공동주택 단지의 주동형식에 따른 냉난방 에너지 및 외기냉방 효과 분석 (An Analysis of Heating and Cooling Energy and Effect on Outdoor Air Cooling according to Building Type of Apartment Complex)

  • This study makes three apartment building complex an object of analyzing representative building types and energy consumption rate of house holds, and effect of outdoor air cooling. Recently created apatrment complex is composed of very various types of building, plan, and orientation etc. But, it is difficult to remark conclusively that these various types of buildings are designed energy-effectively. Because architects are hard to find useful energy design guideline for decision making. By the preceding study, the present condition and problem about this subject is grasped, apartment building types were examined and representative types were extracted. In this study, energy simulation was conducted, and the effect to outdoor air cooling was analyzed about representative types of the subject apartment complex. It is expected that this analysed results will be basic data for the more integrated study. Research consequence can be summarized as follow: 1) Besides solar gain, household layout of building, orientation, and plan etc. effects compositively on energy consumption rate. 2) The effect of ourdoor air cooling in building of tower type can be improved by arranging households appropriately.

탑상형 초고층 주거건축의 단위평면 특성에 관한 연구 - 외기접합 면수별 공간구성 특성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of an Unit Plan for a Tower Type Super-High-Rise-Residence)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the spatial characteristic of the unit plan for a Super-High-Rise-Residence. This study is focused on the open air contact sides for a tower type Super-High-Rise-Residence. A tower type Super-High-Rise-Residence which has open air contacts from 1 to 3.5 sides differed in spatial characteristics of the unit plan for other apartment units. The current study analyzed 188 unit plans for the size of 40 pyong or larger in Seoul and the metropolitan areas which have been built since 1990. Open air contact side was classified as under 2 sides, 2 sides, and over 2 sides. The unit plan which belong to each open air contact side was Investigated according to the location of public area, the relationship between livingroom and master bedroom, and a method of entry to the master bedroom. The results of this study are as follow: According to increase open air contact sides is changed the location of public area in unit plan from an typical arrangement to various arrangement. Also the relationship between livingroom and master bedroom becomes loose and in a method of entry to the master bedroom increase an indirect approach through other room.

탑상형 아파트의 배치방향별 봄철 실내온도 비교평가 (Comparative Evaluation of Indoor Temperature in Spring according to Sitting Orientation of Tower-Type Apartments)

  • It is usual for energy consumption in accordance with facing and sitting direction of tower-type apartments to be calculated by the official statistics or computer simulation. Previous studies for energy consumption appear to be very limited due to the dependence on flat type of apartment. Acknowledging these constraints, an empirical study for a tower type apartment was conducted to demonstrate how a on-site indoor temperature measurement in spring can be used to assist in estimating the total energy consumption in terms of facing and sitting orientation specific settings. The results indicate that maximum temperature difference in spring was identified as $1.16^{\circ}C$ between south and eastern direction. It is known that raising $1^{\circ}C$ indoor temperature require 7% more energy consumption than normal. The $1.16^{\circ}C$ difference means that sitting direction of tower type apartment is a crucial explanatory variable as unit of analysis for energy consumption. It was demonstrated that the indoor temperature could be used effectively as an indicator to estimate energy consumption among various sitting direction of tower type apartments. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to support more scientific and objective decision-making for facing and sitting orientation of tower type apartments.

  • This study aims to investigate the energy performance of apartment in respect of complex design, building type and generation house layout and finally to produce the guide line for energy saving design. To grasp the present condition and problem about this subject, apartment building types were examined and representative types were extracted. Considering azimuth angle, private area, and generation number, building type of the subject apartment was classified in detail, energy simulation was conducted, and the effect to energy cost was compared. In the research, using VE energy simulation program, the heating and cooling load were calculated and converted to energy cost. It is expected that this analysed results will be basic data for the more integrated study. Research consequence can be summarized as follow: 1) Energy cost is compared according to several azimuth in plank '一' type apartment. As the results, calculated gas cost is the best in $49^{\circ}$, but total cost is in $-31^{\circ}$. 2) Apartment buildings of tower types are compared, it is resulted that 'Y' type (azimuth $-7^{\circ}$, $-20^{\circ}$) is the best in gas cost, but the total cost is worst because of high cooling load.

