통계학과 교육과정의 개선에 관한 연구를 비롯한 몇몇 응용 논문을 통하여 통계학과에서 데이터베이스 교육이 중요하다는 사실은 간혹 언급되어 왔으나, 그 구체적인 교육 방법에 관해 논의한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 통계학과에서 데이터베이스 교육의 필요성 및 교육 방안에 관해 생각해보고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 통계학과에서 데이터베이스를 교육할 때 어떻게 통계학이라는 학문과 연관지어 교육할 수 있을 것인가에 대해 살펴보는 것이다.

2005년 1월, 정부혁신지방분권위원회의 ${\ulcorner}$국가통계인프라 강화 방안${\lrcorner}$ 의 내용을 보면 통계청의 지방통계사무소를 지역통계센터로 개편하여 지역통계의 기획, 표본설계 등에 관한 기술지원을 담당하는 것으로 기술되어 있다. 향후 모든 기관의 통계조사업무를 수탁, 대행하는 기관으로의 발전을 목적으로 한다. 통계청에서는 이 역할을 담당할 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 통계교육원에 요청하여 개설한 바, 상반기와 하반기 2회 실시하였다. 교육과정명은 ${\ulcorner}$통계개발기획과정${\lrcorner}$ 으로 2주간 실시하였고, 교육대상자는 현재 지방청 및 지방사무소에 근무하는 직원으로 한정하였다. 교육과목으로는 이론과 실무가 접목되고, 교육 이수 후에 바로현장에서 활용 가능하도록 구성하였으나 결과론적으로 보았을 때 추가되어야 할 교육내용들이 나타났다. 조사기획 즉, 조사방법과 조사기획서 작성에 치중한 교육내용은 향후 지역통계센터에서 어떤 역할을 부여받느냐에 따라서 좀 더 체계화되지 않을까 생각된다. 전체 팀원들을 위해서는 일련의 조사기획에 대한 이론과 실무경험이 중요하다. 또한 지방자치단체의 통계DB구축에 도움을 주기 위해서는 그 부분에 대한 이해도 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 관리자에게는 리더십과 관리능력 그리고 대인과의 커뮤니케이션 스킬, 분석능력 등이 추가적으로 필요할 것으로 생각되었다.

우리나라 초$\cdot$중$\cdot$고등학교 확률 및 통계영역 교육은 1997년 교육인적자원부 교시로 제 7차 수학과 교육과정이 개정되어 현재 초$\cdot$중$\cdot$고등학교 현장에서 시행되고 있다. 교과서 전수 조사를 통하여 제 7차 수학과 교육과정에 따른 실용수학 및 수학 I 확률 및 통계단원을 분석하였다.

Statistics education research is an important basis for improving the practice of statistical education by describing, predicting, and explaining the phenomena of statistical education. In this study, the research trends in Korea were analyzed through the statistical education research papers published in major Korean mathematics education journals on the 21st century. 99 papers published in these journals from 2000 to 2016 were categorized by journals, research subjects, research methods, and, topics. As a result, it was shown that there are not many statistics education researchers, so domestic researches are dependent on some researchers. In addition, the numbers of studies of human subjects and human non-subject researches were similar. There were few studies of university students, and the studies of teachers' subjects was gradually increasing since 2010. In the case of research methods, the numbers of experimental and non-experimental studies seem to be similar, but this is a result of the increase in qualitative research and mixed research since 2010. Last, many studies about domestic statistics education are on teaching and learning, and the studies on reasoning and understanding have been increasing. In this study, we see the research trends of domestic statistics education and provide implications for the future researches and development directions of statistical education research.

7차 교육과정(1997)의 도입으로 확률 및 통계단원이 중등 수학 교과과정에서 독자적인 영역을 확보하게 된 만큼 그 목적에 부합하면서 효율적이고 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있도록 교과교육 매체 개발에 투자를 해야 할 시기라고 본다. 교과교육 매체의 한 방법으로 Excel을 중학 교육과정에 나타난 통계교과내용을 지원하게끔 Excel의 기본 메뉴, 분석도구, 그리고 Visual Basic을 활용한 매크로 작성방법에 대하여 다루었다.

21세기 지식 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 학생들이 고등학교에서 배운 내용들을 실생활 속에 적용시킨 수 있도록 하기 위해 통계 교육의 목표를 '지식정보화 사회에 사는 시민으로서 통계를 근거로 생산된 각종 정보의 해독 이해 능력을 갖게 하고 다양한 정보로 지식을 생산할 수 있는 능력을 함양하는 것'으로 설정한 후 첫째, 현재의 초등학교로부터 고등학교까지의 교육과정 및 교과내용에 대해 살펴보았고, 둘째, 보다 효율적인 통계 교육을 위한 교과 재구성 방안을 제시하였고, 셋째, 학교 현장에서의 통계 교육의 실태 및 문제점에 대해 알아보고 더불어 개선방안에 대해서도 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose the policy change of teachers education in Korea with an analysis of America statistical literacy education. we found the difference of statistical literacy education between Korea and America with each nation's social and educational environment. We can get the need of new change for statistic teacher's education in Korea. We think of Mathematics teachers should know about the difference between statistics and mathematics at school mathematics. And they should know the new change thinking about teaching method and process assesment methods. Second, Teachers should focused on teaching of problem solving and statistical thinking ability based on data analysis than the teaching of probability and mathematical theory.

We can use R package as a statistical package on the education of probability and statistics in elementary, middle and high school mathematics. R is an interactive mode package and graphical presentation tools in R are powerful. The greatest advantage is that R is a general public license package. We need to consider R package as a standard statistical package on the education of probability and statistics in elementary, middle and high school mathematics.

본 연구는 객실승무원 교육훈련 만족이 자기효능감 및 서비스태도(서비스 몰입, 서비스 지향의 자발적 행동)에 어떻게 작용하는지 실증적으로 분석하여 바람직한 객실승무원 교육훈련의 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 비행근무 중인 국내 K항공사 객실승무원 210명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 설문지를 배포하여 유효한 설문지 208부를 대상으로 기초 통계 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련 내용(용모 및 태도 관련 내용, 서비스자세 관련 내용, 대처요령 관련 내용)은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 객실승무원 훈련담당강사는 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 객실승무원 교육시스템은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스지향의 자발적 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

현재 7차 교육과정에서는 많은 학습자료들을 표와 그래프로 제시하여, 통계 정보 활용을 통해 문제 해결력을 신장 시킬 수 있는 교육을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 통계 교육의 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 교사들의 관심 있는 지도가 미흡하며, 학생들도 실생활의 자료를 통계적 정보로 만들어 보는 학습기회가 적어 효과적으로 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 상황을 판단하는 능력이 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학교 2학년 교과목을 중심으로 아동들이 다양한 통계 자료를 활용하여 통계 교육에 대한 흥미 유발, 통계에 관한 인지도 변화와 통계 학습 성취도를 높이기 위한 초등학교 통계 교육을 위한 웹사이트를 개발하게 되었다.
