A Study on the Estimation of Adhesive Stability According to Organic Inorganic Mixed Tile Bond Type for Application of Polishing Tile to Dry Wall System (건식벽체에 폴리싱타일을 적용하기 위한 유기.무기질 혼합계 타일접착제 종류에 따른 부착안정성 평가 연구)

  • In recently, polishing tile(porcelain homogeneous polished tile) was used in the construction field as a finishing material. But, there happened some problems such as tile exfoliation by construction condition in early ages. Also, in the dry wall system which used to lightweight wall, for use of polishing tile on dry wall, the examination of adhesive stability of polishing tile is needed. In this Paper, adhesive strength of Polishing tile was investigated by tile bond types on gypsum board and non asbestos board coated by tar-urethane and polymer modified cementitious waterproofing membrane(Series I). Then, the effect of heat stress and vibration was estimated on gypsum and non asbestos board(Series II).

  • 국내에 다수의 공동주택이 건설되고 있거나 공사중에 있으며 그 수요 또한 향후 지속적으로 증가할 예정이다. 그러나 이러한 증가추세의 공동주택 중 대피공간 규정이 신설된 1992년 이전에 시공된 건축물은 현재에도 대피공간 및 피난시설이 부재한 상황이다. 또한, 현재 계획 및 시공, 준공된 준초고층의 공동주택에 설치되어 있는 대피공간 및 이에 준하는 시설은 사생활 침해 및 타 용도 공간 활용 등으로 기능이 상실되어 있다. 이에 따라 공동주택 피난 및 대피공간에 대한 실효성을 검토할 필요가 있고 타 시 도의 선진사례를 분석하여 정책적 제안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 공동주택 피난시설의 효율성 강화를 위해 광주광역시의 공동주택 관련 현황 및 사례 조사와 관련 법규 분석을 통해 피난시설 및 대피공간의 문제점을 검토하고 효율성이 높은 대피시설 등을 활용할 수 있는 정책적 제언 및 인센티브 제도, 가이드라인 등 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

  • The government has implemented the policy that encourages Hanok to preserve and widely spread. In fact, the interest and demand of its construction have generally increased but the systematically educated labor force in this field has tended to be lacked. This paper proposes to train experts of Hanok domestic construction-related the University and Hanok professional education institutions on the basis of the curriculum for students majoring in Architecture and Architectural Engineering at the University of Hanok education.

  • Apartments, an intensive residential type, exist and are supplied in large quantities regardless of the size of the city. The value of an apartment is affected not only by the surrounding infrastructure, but also in terms of maintenance. Defects that occur in apartments come in various forms, and mainly poor finishing accounts for 60% of the defects. Among them, tile defects accounted for a large proportion and were found to be caused by several factors. This paper analyzed the influence of each factor considering the coefficient of thermal expansion affecting tile defects according to the domestic seasonal climate.

  • The purpose of this study is development of dry floor tile method that practically used for improving wet method's defect, with resin mat design. PE resin used mat which satisfied with bonding test, waterproof test, resistance to chemical attack test, resistance to impact test and freezing and thawing test is confirmed the basic property.

  • 주헌건설(주)은 지난해 6월 자체 개발한 내진 스프링가대가 특허(제10-0962993호)를 획득함에 따라 본격생산에 들어갔다. 내진 스프링가대는 펌프 등 실비기기의 자체진동을 방지하고 지진 발생시 충격을 흡수해 산재사고 예방 및 내진 안전성을 확보하는 장치이다. 이 제품은 지난 2010년 10월 "제4차 UN 재해위험 경감을 위한 아시아 각료회의"의 부대행사로 열린 재해경감 방재산업전에 출품해 호평을 받았다. 또한 배관의 신축 팽창을 자체 흡수하고 각종 슈 대신 절연 유볼트로 시공하므로 원가절감 효과가 있으며 타 공정과의 간섭 없이 시공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • As the domestic housing supply problem has been resolved, the apartment construction market has shifted to a consumer-oriented market that wants high quality, and in particular, expectations in the area of finishing quality have increased. Looking at the status of complaints regarding apartment housing defects supplied by Korea Land and Housing Corporation, tile-related complaints are the type occurring the most frequently. While the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) is making an ongoing effort to reduce complaints related to defects, through approaches such as drafting amendments to 「Investigation of defects in apartment houses, calculation of repair costs, and standards for determining defects」, the provision of preventive measures has been insufficient. In addition, by reviewing studies, there has been insufficient research to construct a classification system after deriving the characteristics of each type using the qualitative knowledge of experts, various quantitative indicators, and suggesting measures for reduction according to the causes of each type. Therefore, this study will reflect qualitative indicators to use the AHP analysis that makes it easy to identify the relationship between defects by surveying construction experts. Then, by visualizing the weight of 'Possibility of recurrence after repair,' 'Degree of difficulty in repairing defects' and 'Fault frequency' using a radial graph, we will analyze the characteristics of each type of tile construction defect and establish measures for reduction according to the cause. This will improve the quality of the living environment and contribute to the establishment of a system for smooth defect management and reduction of defects in apartment tile construction.

In this study, adhesive strength of Polishing tile was investigated by tile bond types on gypsum board and non asbestos board coated by tar-urethane and Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing membrane(Series I). Then, the effect of heat stress and vibration was estimated on gypsum and non asbestos board(Series II). As the result of study are the follows; (1) Polishing tile(600$\times$400mm) construction on waterproofing layer : Both laboratory estimation and spot examination sieve were happened that fall of tile because their hardening speed is late. (2) To using powder style adhesives in the dry wail with waterproofing layer : Adhesive strength of tile is Influenced by interface bond area and base side condition. (3) Shock and heat stresses : obvious decline of adhesive strength is not happened
