Speed Sensorless Torque Monitoring On CNC Lathe Using Internet (인터넷을 이용한 CNC 선반의 속도 센서리스 토크감시)

  • Internet provides the useful method to monitor the current states of the machine tool no matter where a personnel is monitoring them. In this paper, a monitoring method of the torque of the machine tool's spindle induction motor using internet is suggested. The torque of vector controlled induction motor is estimated without speed measuring sensor. Only stator currents are measured to estimate the magnetizing current which is used to calculate flux linkage, rotor velocity and motor torque. Graphical programming is used to implement the suggested algorithm, to monitor the torque of an induction motor in real time and to make the estimated torque monitored on client computers. To solve the fluctuation problem of estimated torque caused from instantly varying rotating speed of an induction motor, the rotating speed is reconstructed based on the measured current signals. Mechanical part of the machine tool is also reconstructed using the data obtained from preliminary experiments. Torque of the spindle induction motor is well monitored on the client computers with 3% error range under various cutting conditions.

  • In this paper, The torque of CNC spindle motor during machining is estimated without speed measuring sensor. The CNC spindle system is divided into two parts, the induction spindle motor part and mechanical part. In mechanical part the variation of the frictional force due to the increment of the cutting torque and the effect of damping coefficient is investigated. Damping coefficient is found to be a function of spindle speed and not influenced by the weight of the load, while frictional force is a function of both the cutting torque and spindle speed. Experimental formulars are drawn for damping coefficient as a function of spindle speed and frictional force as a function of both cutting torque and spindle speed respectively, to estimate the cutting torque accurately. Graphical programming is used to implement the suggested algorithm, to monitor the torque of an induction motor in real time. Torque of the spindle induction motor is well monitored with 3% error range under various cutting conditions.

  • 본 논문에서는 DSP (Digital Signal Processing)를 이용한 차량용 레이다 수평안정화장치 구동 전략을 제안한다. 지대공 유도 미사일용 차량용 레이다는 전방향으로 일정 속도로 회전하며 감시정찰 임무를 수행한다. 수평안정화장치는 4세트의 수평구동모듈을 이용하여 차량 플랫폼의 수평을 유지하여 레이다의 안정적인 회전을 가능하게 한다. 이를 실시간으로 구현하기 위해 임베디드시스템인 DSP를 적용하여 경사도를 측정하고, 구동모듈에 구동 명령을 인가하여 수평을 유지한다. 수평구동모터는 감속기를 통하여 모터 토크를 증가시켜 수평 안정 동작을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 수평구동모듈 1세트를 모델링하여 수평안정화장치를 축소 구현한다. 제안하는 구동 전략의 유효성은 시뮬레이션으로 입증한다.

Design and Implementation of a Swearing Remover Program on Web board (웹 게시판 비속어 처리 프로그램의 설계 및 구현)

  • The existing swearing remover programs could not have blocked even slightly transformed swearings because of their input blocking properties. To overcome these defects, this paper implemented a supervising program which analysize and remove/replace swearings on web board. For this purpose this paper first classified the patterns of swearings on web board and then implemented a tokenizer which can analysize those patterns. The module tokenizing and removing/replacing swearings on each web board was implemented as a thread so that it could be parallely controlled. As a result of running this Program on some web boards , we found out it had detected almost of the swearings as 91.9% of recall but it could not meet our purpose sufficiently on morphological transformed swearings and swearings in context. So the studies will be continued about processing on morphological ambiguous words, ambiguous words in meaning and sweaings in context by extracting this program's manual mode. We expect this program could induce the users to proper usage of words and replace the manual works of web board managers in schools, public bodies, broadcasting stations etc.

