선진국들은 단순 소재형태의 렌즈 개발이 아니라 고 부가가치의 광학응용장비 개발에 힘을 쏟고 있다. 광학응용기기는 수술용 현미경, 치과용 카메라, 검사용 현미경, 공장 자동화 등 산업, 의료, 일반 영역 전반에서 폭넓게 사용되며 매년 새로운 시장이 형성되며 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 국내는 아직 태동기이고 장애가 많긴 하지만 최근 연구소 출신의 우수 인력이 속속 창업하고 있어 전망이 밝다.

This study has classified development stages (Embryonic-Growth-Maturity) of mobile telecommunication industry based on Industry Life Cycle theory. There are two steps to be analyzed in this study, In the first step, cluster was investigated through cluster analysis using mobile density to categorize development stages of mobile telecommunication industry. In the second step, we compared on indexes of market structure, market efficiency and market performance to find out characteristics of each stage of development. The results are as follows. First, HHI is higher at embryonic stage than at growth and maturity stages, Second, ARPU(Average Revenue Per User) and RPM(Revenue Per Minute) are getting higher as the stages move on. Third, EBITDA margins, an index of market performance, is decreasing along the three stages. Finally, this study presents a clue to define the stage of development of mobile telecommunication industry and build a proper strategy for the market change.

This study has analyzed demonstratively the total of 192 dissertations published on the Korea Security Science Association Journal for the last 10 years in order to take a look at the research trends in the field of security. Based on this, this study intends to examine the research trends in the research field of security and present suggestions. The standard for analysis was largely divided into per period, per subject and per method of research. First, the research trend of the group per period was classified into a quickening period, a formative period and a development period. As a result, among the total of 192 dissertations, the quickening period occupied 45%, the formative, 42% and the development, 13%. The dissertations in the field of security were made up of 52% in the formative, 37% in the quickening and 11% in the development period. Also, it was shown that the number of dissertations in the field of security and escort did not even come up to half of total number of publications. Secondly, the research trend of the group per subject is divided into per large subject and per medium subject. As a result, all quickening, formative and development periods showed the highest values for other researches, which showed a tendency to lean upon other researches. In classifying the group per large subject by period, it presented similar aspects with 46% of the quickening period and 43% of the formative. Lastly, for the trends per method of research, compared to 23% of quantitative research, the qualitative research held 77%, which showed an overall tendency to depend on the qualitative research.

The purposes of this study are to investigate various experience factors that special guards firstly appointed calculate during the occupational socialization and suggest the preliminary data which is necessary to the establishment of educational service strategy of preliminary special guard and security guard. So, in-depth interviewing and ethnographic study were conducted for 4 special guards firstly appointed. As the result, the occupational socialization process of special guards firstly appointed are quickening period, preparatory period, adaptation period and conflict/maturity period. The first, quickening period is a decision of family background, exercise experience and university entrance. The second, preparatory period is certificates and mentor of department vision, university curriculum and occupational preparation. The third, adaptation period is occupational specialty, occupational professionalism, occupational satisfaction, motivation and company colleagues. The forth, conflict/maturity period is job stress, turnover, conflict in company, efforts for self-development and prospect of job. Therefore, this study will be able to be applied as a guide for special guard's performance improvement and provide educational preliminary data for following-up studies.
