High Efficiency PLL Control for SRM Drive (PLL제어방식 SRM의 고효율 구동)

  • 본 논문에서는 SRM운전에서 맥동토오크와 부하토오크의 변화로 인한 속도변경을 줄이기 위해 동적 도통각 제어 원리를 이용한 PLL(Phase Locked Loop) 속도제어 방식을 채택하였다. SRM은 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나 토오크리플에 따른 속도변동으로 정밀한 속도제어에 어려움이 있다. SRM 구동 시스템에 PLL을 적용한 결과 전동기는 강인한 정속도 운전을 할 수 있으며, 또한 운전속도에 따라 선행각을 조정함으로서 고효율 구동을 할 수 있었다. 구성된 시스템은 운전속도와 부하의 변화에 따라 선행각이 증가함으로써 뛰어난 동적 속도제어 특성을 갖고 있으며, 인버터 인가전압을 제어하는 선행각을 조정함으로서 일정부하 영역에서 높은 효율특성을 가진다. SRM 구동 시스템의 PLL 속도제어와 고효율 구동을 위한 도통각제어를 위해 TMS320F240 DSP를 사용함으로서 디지털 제어기의 유연성과 소형화를 꾀하였다.

  • Switched Reluctance Motors(SRMs) have a considerable inherent torque ripple due to the driving characteristics of pulse current waveform and the nonlinear variation inductance profile. This paper describes a current shape characteristics to effect a torque ripple reduction, and one pulse mode switching control method is proposed to minimize torque ripple of a switched reluctance motor regardless of speed and load condition by regulating tow parameters, such as, advance angle and exciting voltage. The experiments are performed to verify the capability of proposed switching method on 6/4 salient type SRM.

  • In this paper, the variable speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor driven by a sinusoidal PWM inverter based on maximun torque sensitivity is presented. The developed torque or speed control is achieved by the field orientation technique. For the field orientation, the resolver is used as the rotor positioning sensor mounted on the motor shaft without pull-out of the synchonism at any speed. To show the validity of proposed control method, the simulation and experimental results are provided. The advantages of the proposed control method are to achieve the fast current and speed responses.

  • This paper proposes an instantaneous torque control method for the high performance SRM drive. In first, we e establish SRM model with the characte1istics of the torque. phase current and rotor position which were measured in t the experimental SRM. Based on this model. the reference torque waveform to minimize torque ripple is obtained by t the control of resultant torque considering phase torque overlap according to the variation of load and speed. And the r reference current waveform for the tracking of reference torque are decided. The control method for tracking the r reference current is used the delta modulation technique. The proposed method is validated by the comparing with S simulation and experimental results.

  • Conventional torque and position control scheme is developed to control a robot manipulator using the knowing mass of links of load. This paper presents a torque and position control method which performs under unknown mass of links or load. This method takes full advantage of known parameters and servo error in joint coordinate space. We illutrate the theory with some simulations and show that the results is effective.

  • In this paper, a new HTF(Harmonic torque function) which takes into account the phasor of harmonic current, and which represents torque ripple content of induction motor is proposed. Through experiments and computer simulations using direct-quadrature two axis model, the proposed HTF is proved to be valid. Applying this function, six-step, SPWM and TPWM pulse-amplitude-width-controlled inverters are evaluated and compared with each other. A good control strategy for PAWM inverters was chosen from the results. It turns out that TPWM is superior to SPWM in torqur ripple content and output voltage amplitude of fundamental wave and six-step is better than PWM when CR is 9.

  • 이중여자 유도형 풍력발전 시스템은 권선형 유도기클 사용하며, 고정자 권선은 계통에 직접 연결하고, 전력변환 장치를 사용하여 회전자 권선의 전압을 제어함으로써 발전기의 토오크와 고정자의 무효전력을 제어할 수 있다. 발전기의 토오크는 주어진 풍속에서 최대가 되도록, 고정자의 무효전력은 항상 '0'이 되도록 하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • The ultrasonic motor(USM) has good characteristics such as compact size, silent motion, high speed responce, low speed and high torque. The USM is driven by 2-phase AC electricity. The control parameters of USM are voltage, phase, and frequency of input powers, etc. In this paper, a voltage difference control is proposed. The voltage difference control has more advantage than phase difference control. Specially, current and power is lower than that of phase difference control. For this voltage diffrence control, we designed USM controller to adjust volatage and phase using PLSI(Programmable Large Scale Integration).

  • 벡터 제어이론은 교류전동기의 토오크와 자속을 독립적으로 제어할 수 있는 특징이 있으므로 토오크 제어를 주로 하는 견인용 전동기의 제어에 적용하기 위한 연구가 활발히 수행되어 왔다 그러나 선형 유도전동기 구동에는 아직 널리 사용되지 않은 실정이다 벡터 제어이론은 일반적으로 회전자자속 기준제어(Rotor flux oriented control)을 의미하며 이를 구현하기 위한 방법은 자속을 직접 측정 혹은 연산하는 직접제어 방식과 속도를 측정하여 슬립주파수 명령을 제어하는 간접방식으로 분류된다. 최근에는 기존의 회전자자속 기준방식뿐만 아니라 고정자자속(Stator flux oriented) 공극자속(Air gap flux oriented) 기준 방식등이 제안되고 있다. 본연구에서는 자기부상열차의 추진용 선형 유도 전동기의 추진에 가장 적합하다고 생각되는 고정자자속 기준벡터제어 방식과 이를 구현하기 위한 고정자 자속을 추정하는 방법에 대하여 설명한다. 또한 속도제어를 위한 속도 추정방식도 안내코일 등 부장치 없이 전동기 파라미터로 추정할 수 있는 기법에 대하여 논한다.

  • The torque of SRM depends on phase current and the derivative of inductance. But the inductance of SRM is nonlinearly changed according to rotor position angle and phase current because of saturation in magnetic circuit, and it is difficult to control the desired torque. This paper proposes inductance modeling method using ANN(Artificial Neural Network) that is used to simulate the inductance which is nonlinearly varied with rotor position and current. The torque ripple is analyzed and input voltage and current condition to reduce torque ripple is simulated by inductance model.
