Analysis of the Design of Rudder Area Ratio for Domestic Fishing Vessel (국내어선 타면적비 설계현황 분석연구)

  • A total of 97,623 ships were registered in Korea in 2019. Among these, 65,835 vessels, accounting for approximately 67 % of the total number of ships, were registered as fishing vessels. As with the proportion of fishing vessels, the frequency of marine accidents is also high. In 2020, 2,331 of 3,535 accidents occurred on fishing vessels. Hence, various institutional arrangements are required for improving the safety of domestic fishing vessels. In this study, we examined domestic and international regulations on domestic and foreign control performance related to fishing boats for improving the safety of fishing boats. Additionally, the ratio of the rudder area of 153 fishing boats operating in Korea was investigated to examine the current status of the rudder area design of fishing boats whose design standards have not been clearly established compared to fishing boats. Resultantly, we statistically confirmed that most fishing boats were designing rudder areas because they did not meet international standards. In the future, these analysis results can be used as basic data to prepare rudder area design standards for improving the maneuvering performance of domestic fishing boats.

천공사진을 이용한 경관구성요소의 물리적 특성과 경관심리평가와의 상관관계분석

  • 본 연구에서는 경관의 정량적 객관적 분석을 위해 시점에서 360도의 경관을 얻을 수 있는 천공사진의 활용을 제안하였다. 각 유형별 천공사진을 이용한 경관 동화상을 이용하여 심리평가를 실시하여 경관구성요소의 면적률과 심리평가와의 관계를 분석하였다. 각 유형의 종합만족도에서는, 녹지요소의 면적이 가장 많은 유형에서 평가자의 약 67%가 $\ulcorner$조금 만족$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$만족$\lrcorner$으로 평가하였으며, 건물면적이 많고 녹지면적이 가장 작은 유형에서 $\ulcorner$조금 불만$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$불만$\lrcorner$의 비율이 타 유형에 비해 매우 높은 73%로 나타나 녹지면적비율에 의해 경관의 평가가 좌우되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 종합만족도는 녹지만족도와, 녹지만족도는 녹지량과 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다.

  • 강우패턴이 유출반응에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것은 수문연구에서 중요한 주제 중 하나이며 댐유역에 대해 기상 및 유출자료를 사용하여 이를 상세히 분석함으로써 이수기에 필요한 수자원을 예측 및 확보하는 것은 중요하다. 강우패턴이 유출반응에 미치는 영향을 상세히 분석하기 위해서는 댐유역의 상류부터 하류까지 많은 유출관측지점의 자료를 사용해야 하지만 상류의 소유역들은 대부분 미계측유역이라는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자료공간확장 방법을 사용하여 미계측유역의 유출자료를 생성하고 이 자료들을 분석함으로써 강우패턴이 유출반응에 미치는 영향을 자세히 분석하였다. 먼저 안동댐유역내 관측유역인 안동댐, 도산, 소천유역을 대상으로 1989년부터 2009년까지의 기간 중 20개의 사상에 대하여 분포형 모형인 GRM 모형의 적용성을 조사하였으며 전반적으로 0.5 Nash-Sutcliffe 계수 이상의 타당한 모형효율성 결과를 얻었다. 그 후 자료공간확장 방법을 사용하여 안동댐 상류에 위치한 47개의 미계측 소유역들의 유출자료를 생성하였으며 세 관측유역을 포함한 총 50개 유역의 유출자료를 연구에 사용하였다. 그리고 총 50개 유역의 평균강우량 시계열 자료를 생성하고 이동평균방법을 사용하여 이 평균강우량 자료를 강우강도-지속시간 곡선으로 변환하였다. 강우패턴과 유출반응간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 합리식의 유출계수와 강우강도비율을 사용하였으며 유출계수와 강우강도비율을 계산하기 위해 유역별 도달시간을 사용하였다. 여기서 강우강도비율은 강우강도지속시간 곡선을 사용하여 첨두강우강도를 도달시간에 해당하는 평균강우강도로 나눠준 값이다. 그리고 이 유출계수와 강우강도비율을 유역면적에 대해 도시함으로써 그 경향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 20개 사상은 유출계수, 강우강도비율과 유역면적을 사용하여 물리적으로 타당한 네 가지의 타입으로 분류될 수 있었다. 이 네 가지 타입은 강우의 이동 및 분포와 상관이 있었는데 첫번째 타입은 안동댐 유역전체에 강우가 거의 등분포하는 경우, 두 번째는 강우가 유역의 상류방향으로 이동하는 경우, 세 번째는 강우가 유역의 하류방향으로 이동하는 경우, 그리고 네 번째는 강우가 유역에 무작위로 분포하는 경우였다. 이것은 어떠한 사상에 대해서도 유출계수와 강우강도비율을 유역면적에 대해 도시함으로써 강우패턴과 유출간의 관계를 분석할 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다. 그리고 이 네 가지 타입에 대한 강우사상들의 비율은 각각 65%, 20%, 10%, 그리고 5% 였다. 이 타입별 강우사상의 비율은 향후 강우-유출관계에 의한 수자원 예측 및 확보에 활용될 수 있다.

