한국통합물류협회는 2월 21일 정기총회에서 천일정기 화물자동차(주) 박재억 대표이사를 제3대 회장으로 선임하였다. 대기업만이 아닌 많은 중소기업으로 이뤄진 통합물류협회는 모두의 이익을 조화롭게 조율할 수 있는 회장을 통해 업계 발전을 이룬다는 목표 아래, 전 물류영역을 아우르는 다양한 경험을 가진 박재억 회장을 선임했다고 밝혔다. 박재억 신임회장은 전일정기화물자동차(주)를 이끌연서, 컨테이너와 벌크화물 운송, 특수화물, 철강 및 철도운송, 항만하역사업, 자동차부품운송, 택배, 창고 등 물류 전 영역에서 물류정보화, 정시운송시스템 도입과 독보적인 조달물류 분야 개척 등 우리나라 물류경쟁력 확보에 앞장서 왔다. 3월 20일 열린 기자간담회를 통해 박재억 신임회장에게 협회 운영 계획에 대한 견해를 들어보았다.

t Global logistics companies are developing and introducing logistics systems to provide competitive logistics services. Especially as IT develops and mobile functions become more convenient, the Mobile TMS(Transportation Management System) is being introduced as a more convenient system for delivery workers and office managers. However, the success of such a system depends on the system developer who understand the site accurately and office managers and couriers who are using it in the field. The purpose of this paper is to understand which characteristics influence in exploiting new systems focusing on the attitudes of users who use the system daily, and we analyze it through the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). According to the analysis result, when smart phone has become popular, users have concluded that usefulness is more significant than ease in acceptance of the systems. As a result, we draw suggestions that the focus should be on usefulness rather than ease of system at the stage of system developed.

국내의 주요 물류기업들 중 16개 기업이 '종합물류기업'이라는 인증을 받기위해 건설교통부로부터 심사를 받고 있다. 올 상반기중에 우리나라를 대표하는 종합물류기업이 탄생할 것으로 기대된다. 이들 기업을 비롯하여, 물류기업들이 국내시장 규모만을 바라보고 경쟁하기 보다는 보다 넓은 해외진출을 꾀하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 다시 태어나야 할 것이다. '물류'라는 단어가 우리나라에 들어온지 불과 30년도 채 안되는 시점에서 동북아 물류중심을 외치는 우리의 물류산업은 비약적인 발전을 이뤘으며, 국내 시장이 아닌 중국을 비로한 해외 각국으로 진출하는 국제물류에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 최근 21세기에는 북한, 아시아, 중국의 항만, 도로, 철도 등 하부구조를 크게 성장시켜, 권역 운송을 광역화하고 복합운송을 발전시켜야 한다는 의견과 더불어 물류시장의 개방을 통한 외국 운송업체들의 참여를 유도하여 국내 업체의 경쟁력을 키워야 한다는 업계의 의견이 조심스럽게 흘러나오고 있다. "만약 물류시장이 개방될 경우 우리나라 물류기업은 생존 대응능력은 있는가!"하는 의문은 종합물류기업들을 보면 답이 나올 것이다. 해외시장 개척을 적극적으로 펼치면서 외국 물류기업과 어깨를 나란히 하고자 하는 국내의 우수 물류기업들이 많다. 그 중 몇몇 기업들을 살펴보면 대한통운, 글로비스, 한솔CSN, 현대택배, 한진, 현대상선 등은 해외현지법인화를 통하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 도약을 꾀하고 있는 기업도 많다. 이번호에는 "국내외 물류기업의 해외진출 방향, 전략 및 사례"를 통하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 성장하고 있는 업체들의 해외진출현황을 간략히 살펴보고, 전략에 대해 물류전문가로부터 의견을 들어본다.

Domestic distribution warehouse has been developed as a strategic strategic point for inventory management and shipping of goods for companies. Warehouse is classified as distribution center, transport center, complex center depending on the role. Currently, at the same time it is considering the price factor such as rent price or land price and and logistical capabilities when considering the location of domestic warehouses. The price evaluation factors has specific methods for the evaluation but logistical elements is not currently clear. In this study, we have studied location selection of distribution center considering the logistical elements through expert surveys.

지능형 교통시스템(ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems)의 부체계인 첨단화물운송시스템(CVOs: Commercial Vehicle Operations)은 교통혼잡 완화와 물류비 목적으로 종합물류정보전산망 사업에서도 추진되어 왔다. ITS 기본계획에서 정의한 화물 및 화물차량관리시스템과 위험물 차량관리시스템의 세부서비스는 '97년말 종합물류정보전산망 상세설계와 첨단화물운송시스템 기본설계 과정에서 새롭게 정립, 제시되었다. 본 고에서는 첨단화물운송시스템의 서비스와 소요기술 개발현황을 기존의 지능형 교통시스템과 종합물류정보망의 추진계획, 업계의 관련자료를 바탕으로 비교적 상세하게 검토하고, 현재까지 공공과 민간에서 개발, 적용되고 있는 시범서비스 차원의 첨단화물운송시스템의 소요기술 적용사례와 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 고에서 첨단화물운송시스템의 적용사례로서 해양수산부를 중심으로 현재 구축 운영중인 컨테이너터미널 전자문서교환(EDI: Electronic Data Interchange) 및 GATE 자동화시스템과 '97년 7월부터 본격 가동에 들어간 현대물류 택배종합전산시스템(HYDEX)의 정보서비스와 관련한 요소기술과 함께 그 효과를 살펴보고, '96년 12월부터 시범서비스를 제공중인 한국통신의 화물운송정보시스템의 적용효과를 분석하였다.

