3세대 이동통신 망에서는 릴레이 노드를 이용한 셀룰러 망과 애드혹 망의 통합을 통해 셀의 용량 및 셀 커버리지의 증가와 인접 셀 간의 부하 밸런싱 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 이종 무선 통합 망 환경에서 QoS를 제공하기 위해서는 이종 망 간에 데이터 전송 시 서로 다른 망 간의 네트워크 용량을 고려하여 데이터 릴레이 및 QoS 레벨을 일치시켜 줄 수 있는 릴레이 노드의 중계 역할이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 과금 서비스에 기반한 보상금과 수익금 제도를 통하여 애드혹 노드와 셀 기지국 간의 데이터 릴레이 기능 및 QoS를 제공하는 협상 에이전트 기법을 제안하며 ns-2 기반 UMTS/WLAN 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 성능을 분석한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes that family caregivers have experienced since using the Korean Long-Term Care Insurance(LTCI) system. In-depth interviews were conducted to determine how the services offered within the LTCI program had affected family caregiving and what changes they had incurred. Results from the qualitative content analysis show that the LTCI program significantly reduced the caregiving burden among family caregivers although burdens that family caregiver perceived varied greatly depending on the types of service that the family selected, and assigned family caregivers different identities and diverse roles(i.e., service user, family caregiver, certified care provider) depending on the service they use. The phenomenon of 'certified family care provider', which was not an intention of LTCI, demonstrates the practical need of elderly persons who require both care and the comfort of family and economic status of the family. Despite the positive impact of the LTCI policy on the family caregivers' burden and family relationship, the current LTCI system should be modified in order to better meet the needs of beneficiaries and their family caregivers.

지하수개발 이용의 허가시 지하수 양수로 인한 주변지역에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 지하수의 고갈과 오염을 예측하고 이를 사전에 방지함으로써 지하수의 보전과 합리적인 이용을 도모하고자 지하수영향조사제도가 시행되어 왔다. 특히 하천구역의 경계로부터 300미터 내의 지역에서 지하수를 개발 이용하는 경우에는 지하수영향조사서를 첨부하여 국토해양부장관과 미리 협의하도록 되어있고, 이 때 지하수개발 이용이 하천의 수량에 영향을 미친다고 인정하는 경우에는 취수량 취수 기간의 제한 및 취수 금지 등을 요청할 수 있다. 그러나, 하천인근의 지하수 양수가 하천수에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 기법이 마련되어있지 않아 실무적으로 지하수영향조사 및 허가 절차상 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지하수 이용에 따른 하천수량 변화를 예측할 수 있는 간편 상관관계식을 지표수-지하수 통합모의 결과를 이용하여 유도 제시하였다. 지표수-지하수 통합모의를 위해서 SWAT-MODFLOW 결합모형을 적용하였고, 두 개의 시험유역에 대해 가상의 양수정 설치에 따른 하천수량 변화량을 평가하는 시나리오 분석을 수행하였다. 상관관계는 다중회귀분석을 통해서 하천수 감소량을 지하수 양수량, 하천과 양수정 이격거리, 대수층 및 하천바닥의 수리전도특성, 강수량 등의 함수로 나타내었다.

This study compared nursing service satisfaction and revisit intention of comprehensive nursing care unit and general care unit patients and confirmed the impact of nursing service satisfaction on revisit intention. We used data from 201 survey questionnaires collected from four general hospitals located in B-metropolitan area. Data were collected from Jun 1 to 30, 2019. The data were analyzed using x²-test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. The results show that nursing service satisfaction was significantly higher in patients admitted to the comprehensive nursing care unit than in the general care unit. There was a significant correlation in increased nursing service satisfaction being associated with increased revisit intention. Among subcategories of nursing service satisfaction, Empathy and Tangibles were cited by 56% of the comprehensive nursing care unit and 40% of the general care unit. As a result of this study, it is necessary to prepare a nursing system that can continuously monitor nursing service satisfaction in order to increase hospital revisit intention and expand the implementation of a comprehensive nursing care unit system.

Many studies have focused on the importance of organizational integration when companies try to achieve growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). However, there has been little research that focuses on the new branding or customer base integration of the M&A process, despite the fact that this integration is very important for achieving M&A goals and business performance in industries such as retail. The purpose of this study is to provide an M&A case study of the retail industry, focused especially on the new branding and customer integration of two department stores. This study examined key integration processes in terms of brand name and membership systems of both companies by examining how the merged company achieved its new branding and the integration of its membership systems. The methodology of this research is the case study, which is used in both normative and empirical studies for distribution research in Korea. This research analyzes the case of both new branding and customer membership systems of the two companies. The new branding initiatives of this case centered on decision making including brand extension and brand naming. The customer membership integration of the two companies is analyzed on the basis of the customer reward programs that include both financial and service rewards. This study shows the success factors of new branding and customer integration in the M&A process in terms of achieving marketing goals and business performance as follows: First, companies should identify the integration areas by analyzing the brand and membership of both companies and make a balanced decision for both the customer and company. Second, the goals of new branding and membership integration in the M&A process should not emphasize business efficiency from a short-term perspective but rather should consider brand power and business synergy from a long-term perspective. Third, the post-merger integration process of the brand or customer areas requires not only the organized execution of integration tasks but also follow-up programs for changes in business strategy and marketing-related programs to realize the synergy effects of integrated organization. Although this study provides a detailed review and analysis of the new branding and customer integration processes in post-merger integration and in identifying the primary decision-making areas of these processes, there are some limitations requiring further research that may overcome or compensate for these limitations. The suggested future research areas are as follows: First, since this research is a case study of only one M&A, it makes few theoretical contributions such as new propositions or theories or possibilities for generalization. This limitation can be overcome through further research using multiple cases, which may lead to new propositions. Second, the methodology of this study lacks sufficient rigor in terms of its analytic approach because this case study was developed and analyzed descriptively. Further research is needed to compensate for these limitations, such as using a theory-based approach or comparative analysis approach that makes case analysis more systematic.
