전자상거래의 활성화를 위한 전자지불시스템은 보안성과 통용성의 양면을 만족해야한다. 현재 서비스중인 전자현금이나 전자화폐는 디지털정보가 직접 화폐가치를 지니고 있기 때문에 인터넷에서 분실시 복구가 불가능하다. 또한 전자수표나 가상은행을 이용한 계좌이체방식은 인터넷 통용성이 약하며, 신용카드를 이용한 전자지불시스템은 통용성은 양호하나 신용카드번호 노출의 위험이 있고 수수료 등 트랜잭션 비용이 소요되므로 소액지불에는 불리하다. 전자지불시스템의 활성화를 위해서는 신용카드와 같이 휴대 가능하고 실세계에서의 통용성이 우수한 시스템이어야 하며, 직접 지불이 가능하고 소액지불도 가능한 체계이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 새로운 지불시스템 "스마트-Pay"는 모든 사람들이 은행을 사용하고 있다는 점을 착안하여 은행계좌기반이면서 실세계 및 인터넷에서 직접지불이 가능하도록 설계한 것이다. 본 지불시스템의 안전도는 발행기관, 은행, 고객으로 이어지는 인증사슬에 의한 강력한 인증과 스마트카드에 의한 전자서명에 의존하며 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄를 제공하므로 안전하다고 평가된다.

기업의 ESG 활동의 일환으로 탄소중립과 순환경제의 개념을 활용한 기업의 성과를 고객에게 알리기 위하여 고품질의 전과정평가 결과에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 이를 위해서 LCI 데이터베이스에 대한 글로벌 요건에 맞는 고품질의 LCI 데이터베이스를 구축하고 관리하는 것이 국가적으로 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이를 위해 UNEP는 GLAD 플랫폼을 만들었고, EU는 LCDN 플랫폼을 만들어 국제통용성을 고려한 고품질의 LCI 데이터베이스를 관리하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 국내 LCI 데이터베이스는 정부주도로 1999년부터 지속적으로 개발되어 활용되고 있지만, 국제통용성의 측면에서 볼 때, 기업의 생산현황을 반영한 최신의 일차데이터가 부족하고, LCI 데이터베이스에 포함된 목록항목들이 모든 환경영향을 충분히 평가할 수도 없으며, 데이터 정보제공의 형식인 LCI 데이터베이스 포맷이 글로벌 동향을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 국제통용성을 고려한 국내 LCI 데이터베이스의 개발을 위해 산업을 대표하는 협회 또는 단체를 통해 매년 최신의 일차데이터를 확보하고, 이를 토대로 모든 환경영향을 평가할 수 있는 수준의 목록항목을 포함한 국내 LCI 데이터베이스를 개발하고, 이를 Eco-SPOLD_02 또는 ILCD 등의 최신 LCI 데이터베이스 포맷으로 관리하여야 한다.

본 연구에서는 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 정보보호 자격에 대하여 운영기관, 응시자격, 검정방법, 시험과목, 합격결정 기준, 합격률, 합격자수에 대하여 상세히 분석한다. 정보보호 분야의 국제통용 자격으로 CISSP, SSCP, CISA, ISO17799/BS7799, GIAC, CBCP, CIA 등 7개의 자격에 대한 분석을 통하여 국외 정보보호 자격의 추세와 흐름을 고찰한다.

It is current status that currently-used 'electronic cash' cannot go beyond the physically and commonly-used as it is used by digitalizing the existing commodity money. Especially in case of bitcoin, though it is issued only by the activity called 'mining' without the issuing body and used in some countries in relatively-active way as it is admitted as the currency in the way that proves the transaction through 'BlockChain' in the form of P2P for the transaction among the individuals, it has several issues due to the characteristics it has. So, this research is willing to suggest the alternative plan to matter of policy, managerial and technical problems regarding the vitalization plan of bitcoin.

Cultures mean communication. With the whole world communicating online simultaneously, international availability has also been required in education. Especially the social media including the YouTube has opened a new age of e-learning, if not intending to do so, and the curriculum of a college or a university has kept up with the needs of our time. This study contains domestic and international professional programs equipped with internalization of a curriculum. It has suggested a role of college of arts as a customized and specialized institution which offers students advanced skills of related international industries through an internationalization of a curriculum of media and arts. It also suggests that full-time faculties need to develop a program to secure an international expertise. It can be concluded that a shift of paradigm towards education industry through social media contributes to needs to secure an international availability of a curriculum.

Compared with the Certification Requirements for Professional Engineer in other country, those of Korean are not satisfactory. This is due to a few facts such as no relation with accreditation of engineering education and no separation of technical field and engineering field. Eventually, this problem makes it impossible to ensure the international mobility of Korean professional engineers. This research reviews the international trends regarding the professional engineer certification requirements, compares the requirements of Korea and other countries, proposes three alternatives for improvement, and suggests two implementation plans for the alternatives.