  • 트래픽의 흐름을 조절하고 ATM 네트워크 자원의 사용을 최적화하기위해서는 폭주로 인한 성능 저하를 막기 위한 적절한 제어가 필요하다. 기존의 사용자 감시 제어(UPC) 메커니즘이 네트워크의 상황과는 관계없이 매우 불안정한 예방적 기능만을 수행하였고, qvj로 인해 셀 지연을 가중시키는 한계점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 OAM 셀을 이용하여 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 적응적 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘을 제안하고ㅡ 버퍼로 인한 지연을 고려하여 서비스의 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 제시한 사용자 감시 제어방식은 OAM 셀이 주는 정보를 바탕으로 네트워크 내의 상황을 판단하여 사용자가 요구한 서비스의 질을 고려할 수 있도록 리키율과 버퍼의 문턱값을 조정하였다. 네트워크가 분주시에는 리키율을 낮추고 버퍼를 줄여서 네트워크 내에 유입되는 셀을 막는 역할을 하고 네트워크가 한가할 때는 리키율을 높히고 버퍼를 늘여서 빠르게 네트워크 내로 셀이 유일도리 수 있\ulcorner 한다. 폭주 발생 시에는 셀의 유입을 막고 푹주 상태가 해결될때까지 스페이서의 작동을 멈춘다. 본 논문에서 제시한 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘의 트래픽 소스 모델은 IPP로 모델링하였고, 트래픽은 음성과 고속 데이터를 중심으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 음성과 고속 대이타 각각의 경우에 시뮬레이션한 결과를 기존의 방식과 비교, 분석한 결과에서 음성에서는 버퍼지연이 대폭 줄였고 고속 데이터인 경우에는 셀 손실율이 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 제시한 방식에 의해 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 유지하면서 동시에 네트워크의 자원을 효율적으로 사용하였음을 알 수있었다.에 적합한가를 고찰하였다.베이터에 의한 아파트의 소음 및 진동에 관하여 그 현황, 원인 그리고 대책에 관한여 논하고자 한다.감 방법을 연구하였고, T.Sakai는 5자유도 모델을 이용하여 엔진 공회전시 발생하는 치타음에 대해 이론과 실험을 통해 해석하고, 엔진 회전수 변동, 클러치 특성, 변속기의 드래그(drag) 토크의 영향과 치타음 저감을 위한 개선된 클러치 특성을 제시하였다. 이 외에도 Thomas C.T.와 E.P.Petkus는 특정 차량에 대한 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구들로 볼 때, 자동차 동력전달계에서 발생하는 진동은 이론과 실험을 통해 그 해석이 가능하며 설계에 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4 실린더 4 싸이클 1.5 L 엔진을 장착한 경승용차의 실차 주행실험을 통해 가속 페달의 급조작에 따른 차체의 종진동 현상을 측정하고, 엔진-변속기-타이어-차체의 반환정계 4자유도 진동모델로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실차 주행실험의 결과치와 비교, 분석한 후 클러치 비틀림 특성을 비롯한 자동차 동력전달계의 각 설계인자들이 차체의 종진동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 해석하고자 한다.be presented.LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Quantitative NDE Thermography for Fault Diagnosis of Ball Bearings with Micro-Foreign Substances (미세 이물질이 혼입된 볼베어링의 고장 진단을 위한 정량화 열화상에 관한 비파괴평가 연구)

  • In this study, a non-destructive evaluation (NDE) mothod is proposed for ball bearings contaminated with micro foreign substances, which were inserted into a ball bearing to create a defective specimen. The non-contact quantitative infrared thermographic technique was applied for NDE condition monitoring. Passive thermographic experiments were conducted to perform early fault diagnosis, for bearings operated at optimized torque status under a dynamic load condition. The temperature profiles for normal and defective specimens were quantitatively compared, and the thermographic data analyzed. Based on the NDE results, the temperature characteristics and abnormal fault detection of the ball bearing were quantitatively analyzed according to the rise in temperature.

Development of CODOG Propulsion System Simulator (CODOG 함정 추진체계 시뮬레이터 개발)

  • Duties required for naval ship such as anti-submarine, anti-ship, and supply, etc are diversified, so the ECS (Enfineering Control System) is required for executing the mission effectively. The ECS monitors and controls the propulsion system in order that naval ship can perform the mission. As the in-country development of ECS is progressed, a test system for ECS is needed, and a naval ship propulsion system simulator based on CODOG was developed on this study. The naval ship propulsion system simulator based on CODOG which is divided into gas turbine model, diesel engine model, reduction gear model and controllable pitch propeller model, simulates to feedback of control commands of ECS. As a result of the experiment, it is able to confirm speed, torque and power, etc. of the gas turbine, diesel engine and shaft according to ECS propulsion mode.

Interaction of Rifampin and Warfarin (리팜핀이 와파린의 항응고 효과에 미치는 영향)

  • Background: It is well known that rifampin decreases the hypoprothrombinemic effect of warfarin by induction of cytochrome P-450 enzyme in healthy volunteer. However, in patients the dosage schedule of warfarin during rifampin therapy is not established. Therefore, patients taking both rifampin and warfarin were reviewed to find out the adequate dosage schedule of warfarin in addition to side effects by interaction of two drugs. Method: Patients taking both rifampin and warfarin were retrieved from patients who were admitted due to heart disease and tuberculosis at Boochun Sejong Hospital from January of 1995 to August of 1999. To decide the adequate dosage of warfarin, the dosage of warfarin before, during, and after rifampin was evaluated in patients who kept adequate hypoprothrombinemic effect of warfarin during rifampin. To decide the adequate dosage schedule of warfarin, the time interval from the beginning of rifampin to normalization of prothrombin time(INR$\geq$1.1) was evaluated. And, the side effects by interaction of two drugs were reviewed. Results: All 12 patients taking both rifampin and warfarin were retrieved. Among them only 6 kept adequate hypoprothrombinemic effect of warfarin during rifampin. The dosage of warfarin during rifampin was $2.4{\pm}0.6$(mean$\pm$standard deviation) times as much as that before rifampin but the dosage after rifampin was the same as that before rifampin. The time interval from the beginning of rifampin to normalization of prothrombin time was $5.8{\pm}2.9$(mean${\pm}$standard deviation) days. 2 out of 12 had complication related to the interaction of rifampin and warfarin, one cerebral embolism just after the beginning of rifampin and the other cerebral hemorrhage just after the discontinuation of rifampin. Conclusion: When both rifampin and warfarin are prescribed, it would be a possible method to be confirmed by prospective study that warfarin be gradually increased about 2 times more than that without rifampin over 1 week or so after the beginning of rifampin and be tapered to the same dosage as that before rifampin when rifampin is discontinued. And, it would be prudent that prothrombin time be monitored frequently during rifampin and warfarin therapy, especially the beginning or discontinuation of rifampin.
