The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of 'World Cafe' conversations for collective intelligence. For this purpose, 'World Cafe' was applied to the class 'presentation and discussion' of university class. To explore the effect of 'World Cafe' conversations for collective intelligence I surveyed the responses of students participating in the class and analyzed results of the survey and class activities. The results are as follows: first, 82 percent of all students were actively involving in the class, second, topics were more discussed through World Cafe class than general discussion class. These results suggest 'World Cafe' class induced active participation of the students in class and have the effect producing the collective intelligence.

벤처기업협회(회장 백종진)는 지난 7월 12일(목)부터 14(토)까지 경상남도 남해군 소재 힐튼 남해리조트에서 '제11차 벤처 CEO섬머포럼'을 개최했다. 올 섬머포럼은 기업의 미래전략을 위한 가이드라인 제시뿐만 아니라 <벤처기업특별법>연장에 따른 주요 이슈에 대한 포럼 및 토론을 통한 '젠처2기 로드맵'공유의 장이 마련되었다. 더불어 참가한 70여명의 벤처 CEO들이 활발한 비즈니스 네트워킹을 통해 산업별 협력강화를 다짐하기도 했다.

對人體上說, 喫的東西和進行消化作用是維持生命過程當中很重要過程之一. 這樣吸收水穀之物質一定須要水穀之消化而吸收, 然後能産成人體須要物質的精氣神血. 所以稱爲脾胃是'後天之本'. 還有胃就匯聚水穀而腐熟之處, 所以稱爲'水穀之海'. 在五行上脾胃是配列屬土, 消化過程換言之'火生土'的過程. 體內生理方面的火有兩種一爲君火和還有一個是相火. 已往韓醫學理論之消化是宋代許叔微主張的'命門火'理論. 他提到腎之'命門火'能腐熟水穀, 所以命門之火功能減少的話必導致消化功能也減少. 淸代醫家張錫淳在"醫學衷中參書錄"中說道'心君火'主消化而助'命門相火'的. 本論文是心的君火在消化過程中關於脾胃部分爲重點, 次之火生土之方面論述, 還有在心與消化之互相關係上討論.

This study is to investigate the development of 'Educational Larchiveum' especially for the Kyeongsangnam-do Provincial Office of Education. 'Educational Larchiveum' means Educational Archives including some museum and library functions. This study begins with articulating that why the provincial offices of education should establish their own archives despite of legal obligation. It draws the roles of 'Educational Larchiveum' and its environmental requirements, based on analysing the Archives/Museum case of Toronto District School Board Education. Finally it suggests that how Gyeongsnam-do Offie of Education can establish the 'Educational Larchiveum' in condition of integration of the Gyeongsnam-do Educational Museum and the private educational museum(Park Yeon-mook Educationl Museum).

본 연구에서는 웹 접근성 평가를 위하여 기존의 문서의 배경색과 문자 색 사이의 색 대조 정의에 대한 알고리즘을 조사하고, 비교하였다. 현재까지 나와 있는 색 조합에 대한 색 대비의 정량적 정의는 가독성 측면에서 불완전하며, 사용자에 대한 시험 평가에서도 무시하지 못할 불일치를 드러내고 있다. W3C에서 색 대비 평가 방식으로 추천하는 토론토 대학의 웹 접근성 평가 수정도구인 A-prompt에서 사용하는 알고리즘과 미국 토양조사센터의 토양지도 작성을 위한 색 대비 평가 알고리즘을 비교 대상으로 하여 216개의 웹 안전 색의 조합에 대하여 총 46656개의 비교 평가를 수행하였다. 평가 결과 W3C의 기준은 미국 토양조사센터의 기준보다 대비기준이 너무 엄격하며, 전체 색조합의 94.7%가 부적절한 색 대비를 제공하는 것으로 판정 되었다. 따라서 W3C의 기준은 웹 문서 저작자의 색 선택을 상당할 정도로 제약하며, 적용 기준을 정상인에게도 혼란을 줄 수 있는 기준, 시각적 결함을 가진 사용자에게 혼란을 줄 수 있는 3단계의 기준을 적용하는 것을 제안한다. 추후에는 사용자 평가를 통하여 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하고, 보완점을 제시할 예정이다.

Korea has shown the lowest birth rate among OECD countries for over 10 years. This caused various social tensions and problems including negative impacts on national economy. To deal with these problems and to cope with future risk, diverse strategies must be actively explored. The purpose of this research is to delineate the characteristics of Toronto Birth Centre in Canada which was established currently to support families. Field visit study was the major methodology which includes interview with a staff and walk-through guided observation accompanied by visual recording. As a result, the specific functions and the logic of utilizing the center along with its spatial characteristics were delineated. The result has significant implication in developing coping strategies to release the social tension. The birth center can be an efficient strategy to include as a public strategy to Korean Society who has suffered from long lasting lowest birth rate.

