This study is to find the mobile communication corporate social responsibility activities on brand equity for the purchase intention of the Company's social responsibility activities impact study of 3's customers using mobile communication service quality services residing in Daejeon to analyze whether the control acts through. Results of the study on social responsibility activities brand equity, brand equity is showed to influence purchase intention, showed that the moderating effect between service quality through the purchase of brand equity. In this study, in order to increase the company's ultimate goal is also to improve the brand image of buying through corporate social responsibility activities, we derive a result that can increase the purchasing needs of consumers by providing differentiated service quality research.

This paper aims to study the relationship of U-Traffic Service Quality and User Satisfaction. Independence variables is u-traffic service quality, and mediation parameters are publicity, usefulness and economic. Dependent variable is user satisfaction. Using SPSS 18.0, a series of factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis have been performed. The conclusion is as follows. First, U-traffic service quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction directly. Second, U-traffic service quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction through mediation parameters of publicity, usefulness and economic. Third, service quality factor of the U-traffic service quality have more effect on user satisfaction than system quality factor. Last, usefulness among mediation parameters have the most positive effect on user satisfaction.

SLA(Service Level Agreement) 란 통신 사업자와 고객 간의 합의를 통하여 사전에 정의된 수준의 서비스를 제공하기로 맺은 협약이다. 이러한 서비스 수준협약에서 만약 서비스의 제공 수준이 미달되거나 주기적으로 혹은 일정 기간동안사전에 정의된 수준에 미치지 못하는 경우 서비스 제공자는 고객에게 통신 요금을 보상 하게 된다. 보상은 일반적으로 통신 서비스 이용 요금의 일정 부분을 반환 혹은 감면하는 형태로 이루어진다. 하지만 현재 사업자 별로 구성된 초고속 인터넷망에서 고객의 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 점진적이고 체계적인 개선책과 SLA도입 및 발전 방향이 제시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 SLA를 둘러싼 국내의 환경과 SLA도입 및 발전 방향 그리고 SLA도입 후의 결과에 대한 예측을 하였다.

A lot of attention for IPTV service has increased in a Mobile Environment. Also popularity of smart-phone, streaming service, a lot of content is actively shaping the market. These service provide users with guaranteed quality of service. There are important quality in a mobile IPTV provides users with a seamless quality of the streaming service can be viewed as a split. Research on improving the quality of services cropped, but to prevent dropouts research using multi-interface is not widely work. In this paper, we suggest that mobile IPTV service based multi-interface.

The union of broadcasting and telecommunication is developing by the rapid advance of communications technology and the digitalization of broadcasting. IPTV appears as a standard service of the union of broadcasting and telecommunication because it uses more extended broadband which enables people to watch TVs and uses various communication services at the same time. Therefore, I would like to study the structure of IPTV services, some technical issues for high-quality services and propose solutions.

PC-to-PC 또는 PC-to-Phone에서 구현되었던 초기 VoIP 서비스의 낮은 음성 품질은 기존 유선 전화서비스와 경쟁이 되지 않는 것으로 인식되었고 규제의 대상에서 제외되었다. 그러나 기술의 발전에 따라 향상된 품질의 음성서비스 및 다양한 응용서비스 등을 저렴한 가격에 제공할 수 있게 되었으며, 식별번호의 부여를 통해 VoIP 서비스는 기존 음성전화서비스와 동등한 수준의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 평가되어, 기간통신서비스로서 기존 음성전화서비스와 유사한 수준의 규제를 받게 되었다. 최근에는 이러한 VoIP 서비스가 유선 환경에서뿐만 아니라 무선 LAN 환경에서도 구현되었고, 나아가 VoWLAN과 이동전화를 묶음으로 제공하는 기술이 가능하게 되었으며, 궁극적으로 VoIP가 이동전화서비스와 같이 완전한 이동 환경에서의 구현이 멀지않은 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 따라 무선 또는 이동 환경에서의 VoIP 서비스에 대한 이슈가 수면 위로 부상할 전망이며, 특히 이동 환경은 기존 이동전화사업자의 주파수 할당대가 납부 등의 측면에서 유선 환경과는 다소 차이가 있으므로 이동 환경에서의 VoIP를 어떤 식으로 규정해야 될지에 대해 많은 논란이 일 것으로 예상된다.

본 고에서는 ITU-T와 3GPP를 중심으로 음성통신 서비스를 위해 표준으로 채택된 코덱의 특징과 현재 표준화가 진행중인 3GPP EVS(Enhanced Voice Service) 코덱 기술의 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다. ITU-T에서는 2000년 중반부터 기존의 협대역(전화선 대역) 보다 넓은 주파수 대역의 신호를 코딩할 수 있는 광대역과 슈퍼와이드밴드 코덱에 대한 표준화가 활발히 진행되었다. 3GPP에서는 2010년부터 4세대 이동 통신에서 고품질의 대화형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 음성뿐만 아니라 혼합컨텐츠와 오디오 신호에 대해서도 우수한 품질을 제공할 수 있는 코덱 기술에 대한 표준화를 진행하고 있다.

최근 웹서비스의 사용은 응용 칸 통신과 상호운용성의 필요가 증가됨에 따라 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 웹 서비스는 SOA의 참조아키텍처로서 필요한 복잡한 연산 수행 컴포넌트를 표준인터페이스를 사용하여 결합하도록 한다. 그러나 웹서비스에 대한 분산 기업응용에 적용이 요구되고 있으며 이를 위해 위험요소분석, 대응정책 및 해결책에 대한 방안이 부재한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 웹서비스의 품질관리를 위한 지능형 웹 서비스 품질 관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 웹서비스의 관리를 위해 온톨로지를 적용하여 운영할 수 있는 아키텍처를 제안한다.
