컴퓨터에 의한 생산시스템의 통합체계화와 온-라인화에 따라 자동화된 설비진단 방법이 요구되어지고 있다. 이에 따라 기계설비에 각종 센서를 부착하여 실시간으로 수집된 출력신호를 이용하여 기계설비를 온-라인으로 감시하는 여러가지 기법들이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 진동센서로부터의 신호를 radial 함수에 근거한 다단계 뉴럴 네트워크(Neural Network)로 모형화하여 기계설비 상태를 감시하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 다단계 모델링 분석을 통하여 신호를 예측하고 설비고장 원인을 분류하며, 다른 모형과의 비교를 통하여 효율성 평가와 최적 단계수를 결정하였다. 온라인 학습 알고리즘은 recursive least squares와 clustering 방법을 이용한다.

This paper is to study on the Construction of Test circuit and Unification of Experiment Method for high voltage gas-insulated load switch using high power testing system The high power testing system is a equipment to verify electrical and mechanical performance on electrical product. The system consist of short-circuit generator, back-up breaker, making switch, impedance, high voltage transformer, low voltage transformer, measuring and protection system, etc. Using this system, we can test related to high power, for example, short-time current test, active load Current test, magnetizing Current test, capacitive current test, closed loop current test, etc. Standards of high voltage gas-insulated load switch that is in use domestic distribution line are ES 5925-0002, IEC 60265-1, IEC 62271-1 and IEEE C 37.74, etc. In this paper, we standardized on the test procedure, organization of test circuit and analysis of measured data prescribed many difference standards, and applied this test method to 600[MVA] high power testing system. So that we can test the load switch satisfied standards.

상수관망의 수질사고와 이상상황 발생시 대응을 위해서는 급수구역에 설치되어 있는 자동수질측정기, 정밀여과장치, 재염소주입설비, 자동드레인 등의 계측·제어설비들 간의 유기적인 정보공유를 통한 제어를 필요로 한다. 스마트 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 이러한 인프라 시설의 운영방안을 고려하여 분산되어 있는 계측데이터를 통합감시 및 제어하는 시스템으로 개발되었다. 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 능동형 분석 제어기술을 도입하여, 스마트 상수관망 인프라 설비를 최적제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 통합운영 플랫폼은 PostgreSQL, PostGIS, GeoServer, OpenLayers 등의 기술을 활용하여 개발하였다. 플랫폼은 계측감시, 시설관리, 운영제어 등의 기능으로 구성되며, 상수도 업무지원을 위한 관망해석 및 네트워크 분석 기능을 지원한다. 본 시스템은 스마트 상수도 구축사업을 통해 구축한 유량·수질모니터링 장비와 수질관리를 위해 도입된 재염소, 자동드레인 설비의 운영상태를 실시간 조회하는 모니터링 프로그램과, 관망해석 프로그램 그리고 대상설비의 최적제어를 위한 운영관리 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 모니터링 프로그램은 현장에서 측정되고 있는 유량, 수압, 수질, 펌프운전 등의 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 클라우드 데이터베이스에 저장·관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 관망해석 프로그램은 EPA_Net모형과 연계되어 관망수리·수질해석을 수행하는 부분으로 재염소설비의 염소 추가주입이나 자동드레인을 통한 배제시 나타나게되는 관의 수리·수질변화를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분석하고 결과를 가시화 하는 기능을 갖고 있다. 운영관리 프로그램은 재염소 주입이 필요할 경우 주입량의 산정하는 부분과 관망 파손이나 수질사고 발생시 최적 단수예상지역을 도출하는 기능을 보유하고 있다. 향후 스마트 상수관망의 능동형 수질관리를 추진하는 지자체에 도입하여 인프라운영관리 기술 확보 및 수질관리 능력 개선과 실시간 감시 및 위기 대응능력 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

HADAX is a serial communication converter of train control computer. It is connected with various signal equipments such as wayside signal equipments, station signal equipments, train control computers, and transmits control information and signal condition information for train control. And transmits information to several electronic interlocking devices through a splitter interface. Since HADAX interfaces with many signaling devices through serial communication, frequent communication connection faults necessitate improvement of performance such as dual system configuration, integration of external splitter, and multi-channelization of communication card. The improved HADAX device should have compatibility with the dimensions of existing enclosure and enclosure, and verify the performance of dual system and splitter integration. Therefore, we verified the performance of HADAX through the route control test, dual system test, and multi-channel communication test with splitter integrated connection by connecting with the existing signal equipment.