An Analysis on the Characteristics of Site Planning and Size of Newly-Built Elementary Schools in Sejong City (세종시 신설 초등학교의 학교규모와 배치특성 분석)

  • This study compared 24 newly-built elementary schools in Sejong City regarding the size of the site and school, as well as the outdoor space to improve the site and space programming in school planning. Among the others, one result indicates that the overall number of classes in a school should be reduced to 48, including the affiliated kindergarten, instead of the present number of 50. In addition, the number of classes must be counted in lieu of the number of student by classifying the size of school. In light of the present mean ratio of school building area per site in the city of 24.6%, which is much higher than other comparable city schools, the ratio should be about 20.0% by increasing the sports facility and outdoor spaces. In addition, the deprivation of the area caused by the district-unit-plan and the irregularity of the place should also be considered when determining the size of a school and site.

Characteristics of a CFRP Cruiser's Windage Area by Stability Assessment (탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP) 레저선박의 횡요저항력 평가에 의한 상부구조물 풍압면적 특성)

  • This research aims to investigate the superstructure characteristics of the CFRP-yachts whose hulls are made of the light-weight material CFRP. CFRP-yachts, which belong to light-weight yachts, have a tendency of having very small superstructures compared to other vessels of the same length, and such a tendency is closely related to stability. In this research, a comparison of shape characteristics was made between common composite-plastic yachts and CFRP-yachts to find out the shape characteristics of CFRP-yacht. In the meantime, a case study was conducted concerning shape changes in superstructure to understand the effect of such changes on stability. For this purpose the shapes of a total of 10 GFRP-yachts and CFRP-yachts were comparatively analyzed, and the result showed the tendency of their hulls and superstructures. Whereas the case study on stability assessment involved various superstructure shapes of CFRP yachts, for assessment by superstructure size. Stability assessment was according to ISO 12217 (Small craft Stability and buoyancy assessment and categorization). A program was also developed based on stability assessment process due to rolling in beam waves and wind, and it was applied to the case study. The result of the case study showed that the windage area distribution tendency of the yachts whose hulls were made of the light-weight material CFRP was similar to that of the GFRP-yachts, but that the superstructure shapes of the CFRP-yachts were about 50% smaller than those of the GFRP-yachts. In addition, the stability assessment involving various superstructure areas of the CFRP-yachts showed that problems with stability occurred when their superstructure sizes were similar to, or larger by about 10% than, those of the GFRP-yachts.

  • Volatile flavor components in the mash of Takjus prepared by using Aspergillus oryzae nuruk were identified by using Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. Twenty-four esters, 21 alcohols, 10 acids, 9 aldehydes and 4 others were found in the mash of Takju. Thirty six components including 13 esters and 12 alcohols were detected in the beginning of fermentation. Twenty nine components were more detected after second day of fermentation and 68 components were detected after 12 days of fermentation. Thirty five flavor components including 12 alcohols such as ethanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol and benzeneethanol, 13 esters such as ethyl acetate, ethyl caprylate, ethyl butyrate and isoamyl acetate, 4 aldehydes and 6 acids were usually detected in the fermentation process. Ethanol was predominantly found in the range of $79.86{\sim}89.54%$ as a major component by using relative peak area. 3-Methyl-1-butanol, ethyl caprylate and benzeneethanol were some of the major volatile components through the fermentation respectively. Peak area of 2-methyl-1-propanol, 1-hexanol, 1-dodecanol, ethyl acetate, monoethyl butanoate, acetic acid and isobutylaldehyde among the same group were higher than other components depending upon fermentation time.

