광산 통기수갱발파에서 전색조건이 발파효율에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical Analysis on Effect of Stemming Condition in Mine Ventilation Shaft Blasting)

  • 통기 수갱은 지하공간 개발시 분진 또는 매연 등을 제거하기 위해 광산과 터널에서 사용되는 통로이다. 광산에서는 통기 수갱 개발을 위해 10~20m 구간의 크라운필라 영역을 1회의 장공발파로 굴착하는 공법이 적용 가능하다. 이 경우 천공오차를 파악하기 위해 장약공을 완전히 천공하였을 때 장약공 하부가 구속되지 않으며, 또한 이는 폭약 장약과 발파효율을 떨어트리는 문제를 발생시킨다. 이는 장약공 하부에 전색을 사용함으로 장약공 하부를 전색하여 폭약 장약의 문제를 해결하고 발파효율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ANSYS AUTODYN 2D SPH(Smooth particle hydrodynamics) 해석기법을 이용하여 장약공 직경(45, 76mm)과 다양한 전색장을 달리한 통기 수갱 발파 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 또한 발파에 따른 하부의 대괴 사이즈, 저항선을 확인하여 최적의 하부전색장을 도출하였다. 해석 결과 하부전색장 30cm 이하의 경우 발파효율이 저하되며, 발파효율을 높이기 위해서 30cm 이상의 전색장을 적용하여야 함을 확인하였다.

고분자압출의 공정변수가 통기성필름강도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Process Parameters on the Breathable Film Strength of Polymer Extrusion)

  • Optimization of process parameters in polymer extrusion is an important task to reduce manufacturing cost. To determine the optimum values of the process parameters, it is essential to find their influence on the strength of polymer breathable thin film. The significance of six important process parameters namely, extruder cylinder temperature, extruder speed, extruder dies temperature, cooling roll temperature, stretching ratio, stretching roll temperature on breathable film strength of polymer extrusion was determined. Moreover, this paper presents the application of Taguchi method and analysis of variance (ANOVA) for maximization of the breathable film strength influenced by extrusion parameters. The optimum parameter combination of extrusion process was obtained by using the analysis of signal-to-noise ratio. The conclusion revealed that extruder speed and stretching ratio were the most influential factor on the film strength, respectively. The best results of film strength were obtained at higher extruder speed and stretching ratio.

유기바인더를 이용한 통기성 금형제작에 관한 연구 (A study on porous metal mold using organic binder)

  • Outlet of gas has been a big problem in deforming rubber or plastic in pressing mold. Air vent has been used to solve the problem, but it has weak points such as the increased cost, the increased number of process, and vent marks on the surface of a produce. In this study, the sintering method is used for making porous metal mold. Porous metal mold has many open pores, which are very small. When Porous metal mold is used for pressing mold, all process would be made short, produce cost would be down, and it would not leave vent marks on the surface of a produce. Porosity varies from sintering and pressing conditions, which are the pressure of compacting powder, the length of sintering time, sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere etc. This study will find optimized sintering temperature condition for the Porous metal mold.

Characteristic of porous material varies from sintering conditions, which are the length of sintering time, sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere etc. This study will find optimized sintering condition for the porous metal mold.
