U-Services, which are offered from local governments based on their Ubiquitous City Plans, are only focused on facility and urban management services. Also Citizen oriented U-service is only planned. This study's purpose is to propose the implication for provide of the Citizen oriented U-service comparing with U-Service plan of 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' through a network text analysis and word frequency analysis. It was calculated a important keyword that was extracted the service plan contents of the 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' of the four local governments. The network text analysis and keyword frequency analysis was performed through derived keyword. Based on the analysis results, awareness of the citizens can be expected to increase about U-City by activating a excavation of Citizen oriented U-service in a variety of sector through additional services and policy of financial support in the next Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan.

The existing research on domestic e-government trends in Korea has weaknesses in that it depends only on qualitative research methods. Therefore, a quantitative analysis was conducted through this study as of September 2018 based on the data from 1996 to 2017. A total of seven research topics were derived from text mining, of which the network centrality of the framework and public policy effect were identified as highly significant. The results of this study provide academic and policy implications for the development of e-government. including that using a quantitative analysis method instead of a qualitative method contributes to ensuring relative objectivity and diversity of learning.

This study aimed at understanding trends of living lab studies and deriving implications for directions of the studies by utilizing text mining. The study included network analysis and topic modelling based on keywords and abstracts from total 166 thesis published between 2011 and November 2019. Centrality analysis showed that living lab studies had been conducted focusing on keywords like innovation, society, technology, development, user and so on. From the topic modelling, 5 topics such as "regional innovation and user support", "social policy program of government", "smart city platform building", "technology innovation model of company" and "participation in system transformation" were extracted. Since the foundation of KNoLL in 2017, the diversification of living lab study subjects has been made. Quantitative analysis using text mining provides useful results for development of living lab studies.

As the role of soccer game analyst who analyzes soccer games and creates soccer wining strategies is emphasized, it is required to have high-level analysis beyond the procedural ones such as main event detection in the context of IT based broadcasting soccer game research community. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to generate the high-level in-depth analysis results via real-time text based soccer Webcast and text mining. Proposed method creates a metadata such as attribute, action and event, build index, and then generate available knowledges via text mining techniques such as association rule mining, event growth index, and pathfinder network analysis using Webcast and domain knowledges. We carried out a feasibility experiment on the proposed technique with the Webcast text about Spain team's 2010 World Cup games.

웹 문서의 가장 큰 특징 중 하나는 링크 구조이다. 이 링크들을 이용하여 전체 웹 문서를 커다란 하나의 네트워크로 구성할 수 있으며 이러한 네트워크를 분석함으로써 보다 중요한 문서, 보다 유용한 사이트를 찾아낼 수 있다. 전통적인 검색 모델인 벡터 모델의 성능 개선을 위해 이러한 링크 분석 기법을 활용하여 검색 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 또한 하이퍼 텍스트는 보다 정확한 키워드를 포함할 확률이 높으므로, 이를 가중치 계산에 적용하여 보다 정확한 결과를 산출한다.

Smart healthcare is convergence of ICT and healthcare services, and interdisciplinary research has been actively conducted in various fields. The objective of this study is to investigate trends of smart healthcare research using topic modeling and ego network analysis. Text analysis, frequency analysis, topic modeling, word cloud, and ego network analysis were conducted for the abstracts of 2,690 articles in Scopus from 2001 to April 2018. Topic Modeling analysis resulted in eight topics, Topics included "AI in healthcare", "Smart hospital", "Healthcare platform", "Blockchain in healthcare", "Smart health data", "Mobile healthcare", " Wellness care", "Cognitive healthcare". In order to examine the topic modeling results core deeply, we analyzed word cloud and ego network analysis for eight topics. This study aims to identify trends in smart healthcare research and suggest implications for establishing future research direction.

Taking Pingjiang historical and cultural block in Suzhou as an example, this paper collects 1436 tourist comment data from Ctrip. com with Python technology, and uses network text analysis method to analyze frequency words, semantic network and emotion, so as to evaluate the tourist perception characteristics and levels of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscapes, historical and cultural deposits, and the style of the Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the perception of visitors to the Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District; Tourists hold strong positive emotions towards the Pingjiang Road historical and cultural district, however, there is still more space for the transformation and upgrading of the district. Finally,suggestions for measures to improve the perception of tourists of the Grand Canal cultural heritage are given in terms of conservation first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

With the fast development of complex science, lots of social networks are studied. We know that the social network is widely applied in analyzing issues in human culture, economics and web sciences. Recently we witness that some researchers began to compare the social network constructed from fiction literatures(literature social network) and the real social network obtained from practice. But we point that previous approaches for literature social network have some drawbacks since they completely depend on the biographical dictionary constructed for a designated literature. So since the previous approach focus on the few important characters and peoples around them, we can not understand the global structure of all characters appeared in the literature at least once. We propose one method to extract all characters appeared in the literature and how to make the social network from that information. Also we newly propose K-critical network by applying frequency of the named characters and the strength of relationship among all textual characters. Our experiment shows that the K-critical measure could be one crucial quantitative measure to compute the relationship strength among characters appeared in the object literature.

본 연구는 대학 웹페이지의 Q&A(질의응답) 게시판에 게재된 비정형화 된 데이터를 수집한 후 텍스트마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 자주 등장하는 키워드 간 연관 패턴을 파악하고자 한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 FAQ(자주하는 질문) 게시판을 구성한다면 반복적인 질문에 대한 민원을 간소화함으로써 수요자의 편의성과 행정의 효율성 향상에 기여하고 나아가 원활한 양방향 소통이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore keywords within stalking-related news articles according to political orientation through the text network analysis, and then to examine the implicit intentions. Selecting total 1,607 articles including 824 articles of the conservative press(The Chosun Ilbo, The Joongang Ilbo) and 783 articles of the progressive press(The Hankyoreh, The Kyunghyang Shinmun) reported from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, this study explored the aspect of topic category drawn through the topic modeling technique based on LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation). In the results of this study, the common topics of the conservative and progressive press were improvement of the perception of gender-based violence, personal protection & intensity of punishment, and disclosure of stalkers' personal information. Regarding the topics differently shown in those two press, the conservative press showed stalkers' harmful act, and outline of 'murder case at Sindang Station' while the progressive press showed request for aggravated punishment on the 'murder case at Sindang Station', and eradication of sexual exploitation crime (in cyber space). The results of this study imply that there are changes in the type of reporting according to ideological opinions about stalking in news articles.
