템은 이제 거의 전분야에 걸쳐 활용되고 있다. 독자적으로 확대 구축된 정보시스템 간에 상호통합의 필요성이 증가 되었다. 최근에 등장한 기업자원계획 시스템은 전자 자원을 통합 관리하여 생산성과 효율성을 크게 향상시켜 줄 뿐 만 아니라, 패키지로 되어 있어 단기간에 구축이 가능한 획기적인 정보 시스템으로 많은 기업들의 주목을 받고 있다. 기업자원계획 시스템을 구축하려면 리엔지니어링이 필연적으로 따르게 된다. 많은 기업들이 정보 시스템의 구축 또는 그를 이용한 리엔지니어링을 단지 비용절감이라는 소극적인 목적을 위한 수단으로 인식한데서 문제가 있었다. 리엔지니어링은 단지 업무 프로세스를 재구축하는 것이 아니라, 기업의 문화자체를 바꾸게 되고 기존의 장점까지도 버려야 할지도 모른다. 기업문화는 프로세스라기 보다는 인적자원의 몫이다. 리엔지니어링에 따른 종업원들의 혼란과 저항은 정보시스템 구축을 어렵게 만들고, 기업문화에 악영향을 줄 수도 있다. 기업의 업무 전반을 지원해주는 통합된 시스템은 업무 대체를 위한 수단으로 보다는 기업의 경쟁력을 높여주는 전략적 목적으로서의 사용이 중요하며, 경쟁우위의 지속성을 확보할 수 있어야 한다. 기업자원계획 시스템의 구축 그 자체에 관심을 가질 것이 아니라, 장기적인 관점에서 기업의 전략을 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 sustainer로서의 역할을 염두에 두어야 한다. 정보 시스템이 경쟁우위를 지속시켜주는 역할을 할 수 있으려면 인적자원에 대한 관심이 무엇보다도 중요하다.

Disaster has a direct influence on the lives of the people, the body, and the property. For effective and rapid disaster responses, coordination process based on sharing and utilizing disaster information is the essential requirement Disaster and safety control agencies produce and manage heterogeneous information. They also develop and use word dictionaries individually. This is a major obstacle to retrieve and access disaster and safety information in terms of practitioners. To solve this problem, standardization of lexical resources related disaster and safety is essentially required. In this paper, we conducted current status analysis about lexical resources in disaster and safety domain. Consequently, we identified the characteristics according to lexical groups. And then we proposed the utilization plan of lexical resources for disaster and safety information management.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enable to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of five areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, R&D, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solution for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

최근 국내 ${\cdot}$ 외적으로 통합데이터센터의 출현으로 전산운영 환경이 변화하고 있다. 우리군도 정보기술 추세에 따라 국방통합정보관리샌터 구축을 추진 중이나, 예산 부족과 현실적 적용의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 국방통합정보관리센터는 군의 정보자원 통합으로 기동성 보장과 단순화 및 정보화의 인프라를 제공하며, 향후 전장에서 무기체계 효과를 십분 발휘하기 위한 필수적 요소라 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 우리 군의 국방통합정보관리센터 구축을 위한 추진 방안을 제시하고 방안별 비교를 통한 방안의 적절성을 검증하였다.
