RFC 2271에는 망 관리 플랫폼인 SNMP architecture를 더 이상의 수정을 가하지 않는 모듈구조로 정의되어 있다. 즉, SNMP application을 개발함에 있어 새로운 application을 추가할 때, 기존의 software 에 수정을 가하지 않는 것이 중요한 요소이다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 subject-oriented programming은 위에 언급한 관점에 주안점을 둔 방법으로 기존에 개발된 SNMP application의 기본구조를 유지한 채 software를 개발할 수 있는 방법이다. Subject-oriented programming은 object-oriented programming에 기초를 두고있다.

This paper highlights new IP network design and internetworking scenarios overlayed on the existing ATM technology network. It describes the proper network configurations to solve the IP/ATM internetworking probrems on the AISN(Advanced Information Superhighway Network). The paper outlines that IP network can be constructed on ATM backbone network. The paper looks at how new design technology is to enhance the AISN in Korea. The paper concludes that new IP network design is applied to AISN and there is enough possibility that AISN can be developed to efficient NGI(Next Generation Internet).

As today's network infrastructure continues to grow and DiffServ IP networks ate now available to provide various levels of flexible QoS services. DiffServ guarantees good scalability but shows dynamic QoS dependent on network traffic loads. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate the dynamics of DiffSev QoS and present analytical model to estimate the allowable traffic load under the given network conditions.

개인 통신의 최고급 형태인 UPT(Universal Personal Telecommunication) 서비스를 실현하기 위해서 3 종류의 이동성 즉 개인 이동성, 단말기 이동성, 서비스 이동성에 대해 고려해야 한다. 본 고에서는 UPT 서비스 구현에 있어서 3 종류의 이동성에 대한 정의와 더불어 UPT 서비스에서 각 이동성의 적용 및 관리 방안 등을 ITU-TS, 논문 등에서 제시한 여러 방법을 중심으로 정리하였다.
