To elucidate the structure of procyanidin in Korean red pine (Pinus densiflora S. et Z.), bark, the extractives were extracted with acetone-water mixture(7:3, v/v) from inner bark of Korean red pine. The extracts separated three fractions which were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction. The extracting solvents were chloroform and ethyl acetate and water. The part of ethylacetate soluble was chromatographed by liquid chromatography. The ethylacetate soluble portion yielded four natural procyanidin dimers, two known epicatechin-($4{\beta}{\rightarrow}6$)-catechin, catechin-($4{\alpha}{\rightarrow}8$)-catechin and two unknown catechin-($4{\beta}{\rightarrow}6$)-catechin and conformational isomer of epicatechin-($4{\alpha}{\rightarrow}6$)-catechin. The additional catechins was also isolated. The structures of these procyanidins were elucidated by their $^{13}C$-NMR spectra.

New technology and construction methods in civil engineering area have been noticeably improved associated with the industrial development. However, thicknesses of a lift is strictly specified for subgrade and roadbed embankment as 20 cm and 30 cm in the specification of Korea Highway. Since there has been a problem to get enough amount of soils to be used for compaction, the rocks have been replaced for those. However, there is no guideline for the quality control of rock while changing compaction efficiency of equipment and physical properties of reck while changing compaction method such as thicknesses of a lift, number of compaction and etc. The main objective of this research is to establish the specification for the rock compaction method of embankment which including thickness of lift and quality control method in Korea Expressway.

This study explores the solution of a variety of conditions of the natural dyeing with the Mulberry. To obtain this, the Cu complex compound was added into the extracts. The Mulberry extract was added the Copper acetate to obtain the Black sediment the metal complex compound of anthocyanidin. According to the result of using the complex compound of the solid material, the dyeing properties were excellent. The metal complex compound acted as a mordant, thus it reduced the process of mordanting in the natural dying.

일반적으로 이 함수의 측정은 원자로내에 Pile Oscillator봉이라고 칭하는 회전체를 넣어 이것에서 sinusoidal한 입력을 가할 수 있게 reactivity driving function을 얻는 것이 가장 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 관계로 이 봉의 회전속도변화(TRIGA MARK-II REACTOR 0.001-100cps, ARGONAUT REACTOR 0.01-20cps)를 매속 정확히 기록할 수 있어야 되는 것이다. 그러나 방사선으로 접근하기 어려운 원자로 근방에 있는 이 회전체의 속도측정은 원거리에서 취하여야 되는 고로 과거 사용하여온 110에서 25,000cpm을 측정할 수 있는 strobotac이나 100rpm에 대하여 2V을 발생시키는 tachometer등으로서는 어려운 문제가 되있는 것이다. 따라서 본연구에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 binary switching circuit의 비선형적 특성의 해석과 이에 관계된 실험을 토시로한 pulse기술의 이용으로서 정밀도 0.0021에서 0.0043%를 갖는 정밀 회전속도측정기를 만들어 그 원리와 이용가치를 기술하고자 한다.

Hermaphroditism was discovered in four dogs at surgery. For the classification of the type of hermaphroditism in each case, gross morphological and histopathological studies were performed. Based on the histopathological studies, two dogs were diagnosed as unilateral true hermaphroditism because they had mixed gonad containing testis and ovary in unilateral gonad. Whereas two dogs were diagnosed as male pseudohermaphroditism because they had only testis and uterus that had endometrial atrophy. After resection, further follow-up of several months revealed no evidence of clinical abnormalities.

In this article, the present activities regarding research and development of continuous SiC fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites (CFCC) in Japan are reviewed. The key technologies in SiC fiber composites are interphase between fiber and matrix and its oxidation resistance. To improve oxidation resistance of interphase, various kinds of technologies such as environment barrier coating, high dense matrix, unti-oxidation matrix, multi-layered intephase have been developed. It is suggested that high performance, affordable processing cost, and excellent reliability will be important factors to be in practical use of CMCs in future.

A bed configuration wherein sheets of modified fibrous polyethylene are potted within a Millipore Filter Cartridge matrix has been developed. Polyethylene fibers form sturdy beds but the native hydrophobicity and inertness of polyethylene have precluded their use in protein chromatography The polyethylene fibers used in this system were modified by plasma oxidation and further derivatization. The resulting fibers are hydrophilic, bind protein reversibly and serve as an anion-exchange stationary phase. Separation of Bovine Serum Albumin on this bed, as well as results of basic studies on capacity and reversibility of binding within a fibrous bed and experimental data handling system are shown.

The near field structures of an under-expanded, dual, coaxial, jets issuing from the coaxial nozzles with four different geometries are visualized by using a shadowgraph optical method. Experiments are conducted to investigate the effects of the nozzle-lip thickness, secondary stream thickness, the nozzle pressure ratio and the secondary swirl stream on the characteristics of under-expanded jets. The results show that the presence of secondary annular swirling stream causes the Mach disk to move further downstream and increases its diameter, which decreases with a decrease in the nozzle-lip thickness. The secondary stream thickness has an influence on the location of an annular shock wave.

사토시 나카모토는 비트코인 논문을 통해서 P2P 네트워크에 기반을 둔 전자화폐인 비트코인을 제안하였다. 비트코인은 블록체인과 합의 알고리즘을 이용해 금융기관이 필요 없는 전자화폐 기술이며 이에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 비트코인에 관련된 다양한 보안 문제들이 발견되었다. 본 논문에서는 비트코인에서 발생할 수 있는 네트워크 관련 취약점을 기술하고 이에 대한 대응 방안을 분석한다.

To learn correctly how irregular verbs conjugate is one of the most important items which must be acquired by learners of Korean. Although a great deal of study has been made on irregular verbs, lots of problems seem to be remaining unsolved or even undescribed. The purpose of this paper is: (1) to give a definition of irregular conjugation of Korean from pedagogical point of view; (2) to describe an appearance of irregular verbs in the spoken and written context; (3) to show appropriate explanation how irregular verbs conjugate.
