u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라를 활용하여 유비쿼터스 서비스를 도시공간에 제공함으로써 도시민의 생활편의 증대와 삶의 질을 높이고 체계적인 도시관리 및 도시의 제반 기능의 혁신을 통해 도시 경쟁력 향상을 목표로 한다. 최근 u-City의 핵심부문으로, u-City의 성공적 구축을 위해 관심이 집중되고 있는 도시통합운영센터는 기존 도시에서는 시도해 보지 않았던 새로운 개념으로, U-City법에서 향후 U-서비스의 관리 운영에 필수적인 U-City기반시설로 규정되어 있기는 하지만 도시통합운영센터에 대한 명확한 기준이 없다. 또한 구축 관리 운영을 위해 필요한 법 제도적 기반환경이 미흡한 실정으로, 법적 근거없이 개별법에 의한 사업추진으로 실제로 도시통합운영센터를 구현하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이와 같이 u-City와 도시통합운영센터는 기존 도시에서는 시도해 보지 않았던 새로운 개념이기 때문에 현행 법에 맞지 않는 경우 발생하기 때문에 이에 적합한 새로운 법/제도가 필요하다. 본 연구는 기존 관련법과의 연계를 통한 도시통합운영센터 구축 운영에 대한 법 제도적 기반환경 마련을 위한 연구로서, u-City 관련 법/제도 중 도시통합운영센터 구축 및 운영 관련 사항에 대한 검토를 통해, 법/제도적 측면에서 도시통합운영센터 구현에 필요한 제반사항을 검토하였다. 구축측면 (계획/건설)에서 시스템 공동활용 및 연계 구축 방안 마련을 위해 도시통합운영센터 구축주체, 재원조달방법을 검토하였으며, 운영측면에서 도시통합운영센터 운영 방안을 마련하기 위해 도시통합운영센터의 공공기능 수행 및 운영에 대한 사항을 분석하였다. 도시통합운영센터 구축 운영에 대한 법 제도 정비를 위한 기반연구를 통해 도시통합운영센터의 성공적인 구축 및 운영을 도모하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 선형계획법 프로그램을 실무용과 교육용 모두 사용할 수 있는 사용자 편의성이 강조된 선형계획법 통합환경 프로그램인 LIPED를 개발하였다. LIPED는 첫째, 풀다운(Pull Down) 메뉴 방식의 선형계획법 통합환경, 둘째, 선형계획법의 교육을 위해 여러가지 선형계획법해법 들을 통합하여 구축하였다. 셋째, 실무용으로 사용할 수 있는 안정적이고 효율적인 선형계획법 프로그램을 제공한다. 마지막으로 실험용 선형계획법 문제를 생성할 수 있는 기능과 다양한 선형계획법 입력 방식과 각 방식이 호환되도록 구축하였다. 그리고 추후연구로 교육용 LP에 Affine Scaling Algorithm, Barrier Algorithm을 추가하고, UNIX System 또는 Windows 환경하에서 통합 프로그램의 개발 및 수식 형태의 입력방식과 스프레드쉬트(Spreadsheet) 형식의 입력방식 등의 다양한 입력방식의 지원과 전문가의 지식을 연결하여 해법 선택 및 모형 구축 등을 지원할 수 있는 지능형 선형계획법 지원시스템을 구축하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 부도예측용 인공신경망의 입력노드 선정을 위한 휴리스틱으로 연결강도분석 접근법을 제안한다. 연결강도분석은 학습이 끝난 인공신경망에서 입력노드와 은닉노드와 연결된 가중치의 절대값 즉, 연결강도를 분석하여 입력변수를 선정하는 접근법으로, 본 연구에서는 약체연결뉴론제거법, 강체연결뉴론선택법 그리고 이 두 기법을 통합한 통합 연결강도 모형을 제안하여 각각 의사결정 트리 및 다변량판별분석에 의해 선정된 입력변수를 이용한 인공신경망 모형과 예측율을 비교한다. 실험 결과 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 방법론이 의사결정트리나 다다변량판별분석 기법 보다 높은 예측율을 보여 주었다. 특히 두 기법의 통합연결강도 모형의 경우에는 다른 단일 기법보다 높은 예측율을 보이고 있다.