겨울철 난방시 탑상형 아파트 구조체의 축·방열 특성에 대한 현장측정 연구 (A Field Measurement Study on Heat Storage/Emission Characteristics of Tower Type Apartment Structures in Winter Season)

  • In this study, as a complementary study of the former study on indoor thermal environment in a tower type apartment house at tropical nights, a field measurement was conducted in winter season. Mainly, characteristics of heat storage and heat emission in apartment structures, in this study, were investigated. As results, indoor air temperature was changed in the range of $22.5^{\circ}C{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, and followed not the change of outdoor air temperature but the changed pattern of floor surface temperature. Wall surface temperature was unresponsive to the change of floor surface temperature compared with the change of indoor air temperature because wall structure was composed of concrete which has large heat capacity, and was changed in the range of $22.3^{\circ}C{\pm}0.6^{\circ}C$. Heat was stored continuously into the structures of wall and ceiling through the measurement term. and this means that a large heat capacity of the apartment structure acts as a disadvantage in winter season, too. As a total review of the study with the former study, a large heat capacity of the apartment structure acts against indoor thermal comfort in winter season as well as in summer season.

  • Natural ventilation is an effective method for improving IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) and removing heats in buildings. In oder to use natural ventilation, many factors such as wind pressure around the buildings and possibility of air intake on different shapes need to be known. On this paper, the natural ventilation performance in multi-housing units of tower-type buildings was investigated. Tower-type multi-housing buildings are recently more and more constructed for they may change urban landscape and get more openness in multi-housing site. However, such housing buildings have problems with natural ventilation because of the various directions of the building units. The purpose of this paper is to find the proper building direction regarding to wind direction in order to optimize air intake in every units in the building.

탑상형 아파트의 층별 전기와 가스 부하량 비교평가 (Comparative Evaluation of Electric Power and LNG Load according to Floor level of Tower-Type Apartments)

  • It is known that energy consumption in bottom floor of typical Korean-style apartment is the highest. Previous studies for energy consumption in accordance with floor level appear to be very limited due to the dependence on single energy variable such as electric power or LNG separately, based on past flat type of apartment. Acknowledging these constraints, an empirical study for a tower type emerged recently as new style of apartment in South Korea was conducted to demonstrate how a comprehensive evaluation for both electric power and LNG consumption can be used to assist in monitoring the total energy consumption in terms of floor specific settings. It was possible to identify that energy consumption in bottom floor is lesser than that of top floor, to the contrary, fact known from previous study. Also electric power consumption in top floor was identified as 15% higher than that of floor in the least. It is anticipated that this integrated utilization of electric power and LNG data would present more scientific and objective evidence for the energy load among floor level of tower type apartment by overcoming serious constraints suffered from the past single variable investigation. Ultimately, the result in this paper could be used as a valuable reference to providing priority for energy saving activities in top floor such as cool roof or green roof.

  • 영예의 대통령상이 수여되는 한국건축문화대상의 대상이 올해부터 '비주거'와 '주거'로 나뉘어 확대, 시상한다. 그 첫번째 수혜자로 비주거부문은 김삭식 건축사(주.금성 종합건축사사무소 대표)가 설계하고, (주)금호산업이 시공한 '광주광역시청사'가 주거부문에는 김종국(주.종합건축사사무소 건원)건축사가 설계하고, 현대산업개발(주)이 시공한 '아이파크 삼성동'이 국내 준공건축물들을 대상으로 한 2004한국건축문화대상에서 영예의 대상으로 각각 선정됐다. 또 올해 한국건축문화대상에서는 KT여의도사옥 등 6작품이 본상을 차지한 것을 비롯해 우수상 등 모두 22개 작품이 수상작으로 선정됐다. "불이 - Architecture in NatureㆍNature in Architecture"를 주제로 공모한 일반 및 신인ㆍ학생 대상의 계획건축물부문에서는 박종대, 윤새봄, 김정희(인하대학교 건축공학과대학원 건축의장연구실)씨가 공동 출품한 'Plankton House'가 금상을 차지한 것을 비롯해 은상 2팀, 동상 3팀 입선 22점 등 모두 28개 팀이 입상했다. 올해 한국건축문화대상에는 준공건축물부문 89점, 계획건축물부문 252점 등 총 341개 작품이 응모했다. 비주거 부문의 대상을 차지한 광주광역시청사는 "관 건물의 이미지를 탈피하여 하나의 문화 건물로 탈바꿈하려는 시도가 특히 돋보이는 작품으로 시공에도 많은 어려움이 있었음에도 불구하고 완성도가 우수한 작품"이란 평을 받았다. 또한 주거 부문의 아이파크 삼성동은 "아파트이면서도 주상복합의 이미지를 구현시키면서 판상형 형태에서 벗어나 탑상형 배치에 의한 낮은 건폐율 적용으로 친환경적인 단지를 이루고 있으며, 특히 시공이 매우 우수한 작품"이란 평을 받았다. 한편 올해부터 우리나라 건축문화발전을 위해 기여한 건축인을 발굴해 시상하는 '올해의 건축인상'을 제정, 그 첫번째 수상자로 김석철 건축사(아키반건축도시연구원 건축사사무소)와 이창남 건축사(센구조 건축사사무소)가 선정되어 건설교통부장관상을 받았다. 시상식은 지난 11월 24일 서울 종로구 세종로 세종문화회관 컨벤션홀에서 개최되어 대상의 비주거부문 수상작의 설계자인 김상식 건축사에게 대통령상 그리고 시공자인 (주)금호산업에게는 건설교통부장관상, 건축주인 광주광역시장에게는 국무총리상이 수여됐다. 또한 주거부문 수상작의 시공자인 현대산업개발(주)에게 대통령상 그리고 설계자인 김종국 건축사에게는 국무총리상, 건축주인 현대산업개발(주)에게는 건설교통부장관상이 수여됐다. 또 KT 여의도빌딩 등 본상 6개 작품의 설계자 및 시공자에게는 건설교통부장관상 등 정부포상이, 준공건축물부문 우수상 입상자 전원에게는 각각 대한건축사협회장상, 서울경제신문사장상이 수여됐다. 계획건축물부문의 금상 수상자에게는 건설교통부장관상과 상금이 수여되었으며, 은상과 동상, 입선작은 대한건축사협회장상과 상금이 각각 수여됐다. 아울러 동상이상 수상자 중 영어 인터뷰심사를 거쳐 2명을 선발, ARCASIA 학생잼버리대회 파견 특전이 주어진다. 건설교통부와 대한건축사협회, (주)서울경제신문이 공동주최하고 대한주택공사 등 건설관련 5개 단체가 후원하는 한국건축문화대상은 올해로 13회째 개최되고 있다. 더욱이 올해에는 대통령상을 두 부문으로 나누어 시상하는 등 그 폭이 넓어져 수상자에게 더 큰 영예를 주었으며, 시간이 흐를수록 그동안 기성 건축인들의 창작의욕 고취는 물론 건축저변을 크게 확대하였다는 평과 아울러 우리 건축문화 창달에 기여해 한국건축문화대상은 명실공히 국내 건축인은 물론 일반 국민의 대표 건축축제로 자리매김하고 있다.

