Study on the Trends of U-City and Smart City Researches using Text Mining Technology (텍스트마이닝 기법을 이용한 U-City와 Smart City의 연구 동향에 대한 분석)

  • City is currently developing into intelligent city which adopts the ICT technology to resolve the problems and increase the competitiveness. This intelligent city is promoted under the name of U-City or Smart City, yet it is also criticized in the trend for what the differences between U-City and Smart City are. In this study, we draws the differences between U-City and Smart City from our distinctive research method, text mining which analyzes the trend of research papers, and contribute to direction of U-City study in the future. Through this analysis, the study results in that U-City focuses practical implementation in domestic cities while Smart City focuses technological development and provision of single service. However, this paper has a limitation as the subjective opinion was reflected to configure the sets of keywords, and only keywords and s were analyzed. Therefore, further studies are needed to confirm the differences between U-City and Smart City with related research papers and reports.

  • U-Services, which are offered from local governments based on their Ubiquitous City Plans, are only focused on facility and urban management services. Also Citizen oriented U-service is only planned. This study's purpose is to propose the implication for provide of the Citizen oriented U-service comparing with U-Service plan of 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' through a network text analysis and word frequency analysis. It was calculated a important keyword that was extracted the service plan contents of the 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' of the four local governments. The network text analysis and keyword frequency analysis was performed through derived keyword. Based on the analysis results, awareness of the citizens can be expected to increase about U-City by activating a excavation of Citizen oriented U-service in a variety of sector through additional services and policy of financial support in the next Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan.

  • WWW(World Wide Web)의 비약적인 성장과 더불어 각종 인터넷 서비스 공급자(ISP, Internet Service Provider)의 기능과 역학이 크게 부각되고 있다. WWW을 인터페이스로 사용하는 대화형 지능시스템은 사용자와 대화를 통하여 보다 정확히 사용자의 요구를 인식할 수 있으며, 특히 전문가시스템은 사용자에게 일선의 전문기와 같은 양질의 정보를 공급할 수 있다. 본 연구는 WWW를 사용자 인터페이스로 사용하는 기존의 지능시스템이 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발 환경에 독립되고, 클라이언트의 부담을 최소로 하며, 텍스트 기반의 통신을 지원하는 대화형 지능시스템 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다.

  • 전자상거래는 많은 오프라인 상업적 거래를 대신 처리하기 위해 널리 사용되어진다. 그러나 전자상거래를 통한 거래를 시도하는 사람들은 상품의 기능, 가격에 대한 문의, 구매 후 절차 등 상품 및 구매에 대한 정보를 획득하는 방법에 대하여 어려움을 느끼는 수가 많다. 본 시스템은 온라인 상에서 상품을 선택하고 구매하는 것에 대해 도움을 원하는 구매자들에게 대화형 상담 도구를 제공한다. 도구는 고객들과 판매 상담자들 사이에 대화형 상담을 지원하며, 특히 판매 상담자들은 브라우저 에스코팅과 텍스트 채팅을 통하여 다수의 고객들과 실시간 동시 통신을 하게 된다.

  • The game has both directionalities that users are to choose and act accordingly. In this regard, the game scenario goes beyond just conveying the story, and trains users and guide them in playing the Same. However, this Same scenario is huge in size and every event is linked with each other so that it was rather difficult to have it made in practice. A study proposes that a script, the minimum unit, is built into a database, and based on which, quests are made, then the resulting quests are built back into a database. Scripts are classified into text, graphic and sound type and these are positioned in accordance with the quest structure. With this method, one can re-use the existing scenarios and can overcome the negatives of irregular qualities of scenarios.

  • 오늘날 인터넷의 발달과 전자 책(e-Book) 시장규모가 커짐에 따라 온라인을 통한 도서 정보 제공이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 도서 정보나 도서 추천을 제공하는 온라인 사이트들은 기본 서지 정보만을 위주로 제공하고 있어 도서 본문을 활용한 정보 제공 및 추천 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도서 본문을 활용한 정보 제공 및 개인 맞춤형 추천을 위해 '도서 정보 본문텍스트 통합 마이닝 기반 사용자 참여형 시각화 및 추천 큐레이션 플랫폼'을 제안하고, 이를 구축하였다. 제안한 서비스 플랫폼은 독자에게 다양한 방법으로 도서 정보를 제공하며, 독자는 적은 시간으로 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 도서 선택의 폭을 넓혀줄 것이다.

  • In this article, the narrative strategy of Ryusuke Hamaguchi's is researched focusing on multi-layered intertextuality. is framed in the form of a 'story in a story that embraces a story', and the recognition of intertextuality has an important meaning in examining the storytelling strategy of . Because this movie was adapted from the short stories from Haruki's , the various stories included in the film overlap to form the overall narrative. Therefore, in order to understand properly, it is important to understand the organic semantic relationship between the texts in the movie. Understanding the narrative of is also the process of interconnecting textual content of multiple texts included in the film. In , the dream story told by Otto, Gafuku's wife, the main character, and in the play are elaborately linked to the narrative of the entire film in layers and three dimensions with text in a frame.   • In this paper we propose wear-UCAM, which is a toolkit for context-aware application model in wearable computing. As the rapid developments of mobile technologies and relevant technologies, the interests in wearable computer also become indispensible in both academic and industrial fields. However, there are few research activities on the application framework or toolkit for wearable computing. Hence, we suggest wear-UCAM as the development toolkit for wearable computing applications, where we focus on how to collect relevant user context, manage it, and provide services based on the recognized context. The proposed wear-UCAM includes the abstraction of context processing as well as independence among sensors and services with other components. For the sake of rapid prototyping of the proposed toolkit, we utilize PDA with wireless LAN as a wearable computer. The detail explanation of the implementation and its discussion are presented in this paper.

Deep-Learning-based smartphone application for automatic recognition of ingredients on curved containers (곡면 용기에 표시된 성분표 자동 인식을 위한 인공지능 기반 스마트폰 애플리케이션)

  • Consumers should look at the ingredients of cosmetics or food for their health and purchase them after checking whether they contain allergy-causing ingredients. Therefore, this paper aimed to develop an artificial intelligence-based smartphone application for automatically recognizing the ingredients displayed on a curved container and delivering it to consumers in an easy-to-understand manner. The app needs to allow consumers to immediately comprehend the restricted ingredients by recognizing the ingredients' words in the cropped image. Two major issues should be solved during the development process: First, although there were flat containers for cosmetics or food, most were curved containers. Thus, it was necessary to recognize the ingredient table displayed on the curved containers. Second, since the ingredients' words were displayed on the curved surface, the transformed or line-changed words also needed to be recognized. The proposed new methods were enough to solve the above two problems. The application developed through various tests verified that there was no problem recognizing the ingredients' words contained in a cylindrical curved container.

  • In this paper, we propose an ASAP(AI-driven Service for Advertisement Production) application that provides a generative AI-based automatic advertising image production service. This application utilizes GPT-3.5 Turbo Instruct to generate suitable background mood and promotional copy based on user-entered keywords. It utilizes OpenAI's DALL·E 3 model and Stability AI's SDXL model to generate background images and text images based on these inputs. Furthermore, OCR technology is employed to improve the accuracy of text images, and all generated outputs are synthesized to create the final advertisement. Additionally, using the PILLOW and OpenCV libraries, text boxes are implemented to insert details such as phone numbers and business hours at the edges of promotional materials. This application offers small business owners who face difficulties in advertising production a simple and cost-effective solution.