현재 기술과 정보통신의 발전은 학생들의 학습과정에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 현재까지의 연구들은 주로 수업에 활용 가능한 기술개발에 치중되어 있었으며, 교사들이 수업을 위해 활용하게 되는 다양한 기술과 교수법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수업을 진행하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 교사의 기술사용과 가치, 기술 숙련도를 이해하고 이것이 학생들의 기술통합교육에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구자는 특히 디자인툴들이 빈번히 사용되는 디자인 교육에 있어서의 선생님의 기술통합교육의 중요성을 조사하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 디자인 툴을 이용하여 스튜디오 수업을 진행하고 있는 국내 7개 대학의 스튜디오 수업 담당 교사들을 대상으로 3주에 걸쳐 설문과 면접을 실시하였다. 추가적으로 조사 대상 교사의 수업을 듣는 학생들을 대상으로 교수법에 대한 설문을 병행하였다. 스튜디오 수업의 디자인 과정에서 학생들이 기술툴들을 다양하게 활용하기 위해서는 교사의 학습법이 매우 중요한 요소였으며, 교사들이 디자인툴의 사용에 익숙하고 그것의 활용도를 폭넓게 이해하고 있을 때 학생들의 기술통합수업이 가능하였다.

Database Integration problems has been recognized as a critical issue for effective logistics service in logistics environment. However, researches related to effective methodology for this have been studied theoretically in the DB schema integration, are insufficient in the side of the system realization. The aim of this paper is to present a schema integration technique to integrate DB using XML(eXtensible Markup Language) in the part of practical DB integration, a quantitative methodology for the identification of conflict that is a representative problem on database integration. To achieve this aim, we extracted the entity name and attribute name from DB schema and suggested a quantitative methodology to easily fine name conflict that frequently give raise to a trouble when schema integration, based on the level of semantic similarity between attributes and entities.

Link weight analysis approach is suggested as a heuristic for selection of input nodes in artificial neural network for bankruptcy prediction. That is to analyze each input node\\\\`s link weight-absolute value of link weight between an input node and a hidden node in a well-trained neural network model. Prediction accuracy of three methods in this approach, -weak-linked-neurons elimination method, strong-linked-neurons selection method and integrated link weight model-is compared with that of decision tree and multivariate discrimination analysis. In result, the methods suggested in this study show higher accuracy than decision tree and multivariate discrimination analysis. Especially an integrated model has much higher accuracy than any individual models.

The aim of this paper is to present a quantitative methodology for the identification of conflict that is a representative problem on database integration. To achieve this aim, we suggested a quantitative methodology that can efficiently fine troubles such as name conflicts when schema integration, based on the level of semantic similarity between attributes and entities. And, in order to measure these semantic similarities, we used a thesaurus dictionary that proposed previous research. Finally, we presented effectiveness of the proposed methodology through some typical examples.

XML인 많은 기업 애플리케이션에서의 데이터 라우팅 표준으로 사용됨에 따라 XML 데이터를 통합적으로 관리하는 체계적 방법론이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론은 객체지향 개념을 기본으로 하여 객체와 관계를 분리하는 데이터 모델을 정의하고 이 데이터 모델을 통하여 XML 문서들의 서로 다른 스키마들을 변환, 통합하는 체계적 접근법이다. 본 연구를 통해 독자적 데이터 구조를 지닌 XML 문서들에 일관된 통합 환경을 제공함으로써 기업 애플리케이션 통합, 데이터 웨어하우스, 기업간 전자상거래 분야에의 활용을 기대할 수 있다.

This study analyzes the characteristics of broadcasting law and telecommunication law and suggested the key legitimate of regulation where convergence law would go for in the convergence circumstances by drawing the common and differential characteristics of two laws. Moreover, in the value of inherent pursuit of broadcasting law and telecommunication law, this paper examined whether these values continued to be reflected in the convergence law, and indicated the direction how these values should adopt in the convergence law. The result of this study shows that strong entry regulation has applied to both broadcasting and telecommunications industry. Also, both industries have been required to be universal service to realize the value. Meanwhile, the pursuit of original value of broadcasting law and telecommunication law can be summarized as secure of access and diversity, respectively. In the convergence law, it is necessary to compensate and modify the meaning of access and diversity based on traditional regulation.
