정보통신분야의 눈부신 발전 및 확산에 따라 최근의 건물에는 OA기기, 통신기기, 빌딩관리시스템기기, 보안시스템 기기 등이 도입되고 있으며 이들 기기는 동작 전류가 매우 작아 원하지 아니하는 전류에 의해 기기의 파괴, 오동작, 잡음 등의 장애가 발생한다. 그러나 이러한 기술적 변화에 따른 영향으로부터 대응할 수 있는 통신용 접지에 대해서는 소홀히 한 것이 사실이었다. 이에 국제표준화, 국내 접지현황 및 문제점을 고찰하고 인텔리전트 빌딩에 맞는 접지시스템 및 정보통신 설비별 세부 설치방법을 소개함으로써 국내 통신용 접지에 맞게 활용할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고, 더불어 접지의 중요성에 대한 인식전환의 계기가 되었으면 한다.

과거의 휴대폰, TV, 전화기 등의 기기들은 아날로그 신호 기반이 주류를 이루었고, 낮은 대역폭, 폐쇄된 네트워크 환경, 낮은 컴퓨팅 사양 등으로 그 적용 범위가 협소하였고, 어느 정도 보안성을 갖추었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 최근 들어 고품질의 서비스를 제공하는 다양한 기기들이 등장하고 네트워크 대역폭 제공 범위가 확장되면서 정보통신 기기의 중요성과 위협요소가 커지고 있다. 특히, 2010년부터 본격적으로 시작된 스마트폰의 확산으로 태블릿 PC, 스마트 TV, 스마트워크, 스마트그리드 등 스마트 기기 시대가 개막되었음을 알 수 있다. 이에 정보통신기기의 보안은 더 이상 간과할 수 없는 중요한 요소로 자리매김 되었다. 본고에서는 네트워크에 참여하는 다양한 기기의 안전한 운영을 위하여 해당 기기를 식별하고 진위를 판단할 수 있는 신뢰된 인증방법에 대한 현황을 소개한다.

닷컴기업들의 몰락, 이동 통신 분야의 투자지연,경기 하락 등에서 촉발된 통신기기 산업의 침체는 3세대 서비스 상용화에 의한 신규 투자수요 발생과 통신기기 회사들의 강도 높은 구조 조정에 의한 공급 과잉 문제가 해소된 이우에야 회복이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

세계 각 국은 출생률 감소와 평균수명 증가에 따른 인구 고령화의 급진전과 다양한 선천성 또는 후천성 장애로 인한 장애자의 급증에 대비, 이들을 위한 복지정보통신시스템 및 기기 개발을 적극 추진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 고령자 및 장애자를 위한 복지정보통신시스템 및 기기의 현상과 미래 파악에 초점을 두고, 시스템 및 기기가 갖추어야 하는 기능과 이러한 기능을 실현하기 위한 기술을 장애형태별로 정리해보았으며, 또한 정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 출현가능한 새로운 복지정보통신시스템 및 기기와 이러한 시스템 및 기기의 개발시 고려되어야 할 여러가지 요인 및 추진방법들을 살펴보았다.

Recently the interest on device-to-device (D2D) communication has been increased due to the growing popularization of smart phones and tablet PCs. However, existing device identification mechanisms of D2D communication provide a text-based long list of possible devices, which leads the users to avoid to use D2D techniques. In this paper, we propose a location-based device identification technique for D2D communication. This paper describes the algorithm, analyzes its accuracy using analytical models, and verifies the results using computer simulations. The proposed algorithm is more user-friendly and intuitive way than existing D2D techniques.

In this paper, the electromagnetic immunity of electronic medical equipments was tested by employing a standard test method for medical equipments. In addition, the electromagnetic interference to the medical equipments caused by four different types of mobile phones such as portable transceiver, analog, digital, and PCS cellular phones, have been studied. In this study, 16 medical equipments of 11 different types were investigated. There are a patient monitor, an infusion pump, a neonatal incubator and so on. In the case of the EMS test, the interferences were detected for seven medical equipments of four different types(53.3%) such as the patient monitor. For the two portable transceivers, 12 medical equipments of eight different models (75%) were affected. All medical equipments were satisfied with electromagnetic immunity by analog, digital and PCS cellular phones. The experiment results show that the malfunction of the electronic medical equipments is dependent on the frequency range and the electric field strength of the mobile phones.

Can we identify in detail where the problem will be? In this paper we deals with the above issues and suggest an analysis tool to narrow the scope of the place where the problem is to be emerged. Some characteristics of this analysis tool are figured out.

(재)전기통신단말기기심사협회(JATE)는 전기통신사업법에 기초하여, 우정성 장관으로부터 지정받고 우정성법령에 정해 놓은 기술기준(단말설비등의 규칙) 및 제1종 전기통신사업자가 우정성 장관의 인가를 받아 정한 접속 기술적 조건과의 적합성 심사를 하여, 적합인정을 일원화하고 있다. 1994년도 상반기의 인정상황 개요를 소개한다.
