Preparation of Temazepam Soft Elastic Gelatin Capsule (Softgel) and Bioavailability in Rabbits (테마제팜 연질캅셀제의 제조와 가토에 있어서 생체이용율)

  • This study was carried out for the purpose of developing an effective temazepam soft elastic gelatin capsule (softgel) which exhibits an excellent bioavailability and of comparing the rate and extent of absorption of temazepam from the marked elixir and prepared softgel using hydrophilic liquid such as polyethylene glycol 400 as a suspending agent by rotary die method. Both softgel and elixir containing 3 mg of temazepam were given to 7 healthy male New Zealand White rabbits in a single oral dose cross-over study. Plasma temazepam concentrations were measured by HPLC. The mean peak concentrations of temazepam following a single oral dosing as softgel and elixir dosage form were 13.84 and 13.25 ng/ml, respectively. And the mean time to peak concentration was 1.29 hr for the softgel and 1.07 hr for the elixir. There was no significant difference in the extent of drug absorption (AUC) for the two different dosage froms (p>0.05). While the softgel exhibited mean lag time of 0.63 hr, the elixir did not show any lag time. Statistical moment parameters such as the mean residence time and variance of the mean residence time did not differ significantly for the two formulations.

Visitors' Expectation and Satisfaction with Foodservice Qualities in the Rural Theme Villages of Gyeongsangbuk-do (경북지역 테마마을 방문객의 식사관련 서비스 품질 기대와 만족에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the degree of visitors' expectation and satisfaction with foodservice qualities in the rural theme villages. The subjects were 210 participants in the rural theme villages of Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results of this study consisted of three major parts: sociodemographic characteristics, visitors' visiting behavior, the analysis of visitors' expectation and satisfaction. 98.8% of the subjects were accompanied by children and most respondents had the intention of revisiting. The foodservice qualities with the highest expectation scores were 'food freshness' (3.76 point) and those with the highest satisfaction scores were 'friendly employee' (4.14 point). According to the overall attributes, visitors' satisfaction was higher than expectation. 'Food taste' and 'Local food' were the relatively most important attributes for overall satisfaction in the rural theme village.

  • As the digital environment expended, concern about importance of narrative and its value has been increased. But detailed study regarding narrative analysis leaves much to be desired. Most studies on animation narrative structure are focused on Japanese and Disney animation of America, shot films in particular. Plus these have not been done by the comparative method but separately by product. This study aims at clarifying the peculiar narrative characteristics between Chinese and American animation through the comparative analysis about s, which are produced in the respective countries, China on behalf of High-context culture and America as the Low-context culture.

  • 3D character animation grow rapidly with the development of computer graphic technology and software. Nowadays 3D character animation holds a important position in the various industry fields including movie, advertisement, animation, and game. With the rapid growth of computer graphic, real time animation of complex characters as well as high quality rendering, which was impossible before, are now prevailing. What is remarkable in this growth is the appearance of virtual idol. The virtual idol plays a leading role in 3D character animation and has a synergy effect in the field of fancy and theme park industry.   • 최근에 현대 물리학과 과학의 정점에 있는 초전도가속기 같은 고에너지 빔 가속기 시스템에서 Diocotron instability의 연구가 재조명 되고 있다. 환형의 전자 빔 사이로 프로톤 빔을 통과시키는 구조로써 자기장과 회전하는 전자빔의 상호작용에 기초를 두고 있으며 이 환형의 전자 빔이 고에너지의 프로톤 빔을 집속하는 역할을 한다. 하지만 전자빔이 진행함과 동시에 왜곡되는 현상이 발생하는데 이 왜곡되는 현상을 충분히 조절하지 못한다면 프로톤 빔의 손실과 가속하는 빔의 에너지 저하를 초래하게 될 것이고 또한 실험장치 자체에도 큰 결함을 발생 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 Diocotron instability는 가속기를 활성화 하는데 주요한 테마가 될 것이다. 환형의 전자 빔 층은 정전기적 효과로 인해서 안쪽과 바깥쪽의 속도차가 발생하게 되고 이로 인하여 drift instability 가 발생하게 되어서 왜곡이 발생하고 결국에는 몇 개의 소용돌이를 생성하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이를 2차원 원통형 구조의 Particle-in-cell 시뮬레이션을 통하여 연구하였으며 자기장의 효과에 따른 환형의 전자빔의 왜곡현상을 지연시키는 방안에 중점을 두었다. 특히 자기장의 세기, 전자빔의 밀도, 전자빔 층의 두께, 전자빔의 프로필의 차이에 의한 결과로 연구하였다.

The Determinant Factors of Basic Concept in the Residential Site Planning - Focus on Physical Planning Elements - (주거단지계획 기본구상 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 물리적 계획요소를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to present basic data of basic concept that planners should consider in planning process. For this purpose, we have proposed the determinant factors of basic concept. In particular, this study focuses on the physical planning elements among the various planning elements that determine the basic concept. The research method is the case study and analysis for the competitions of LH for the past four years. After dividing the residential environment area, the planning elements was derived and the planning direction is arranged for the case district. The determinants factor were determined by the structure of each area. Three area, including the degree of urban context, were found to be the main determinants of the basic idea. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The degree of reflection of urban context, the degree of effort to resolve environmental influences are determinant factors of basic concept. (2) The degree of connection between urban and site area, the degree of overlapping of the boundaries, and street are determinant factors of basic concept. (3) The degree of appropriateness of the residential layout, the degree of rationality of the moving plan, the adequacy of the community space plan are determinant factors of basic concept.

  • This research will suggest a Digital Physical Field Game (Digital PFG) as a new ubiquitous paradigm. Based on the evolution of videogame paradigm which is affected by the social paradigm evolves, meanings of "participation" and "communication" as an interaction in the videogames are examined. Additionally, a general concept of ubiquitous games and its limitations are also investigated. Based on that, a new game paradigm which contains a concept of ubiquitous games, Digital PFG's main concepts and examples are newly designed and proposed. As contributions of this research, next are expected, such as, improved immersive contents for the serious games and new approaches to the theme and science parks design as a user participated digital contents.

  • This study was done to figure out what sort of service quality the visitors of a theme park think much of. The service quality of theme park is the most important factor for customer's satisfaction, and such satisfaction can lead them to have repurchase intention. Most of the customers revisit a theme park on the basis of their own past experience and information through their friends, which means that service quality plays an important role in the theme park. The intention of revisit is strongly influenced by the primary factor of service quality and price. The neat appearances of its clerks, guideboard, buildings, structures, facilities and so on are the most important part in the properties of service quality. By the above mentioned strategy, the customer's devotion and the long-term expectation of profits could be realized. In other words, high qualified service is the basis of the service marketing for the theme park, contributes to enhancing customer's trust, and promotes communications about the theme park with one another in a friendly way. Besides, it can increase the number of visitors and cause the customers to perceive highly the value of the theme park.

  • Baroque music was the birth and growth era of modern music, but it was not composed for movies. Baroque music, however, is a feature that is inserted into the movies in many different forms, leading to the overall mood and narrative, and the ability to express the characters' feeling and inner word. Therefore, in this study, five Baroque music works, including the main theme song 'Vivaldi Cantata RV.684' in the movie , are produced, and analyzed through tonal, tempo, dynamics, musical notes, tones, rhythms, musical instrument, and genre. Through analysis, we will study what epic functions and roles Baroque music plays in movies.