공동주거단지 주동계획 요소에 관한 연구 (An Analysis on the Methods of Block Design Elements and their Trends in the Apartment Housing Design Competitions of Sejong City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 행정중심도시 현상설계안들을 통해 최근에 적용된 다양한 주동 계획 요소들을 분석해 보는 것이다. 이러한 분석을 통해 우리나라 주거단지에 적용되고 있는 다양한 설계 기법과 최근의 설계 동향을 파악해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 왜냐하면 행정중심도시가 비교적 최근에 실시된 주거단지 현상 설계이며, 우리나라의 주요 설계사무소와 건설 회사들이 참여하였기 때문이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. : (1) 판상형 주동은 8가지 유형(ㄱ자형 주동이 가장 많이 적용됨)으로 탑상형 주동은 9가지 유형(일자형, L자형, ㅁ자형 주동이 가장 많이 적용됨)으로 분류되었다. (2) 코어 형태는 대응형이 6가지 유형으로 병렬형이 3가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 두 유형 모두 필로티와 연계된 유형들이 가장 많이 적용된 것으로 나타났다. (3) 지붕 형식은 4가지 유형으로 구분되었는데, 평지붕이 전체 단지의 95%에서 적용된 것으로 나타났다. (4) 주동 매스 형식은 5가지 유형으로(일반형과 보이드형이 가장 많이 적용됨) 분류되었으며 입면 구성은 3가지 유형으로(수평분할형이 가장 많이 적용됨) 분류되었다.

철근콘크리트 초고층 주상복합 건물의 시공 중 구조성능 분석 (Analyses of Structural Performances for RC High-Rise Residential Complex Building under Construction)

  • 근래 국내 초고층 주상복합 건물에는 철근콘크리트구조가 보편적으로 적용되는데, 이러한 철근콘크리트 초고층 주상복합 건물은 시공 시점에 따라 구조적인 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 시공 중인 철근콘크리트 초고층 주상복합 건물에 대하여, 시공 시점별 구조 안전성 및 횡력저항성능을 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 예제 모델로 탑상형의 초고층 주상복합 60층 건물을 선정했고, 기존의 범용구조해석 프로그램을 사용하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 각 시공 시점별 10층, 20층, 30층, 40층, 50층, 60층 완료모델과 60층 완공단계 모델의 구조성능을 비교하였다. 구조성능 비교를 위해 이 모델들의 고유치해석을 수행하였으며, 횡력저항성능과 부재별 단면성능을 검토하였다. 횡력저항성능 검토를 위해 횡변위비와 층간변위비를 검토했고, 부재별 단면성능 검토는 완공단계에 대한 설계강도비와 시공단계의 설계강도비를 비교하여 부재안전성을 검토하였다. 이 연구를 통해, 시공 중인 철근콘크리트 초고층 건물의 구조 안전성을 검토하고 시공단계에 적합한 구조해석 및 설계하중의 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.