본 연구는 Ramadege 와 Wonham 의 Supervisor Control 을 기반으로 한다. 초기 이 이론은 오토마타를 이용하여 모델링 하였으며, 많은 연구가 활발하게 이루어져왔다. 그러나, 유한 오토마타는 병렬처리 및 동기화, 자원공유를 모델링하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 유한 오토마타를 기반으로 한 연구는 일반적으로 복잡한 시스템을 모델링 할 때 발생하는 결합 폭발성에 의한 제한성이 있다. 반면, 패트리 넷은 병렬처리나 동기화에 대한 모델링을 하기에 보다 더 강력한 도구이지만, 패트리 넷을 이용한 통합법은 아직까지 광범위하게 연구되지는 않았다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 공장설비(plant)모델과 이 설비에 대해 사용자가 원하는 작업을 명시한 사용자 설계명세 (user specifications)모델을 패트리 넷을 이용하여 모델링하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구는 사용자 설계명세에 관련한 폐쇄 회로 패트리 넷(closed-loop PN)을 획득하고자 원시 공장설비 모델에 제어 플래이스(control place)를 추가하는 통합을 실행하기 위한 방법으로 Ghaffari의 영역 이론(Theory of Region )을 이용하여 연구개발 하였다

There are about 160 post office buildings of medium and/or large scale in Korea Energy saving and efficient manpower management for the buildings are important. In this paper, patterns of the operation and energy consumption of the post office buildings are analyzed. The authors suggest an integrated and grouped management of the dispersed post office buildings using internet, through which more improved efficiency can be expected.

This paper concerns developing an integrated online/offline light facility management system using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to an old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower and maintenance cost, economically.

"언제, 어디에서, 어떤 형태의 접속"도 가능하게 하는 유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경의 실현을 위해 음성, 데이터의 통합은 우선 지원되어야 할 애플리케이션이다. 블루투스는 음성, 데이터의 동시 처리가 가능한 무선 개인 영역 네트워크(WPAN: Wireless Personal Area Network) 표준이다. 저가, 저전력의 무선 통신을 기반으로 휴대폰, 무전 전화기(Cordless Telephone) 의 음성 통화와 노트북, PDA 등의 정보기기의 인터넷 접속을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 블루투스의 음성, 데이터 통합처리를 구현한 블루투스 액세스 포인트(Access Point)에 대해 기술한다. 근거리 무선 데이터 통신과 유실 네트워크의 연결을 이루어 노트북, PDA 등 단말기의 인터넷 동시 접속을 지원하며 블루투스 폰의 VoIP 통화를 구현하였다. 개발 완료된 시스템의 테스트 결과 다양한 벤더들의 제품들과 호환성을 이루어 표준안을 만족하였으며 성능 면에서 역시 규격에서 제시한 최대치에 근접한 매우 우수함을 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 통합 및 유비퀴터스(Ubiquitous) 환경의 실현을 위한 첫 단계 서비스라 할 수 있는 모발일 홈 네트워크 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 따라서 모바일 홈 네트워크(mobile Home Network, mHN) 서비스의 개념 및 이를 제공하기 위해 존재하는 가치사슬, 서비스 모델 및 필요기술 등을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 모델을 크게 P2P, Semi P2P, 통합형 (Hub & Spoke)으로 구분하여 각 모델의 특징을 살펴본다. 특히, 통합형 모델을 위한 서버의 서비스, 제어 및 관리 기능과 관련 노드들과의 연동을 위한 인터페이스 등을 나타낸다. 뿐만 아니라 댁내와 댁내의 연결 노드인 홈 게이트웨이의 구조 및 기능 들을 살펴보고 마지막으로 다양한 모바일 홈 네트워크 서비스의 예를 제시한다.
