현재는 정보화 시대를 뛰어넘어 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 센서 네트워크, 홈 네트워킹 기술과 텔레매틱스 등 각 분야에서 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 유무선 네트워크 시스템이 통합적이고 유기적으로 제공되는 시대를 위한 프로그램으로 이동성을 지니고 서비스 형태의 행동을 지닐 수 있는 형태의 에이전트 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 다양해지는 서비스의 기능을 추가하거나 수정을 하기 위해서는 응용 프로그램 전체를 수정해야 하고 이러한 서비스들이 많아 질수록 프로그램은 이러한 서비스를 지니고 있어야 함은 물론이고 서비스를 제공하는 서버로서의 컴퓨터에 대한 신뢰성을 제공하기 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 혼합형인 P2P 시스템을 기반으로 그룹의 서비스를 제공을 위해 동작하는 관리 에이전트를 개발하는데 있어서의 시스템 자원의 감시모듈과 계정관리 시스템을 설계하고 동작 과정을 제시한다.

그리드 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위해서는 Virtual Organization을 구성하는 개인, 기관, 그리고 자원 등의 동적인 집합에 대해 유연하고 안정적이며 통합된 자원의 공유를 구현해야 한다. 이를 위해 해결해야 할 많은 과제들 중에는 인증과 권한 부여가 있으며 이 두 가지는 단일시스템의 계정관리에 속한다. 현재 그리드 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위한 많은 middleware들 중에서 확고한 위치를 차지하고 있는 Globus Toolkit은 grid-mapfile을 이용하여 정적인 사용자 계정관리를 하기 때문에 동적 특성을 가진 그리드 컴퓨팅에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그리드 컴퓨팅을 위한 사용자 계정관리시스템에 대한 기존의 연구를 토대로 그리드 사용자 계정관리시스템을 Globus Toolkit 3.2를 기반으로 설계하였다.

Information system failure is various such as program test unpreparedness, physical facilities for damage prevention unpreparedness from simple software error. Now, synthetic countermove establishment and suitable confrontation connected with danger came in necessary visual point about general Information Technology of enterprise. In connection with, in this paper, various informations and system and control about data that can happen information inside and outside considering integrity for IT resource, solubility, confidentiality within organization studied about special quality to model synthetic Risk Management System that can of course and cope in danger.

Server consolidation by sever virtualization can make one physical machine(PM) to run several virtual machines simultaneously. Although It is attractive in cost, it has complex workload behaviors. For that reason, efficient resource management method is required. Dynamic relocation of virtual machine(VM)[3,4] by live migration[1,2] is one of resource management methods. We proposed SCOA(Server Consolidation Optimizing Algorithm) : a fine-grained load balancing mechanism worked on this dynamic relocation mechanism. We could obtain accurate resource distribution information through pointed physical machines on multi dimensional resource usage coordination, so we could maintain more balanced resource state. In this paper, we show the effectiveness of our algorithm by comparison of experimental results between SCOA and sandpiper[3] by software simulation.

EAM(Enterprise Access Management)은 SSO(Single Sign On)와 사용자 역할기반의 세분화된 접근관리를 제공하는 적극적 시스템 인증, 제어관리 솔루션으로 EAM 도입을 위해서는 중요한 자원들의 안전한 보관 관리가 필수적이다. 이를 위해 각 기업이나 그룹에서는 XML을 기반으로 한 여러 보안기술을 도입하고 있지만 현재 XML 정보 보안 기술을 중심으로 한 EAM시스템의 구현은 그 기반이 미미한 실정이며 표준에 따른 시스템의 고려도 미약한 실정이다. 특히 XML 정보보호기술과 기존 보안기술인 공개키 기반구조(Public Hey infrastructure, PKI), 권한관리구조 PMI(Privilege Management infrastructure)등과 같은 인증기술과의 상호연동기술에 관한 연구가 부족한 상태이다 이에 본 논문은 표준 XML 정보 보호기술 중 대표적인 기술인 XACML(extensible Access Control Markup Language)과 PMI를 연동한 안전한 EAM 통합 접근 시스템 구축 방안에 대친 연구하였다.

A hybrid information environment can be described as one where an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest a need of hybrid information services through understanding of the hybrid information environment and hybrid library. Additionally, this study deal with basic concepts of design for a hybrid information service model and address a number of hybrid library projects based on these concepts, such as Agora, BUILDER, HealdLine, HyLife, and MALIBU. Finally, this study survey generic a model of hybrid library and suggest basic principles for building of hybrid information service model, such as integration, seamlessness, authentication, interconnectivity, and personalization of information seeking process environment.

최근 분산 컴퓨팅 환경은 인터넷 기반으로 규모가 확장됨에 따라 광역 객체 컴퓨팅 환경으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 클라이언트에게 원하는 객체나 자원들의 투명성을 제공하는 메커니즘은 필수적이다. 그러나 기존의 네이밍 또는 트레이딩 서비스가 다루는 객체에 대한 객체 식별자는 이름 대 주소 그리고 속성 대 주소의 한쌍으로 이루어져 위치에 따라 객체나 자원에 대한 객체 식별자를 변경해야 하는 문제점을 갖는다. 특히, 이동 객체와 중복 객체에 대한 효과적인 위치 서비스를 제공하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 위치 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 이는 혼합 서비스와 위치 서비스 부분으로 서로 독립적으로 운용되며, 전자는 객체들의 식별자를 관리하며, 후자는 객체들의 식별자에 따르는 주소를 관리한다. 이러한 모텔을 기반으로 혼합 서비스의 인터페이스부분과 분산객체들의 관리를 위한 광역 통합트리의 구조 그리고 위치 서비스에서 컨택주소들의 탐색 과정을 기술하였다.

Internet is having the most significant impact on library and information services. This article describes introduction of Internet and the value-added information services using Internet resources. As a current awareness service using E-mail, Zephyr of the University of Washington, BM-SwetScan of the Boehringer Mannheim GmbH, and JContent of the KAIST are introduced. As a web-based integrated system, HarperSource, Ei Village, IPL, and ETLARS are introduced. Locating, filtering, evaluating, and organizing Internet information resources remains a main challenge.

In NGNs(Next Generation Networks), It is necessary for Integrated management of resource and information to satisfy high-quality users'demands, such as stable speed, guarantee of high level service and service requirement in various fields. In relation to this, technology for efficiently using limited resources is becoming interesting things more and more. Therefore policy of network service is dealt essentially. Recently, DEN(Directory Enabled Network)-based personalization service is user-dependent services in NGNs, and integrated management and efficient use of limited resources. Also, PBNM(Policy-Based Network Management) is new technology defined and applied by policies of communication service environments and users on demand. Subsequently to study on how to optimizing the PBNM is of great importance. In this paper, we propose a technology of the PBNM based on DEN standardized in DMTF(Distributed Management Task Force).
