탈모 인구의 증가로 국내 탈모 시장이 빠르게 팽창하고 있으며, 탈모 관련 산업이 성장기에 진입하였다. 탈모시장은 탈모관리제품, 기기, 관리실 및 의료 시술로 세분화되고 있으며 관련 신제품들이 개발되고 있지만 샴푸와 같은 화장품 시장의 규모가 가장 크게 자리 잡고 있는 상황이다. 세계 헤어케어 관련 화장품 시장은 중국의 탈모 관련 미용산업 시장규모가 매우 크며, 국내 기업들도 중국 탈모 시장에 선진출하기 위해 제품개발 및 마케팅을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 시장동향과 더불어 국내에서는 새로운 소재 개발과 함께 안전하고 기능성이 뛰어난 탈모방지 화장품의 요구가 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 기획에서는 현재 기능성 헤어케어 제품들의 시장분석과 동업계 현황, 5-Force 분석을 통한 경쟁상황, 수요전망 등에 대하여 소개하고, 향후 탈모방지 화장품시장의 발전 가능성과 향후 전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study collected 245 questionnaires from college students in Gyeonggi-do and analyzed them using SPSS statistical packages, with the aim of identifying the status of hair loss perception due to the relationship between stress and hair loss received by college students and analyzing the correlation between stress and hair loss perception by type. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the biggest problem caused by hair loss was 'loss of confidence', and in particular, people who were stressed about career/employment and studies were analyzed to consider the problem of 'loss of confidence' the most serious. As a result of cross-analysis of the general characteristics of awareness and the 'most recent stress' item, and as a result of correlation analysis between stress by type and hair loss status that constitutes hair loss awareness, it was analyzed that all types of stress affect hair loss in college students. Among them, career/employment stress and academic stress were found to be the most influential stress, and in the event of hair loss, it was analyzed that they were more willing to engage in hair loss treatment for career/employment, study, and appearance before interpersonal relationships or economic problems. Therefore, this study is of great significance in that it classified stress by type and analyzed the correlation through empirical research methods by specifying the contents of hair loss recognition into three categories: hair loss status, hair loss management, and hair loss treatment.

만물이 소생한다는 봄철에 머리카락이 빠진다면 얼마나 당혹스런 일인가? 더구나 당신 나이를 감안할 때, 도무지 가당키나한 소리냐는 말이다. 봄이란 계절은 바로 이럴 때 잔인하다는 표현을 쓸 수밖에 없는 게다. 계절적인 영향으로 급증하는 황사와 온갖 먼지들은 당신의 이런 걱정을 아는지 모르는지, 되레 두피 건강을 위협하고 있다. 그런 두피건강 악화는 곧바로 '탈모'라는 잔인한 수순을 밟게 된다. 당신이 미처 알지 못했던 범위조차, 날카로운 탈모의 진단으로부터 비켜갈 수는 없을 것이다. 탈모를 예방하는 비책은 그저 작은 손길과 정성을 기울일 수 있는 자세면 충분하다.

모발은 일반적으로 수명이 있으며 끊임없이 빠지고 새로 나고 있으므로, 1일에 70~80개 전후의 탈모는 생리적인 것이다. 그러나 비정상으로 많이 빠져 털이 성기게 되거나, 부분적으로 많은 털이 빠져 대머리가 되는 것을 탈모증이라고 한다.

The survey was carried out with a random sample of adults living in Busan and Gyeongnam. The collected material is used by the SPSS version 12.0. The frequency, percentage, examination were applied for studying. We separated the group of safety, general management, real hair management according to characteristic about scarp and hair problems. There is highly understanding about the hair problem that if someone has really sensitive scalp or who has dandruff or who has thin hair or who has someone has hair losing problem in their family. Usually, the group has highly understanding of hair problem, they consult about their hair and scalp with expert. They have a really good attention about the mass media(TV, Internet, Newspaper, Magazine) for scalp and hair health. They reduce using hair products. They always read hair product brochure first and use it. They don't eat fast food frequently. The survey has shown high levels of article. Now the research showed us that s have a strict connection between self-recognition and scalp treatments. That means someone has understanding hair problem then start treatment first.