Recently there are many changes of logistics environment Such as integrated logistics information system, the rapid growth of the domestic and international small package express service and third party logistics with Electronic Commerce. At this time it is very important to deliver to customers the goods sold through EC speedy, accurately and safely. That is to say, the role of small package express service is very important at EC times. The bottlenecks of small package express service in the circumstances of EC are the weakness of EC operating company and small package express service provider the shortage of distribution centre and cargo terminal, the shortage of skilled man with related small package express service etc. So, I suggested that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively in the side of small package express service provider. And it is necessary to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service, logistics information system, deregulate restriction such as weight limit of vehicles in the side of the government. And to government support throughout extending nation's SOC, deregulation, support to small package express service terminal, permit to stopping & parking in downtown, abolishing a no passing zone, permit to being employed foreigner. Also this service involves ensuring that the product will arrive when wanted, and in an undamaged condition.

농식품 유통의 다각화로 인해 안전적인 물류를 위해서는 농식품 포장재가 중요한 요인이 되었다. 때문에 물류형태에 따른 포장재 재질과 포장 디자인의 다양화는 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 직접유통 농가와 간접유통 농가 112명을 대상으로 포장재 표기내용 중요도와 포장재 활용실태를 분석하였다. 그 결과 유통채널별 표기내용의 중요도가 차이가 있으며, 포장 재질과 포장 디자인을 구별하여 제작 및 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 유통채널의 다각화에 따른 포장재 활용방안으로 택배 물류와 비택배물류에 따른 포장 재질을 고려한 제작, 직접유통과 간접유통에 따른 포장 디자인의 차별화를 고려한 디자인, 유통채널에 따른 포장재 표기방식에서 부각해야 할 부분을 고려한 제작 방안 등을 제시하였다.

최근 들어 전자상거래의 급속한 발달로 전 세계적으로 수송 물동량이 급격히 증대되고 있고, 이로 인해 택배사업이 대단히 활성화되고 있다. 출발지와 목적지가 서로 상이한 무수히 만은 수송 요구가 들어오면 수송 요구화물의 신속한 집배송을 위한 배차계획 및 수송계획을 세우는 것이 택배회사의 주요 업무이다. 이러한 배차 계획 및 수송 계획을 어떻게 수립하느냐에 따라 전체 수송비용뿐만 아니라 고객들의 서비스 수준에 상당한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 이러한 운영적 차원에서의 의사결정 이전에 훨씬 중요하게 고려해야 할 내용이 택배네트워크의 설계 문제이다. 이러한 택배네트워크의 설계에는 터미널 개수 및 위치를 결정하는 전략적 문제와 영업소들을 터미널에 할당하는 전술적 문제로 구분될 수 있다. 현재 우리 국내에는 크고 작은 수많은 택배사업자들이 있으나, 그 중에서 비교적 규모가 큰 주요 택배회사들은 대부분 전국에 걸쳐 다수의 터미널을 설치하여 두고 수송화물의 집배송을 위한 물류거점으로 운영하고 있다. 이와 같은 터미널 위치 및 개수가 정해진 상태에서 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당하여 처리되도록 하느냐의 여부는 수송비용 측면에서뿐만 아니라 고객들에 대한 서비스 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의사결정 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 비용과 시간을 고려하여 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당해야 하는지를 결정하기 위한 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 이에 대한 탐색적 해법을 제시하며, 국내의 택배회사 사례를 대상으로 모형을 적용해 보고자 한다.무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각

This paper provides a comparison and analysis of job requirements in logistics industry. Over 300 job advertisements were collected from online job sites and companies' homepage, and analysed to explore the skills that employers want from job seekers by conducting content analysis. A comprehensive requirements and skills containing 11 main categories and 36 subcategories emerged from 332 job advertisements related logistics. From the analyses we identify that top three requirements for logisticians are more or less the same for industry employers regardless of industry sector. The findings of this study are also valuable for developing a new and up-to-date logistics curriculum.

전자상거래의 발전과 개인 중심 사회로 변화함에 따라, 매년 통상우편에 대한 접수 물량은 지속적 감소되고 있고, 비정형 우편물과 소포(택배) 접수 물량이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같이 우편서비스 환경변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 각국의 우편물류 사업자들은 우편물 접수 및 배달업무에 정보통신기술과 자동화기술을 활용하여 고객편익 증진과 우편사업의 경영개선을 목적으로 우편용 접수 및 배달 자동화기기 기술을 개발 및 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본고에서는 우편용 접수 자동화기기와 무인 택배시스템에 대한 국외 기술동향과 최근 무인우체국 구축에 사용된 국내 우편 접수 및 배달 자동화기기 기술개발 현황을 살펴보고 추후 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.