3GPP WCDMA 시스템은 Rel-99 표준으로부터 시작하여 보완 개선 작업을 거쳐 현재 Rel-6 표준화에 이르렀다. 이와 함께 급변하는 통신시장환경에 적절히 대처하여 향후 제정되는 3GPP 표준 시스템의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 소비자가 요구하는 다양한 서비스를 충족시킬 수 있어야 한다는 사업자들의 의견이 강하게 제기되었다. 이를 만족시킬만한 표준을 얻기 위해 각 사업자 및 제조사 등의 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하기 위해 2004년 11월 토론토에서 3GPP Future Long-Term Evolution(LTE) Workshop을 개최하였다. 이 워크숍에서 여러 회사들로부터 물리계층에서 서비스 계층까지 다양한 의견이 제안되었으며, 특히 물리계층에서는 OFDM 기반의 기술들이 큰 주목을 받았다. OFDM 기술 자체에 대해서는 3GPP에서 새로운 것은 아니다. 이미 Rel6 표준화 작업과정에 OFDM 의 타당성 조사를 위한 작업(Feasibility Study)을 위해 OFDM Study Item(SI)가 존재하였었다[1]. 하지만 Rel6 시스템에 OFDM을 적용하려는 노력 중에 여러 사정으로 인해 표준화 실질 작업인 Work Item(WI)이 생성되지 못하고 현재 잠정적으로 중단된 상태이다. 본 기고에서는 현재 중단된 OFDM 기술 연구에 대한 과거 진행 내역 및 현재 상황, 또한 향후 RAN LTE 표준화 과정에서 강력한 대안 기술로 지목 받는 이유와 각 회사의 제안 기술들에 대해서 언급하고자 한다. 제1장은 OFDM 기술의 특징과 OFDM Study Item 과정에서 논의된 내용들에 대해서 언급한다. 제2장은 향후 표준화가 진행될 LTE에 서 물리계층 후보 기술로서의 OFDM의 위치에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

This study was to analyze the students' engagement in regular curriculum and extra-curriculum and its effects on learning outcomes in higher education. Students' engagement was analysed by high order learning, reflective and integrative learning, learning strategies, collaborative learning, discussions with diverse others, and high impact activities. To achieve the purpose of this study, 392 students joined in K-NSSE were participated. To analyze the datum, frequency analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The following results were obtained. First, students' engagement was generally very low, especially in high impact activities which has an effect on the students' achievement. And compared to the students' engagement in the college of humanity and social science, the students' engagement in engineering college were very low. Learning outcomes were influenced by the high impact activities, high-order learning, and discussions with diverse others. So to reinforce students' engagement in learning process, this study proposed a curriculum-extracurriculum integrated system. And to improvement students' engagement, teaching and learning support programs including high impact activities. high order learning, and discussions with diverse others were proposed to be developed and operated.

본 연구에서는 2계층 정보통신 네트워크의 구축에 직접적으로 적용가능한 트리-스타형 2계층 네트워크 설계문제를 다루었다. 정보통신네트워크 설계에의 적용 가능성을 높이기 위하여, 기존의 연구와 달리 네트워크상의 마디와 가지에 설치해야 할 설비들의 다양한 용량제약을 고려할 수 있도록 정립하였다. 또한 네트워크상의 어느 마디쌍간의 물류(정보통신) 수요를 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 의사결정기준은 설계시에 고려해야 할 네트워크 구축비용(마디 및 가지의 설비비) 및 운영비용(물류비)의 합을 최소화하는 것으로 설정하였다. 이 문제를 혼합 0-1 정수계획 모형으로 정립하였다. 이 모형의 유용성을 살펴보기 위하여 최근 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 CATV 네트워크의 일반형태인 광가입자 선로망의 설계문제를 본 연구모형으로 표현하여 보았다. 이를 토대로 보다 일반적인 다계층 네트워크 설계문제로 확장하는 방안에 대하여도 검토하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구 모형을 정보통신네트워크 설계시에 적용하기 위하여 휴리스틱 해법을 개발할 경우, 문제 특성상 기존의 연구에서 고려하는 해법의 효율성 외에도 통신네트워크의 특성, 비용구조등을 고려해야 할 당위성에 대하여 토론하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationships among communication competency, social network centrality(trust centrality and knowledge sharing centrality), discussion performance, and online boarding activity in the team based learning situation. For investigating this topic, 44 students are participated in the classes of educational technology. In order to find out the relationships among communication competency, social network centrality, discussion performance, and online boarding activity, compared t-test and path analysis are used. Followings are the results of the research: (a) Communication competency is improved significantly after team based learning. (b) Trust centrality effects significantly on the knowledge sharing centrality. (c) Knowledge sharing effects significantly on discussion performance. (d) Trust centrality effects on the online boarding activity in the team based learning.