가을에는 차고 건조한 외부환경으로 인해 우리 피부가 건조해지고 머리카락이 푸석해지기 십상이다. 과거 비듬이 있거나 두피가 건조했던 사람의 경우 더 심하게 각질이 생기거나 가려움 증상이 나타날 수 있으며 심한 경우 탈모가 동반되기도 한다.

최근 건강에 대한 일반인들의 관심이 증가하면서 스마트 헬스케어 시장 규모가 기하급수적으로 커지고 있다. 특히 탈모 관련 헬스케어 시장의 경우, 국내 탈모 인구의 증가로 인해 탈모의 예방이나 관리 등 탈모 관련 어플리케이션이 빠르게 등장하고 있다. 모발 밀도는 탈모의 정도를 판단하기 위한 가장 기본적인 모발 특징 중 하나이지만, 모발의 밀도를 측정하기 위한 명확한 영상처리 기법이나 소프트웨어의 개발은 여전히 미진한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에 탈부착이 가능한 포터블 카메라에서 촬영된 두피 모발 현미경 영상에서 모발의 밀도를 측정하고 이를 기반으로 사용자 중심의 탈모 진단 플랫폼을 구축하고자 한다. 모발 밀도의 측정은 Contrast Stretching과 Morphology Processing을 이용한 전처리, 스켈레톤 이미지의 변환, 그리고 라인 끝점 검색 알고리즘의 적용 등 크게 세 단계로 진행된다. 제안하는 기법의 성능 평가를 위해, 50배율 포터블 카메라로 촬영한 두피 영상 30개에 대해 밀도 측정을 수행하였으며 그 결과 92.88%의 정확도를 얻었다. 결과적으로 제안하는 기법은 단순 두피 현미경 영상으로 탈모의 지표가 될 수 있는 모발 밀도를 측정하는 데 충분히 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

With the launch of Artificial Intelligence(AI)-based intelligent products on the market, innovative changes are taking place not only in business but also in consumers' daily lives. Intelligent products have the potential to realize technology differentiation and increase market competitiveness through advanced functions of artificial intelligence. However, there is no new product development methodology that can sufficiently reflect the characteristics of artificial intelligence for the purpose of developing intelligent products with high market acceptance. This study proposes a KANO-QFD integrated model as a methodology for intelligent product development. As a specific example of the empirical analysis, the types of consumer requirements for hair loss prediction and treatment device were classified, and the relative importance and priority of engineering characteristics were derived to suggest the direction of intelligent medical product development. As a result of a survey of 130 consumers, accurate prediction of future hair loss progress, future hair loss and improved future after treatment realized and viewed on a smartphone, sophisticated design, and treatment using laser and LED combined light energy were realized as attractive quality factors among the KANO categories. As a result of the analysis based on House of Quality of QFD, learning data for hair loss diagnosis and prediction, micro camera resolution for scalp scan, hair loss type classification model, customized personal account management, and hair loss progress diagnosis model were derived. This study is significant in that it presented directions for the development of artificial intelligence-based intelligent medical product that were not previously preceded.

출고 건조한 요즘, 두피에도 관리경보가 발령된다. 특히 실내에서 사용하는 난방기기들은 두피의 수분을 빼앗아가는 주범이다. 안팎으로 건조한 가운데 예민하고 민감한 두피는 더욱 가렵고 따끔거릴 뿐만 아니라, 각질로 생기는 비듬이 늘고 빠지는 머리카락도 증가하게 된다. 이럴 때일수록 두피를 세심하게 관리해야 탈모를 막고 건강한 머릿결을 유지할 수 있다.

In recent years, the number of people suffering from depression due to hair loss has been increasing. The treatment methods such as clinical pathology and vanity surgery have been developed. There are therapies and materials for hair growth promotion and hair loss prevention. But the effectiveness of such therapies and materials is not fully evaluated and some side-effects have been reported. In this study, microneedle therapy using very thin and delicate needles promotes absorption of drug. During this therapy, the microneedle makes micro holes that help absorbion of drugs into the scalp. In this study, absorbion of fermented soybean were evaluated. The ingredient has antioxidant, antiandrogen, and antithrombosis effect for alopecia. The fermented soybean is more effective for complex hair loss when used with microneedle. It is because of the microneedle's excellent drug delivery system (DDS). This therapy that increases the absorption of fermented soybean is a very useful scalp care method which prevents, treats and controls alopecia. This microneedle therapy using fermented soybean is an advanced technology for scalp care.