Response on Canopy Structure, Dry Matter and Yield of Corn and Soydean on Alternative Row Cropping (옥수수와 대두의 단작 및 교호작에서 작물의 초형구조와 건물 및 수량생산성)

  • The productivity of cropping systems with corn and soybean were tested in field layouts such as monocultures of each, I-row alternation(l:1), 1-row corn with 2-rows soybean(l:2), and 1-row corn with 3 rows soybean(l : 3). Increasing soybean rows in alternative row croppings modified corn plant short and thick stalk. Decreasing soybean rows induced lodging of soybean plants because of lengthy stem. Although LAI in alternative row croppings increased by 2-8% over monocultures, light transmition into canopy was improved in alternative rows with rearrangement of leaf area and top dry wt.. Top/root ratio of corn plants in alternative rows was decreased as increasing soybean rows. The amount of total nitrogen uptake was increased by 4-22% in alternative row croppings over monocultures. Grain yield of corn plants was increased and that of soybean was decreased as rows of soybean increased in alternative row croppings. Land equivalent ratios were ranged from 0.96 to 1.01, but grain yields, amount of total nitrogen, and dry matter yields were increased by 17-20, 10-25, and 17-20%, respectively, in alternative rows. The 1 : 1 alternative row of corn and soybean was concluded the best cropping system for production of grain and dry matter.

동서 농산물 협력체계 구축 방안

  • 경남 및 전남지방은 산업에 있어서 농업의 비중이 상대적으로 큰 지역이다. 두 지방의 농업의 특성은 큰 차이는 없으나, 전남 지역이 농가인구, 호당 경지면적이 넓다. 영농 형태별로는 전남 지역이 수도, 전작의 비중이 크며, 경남지역은 과수, 채소, 화훼, 축산 등 소득작목의 비중이 높다. 농업기반에 대하여 보면, 농업진흥 지역비율은 경남 53.7%, 전남 64.8%이며 수리답율은 81.9% 76.1%, 경지정리율은 76.1%, 68.4%로 경남지역이 유리한 기반을 갖고 있다. 작목별 특화도를 보면 경남 지역은 맥류, 서류, 앙파, 마늘, 감, 화훼류 등이 높으며, 전남 지역은 맥류,두류, 마늘, 양파, 감, 참깨 등이 높게 나타나고 있다. 지역내 수급현황을 보면 경남지역은 미곡, 두류, 무, 배추, 고추, 사과, 포도, 복숭아 등이 부족하며, 서류, 마늘, 양파, 배 등이 과잉이고, 전남지역은 대부분이 과잉이며 사과, 포도, 복숭아 등이 부족하다. 지역간 농업협력은 상호 과부족인 농산물의 교역이나 비교우위가 있는 작목에 특화함으로써 서로 이익을 누리는 방안과 타 지역이나 해외 진출에 있어서 공동보조를 취하는 것으로 생각할 수 있다. 이에 대한 구체적 빙안으로서는 무엇보다 양 지역농업 및 농민에 대한 상호 이해가 이뤄져야 하며, 이를 전제로, 지역별 비교우위가 분명한 품목에 대하여 상호 우선적으로 구매할 수 있도록 하는 등 상호 교역을 지원하며, 농산물 수급 불균형으로 인한 가격파동을 예방하기 위하여 계획생산, 계획 유통이 불가피한 만큼 농협, 농민단체, 지방정부간의 농업정보의 공유와 조정 채널을 구축하고, 지역간 직거래 활성화하고 서로의 이해를 돕기 위한 농산물 장터 등 장소와 기회를 제공하며, 해외수출 시장 개척을 위한 공동 노력, 농업기술의 상호 교류 등이 필요하다.
