  • 본IT와 정보기술의 발달로 삶의 환경은 더욱 편리해지고 첨단화 되어가고 있다. 그중 RFID 기술은 우리가 인지하지 못하고 있는 동안에 생활의 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있으며 그 응용분야는 다양하다. 최근 군에서는 이 RFID를 활용하여 탄약관리와 주둔지 경계, SCM등 단계를 설정하고 군에서 적용할 수 있는 다양한 분야에 적용을 모색하고 있다. 이에 따라 중요성이 강조되고 있는 RFID를 군 유통분야의 콜드체인 시스템 구축을 위한 해결책으로 적용방안과 필요성을 분석한다.

  • COVI-19 이후 콜드체인 시스템의 중요성이 증가함과 함께 냉동물류센터에 대한 중요성도 부각되고 있다. 향후 냉동물류센터의 양적·질적 팽창은 불가피하며 그에 따른 위치선정의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 하지만, 대다수의 국내 냉동물류센터는 단순보관의 역할 위주에, 도심이나 주요도로와 멀리 떨어져 있고, 노후화의 문제를 가지고 있다. 또한 냉동물류센터는 에너지 소비가 많은 만큼 위치선정에 따른 비용문제도 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 AHP를 활용하여 부산 경남 냉동 물류 센터의 위치 경쟁력 결정 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 시설요인, 서비스 요인, 위치 요인, 그리고 비용 요인의 네 가지 영역과 이를 세부적으로 나누어 19개의 항목을 계층화하여 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 연구결과는 냉동물류센터의 입지결정요인과 기존에 냉동물류센터에 요구되던 기본적인 요소에 입지경쟁력 분석을 위한 우선 순위를 계층화하였다. 비용요인이 국내 냉동물류센터 입지경쟁력의 결정요인 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 실제 시설인프라와 물류연결성은 관련 업종 근무자들이 가장 민감하게 받아들이는 사항이기도 하며 새로운 냉동물류센터의 도입 시에도 필수적으로 참고가 되어야할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 냉동물류센터 종사자 및 관련업계 종사자들이 어떠한 요인을 냉동물류센터의 입지경쟁력 결정요인으로 비중 있게 고려하고 있는지를 도출하였고, 향후 입지경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

  • Renewable energy (RE) is essential to comprise sustainable societies, especially, in rural villages of developing countries. Furthermore, application of off-grid RE systems to health care can improve the quality of life. In this research, a RE-based vaccination supply management system was constructed to enlarge the cold-chain in developing countries for the safe storage and delivery of vaccines. The system was comprised of the construction of RE plants and development of vaccine carriers. RE plants were constructed and connected to health posts in local villages. The cooling mechanism of vaccine carriers was improved and monitoring devices were installed. The effect of the system on vaccine cold-chain was evaluated from the field test and topographical analysis in the southern village of Nepal. RE plants were normally operated for the vaccine refrigerator in the health post. The modified vaccine carriers had a longer operation time and better temperature control via monitoring and RE-based recharging functionality. The topographical analysis estimated that the system can cover larger region. The system prototype showed great potential regarding the possibility of a sustainable and enlarged cold-chain. Thus, RE-based vaccine supply management is expected to facilitate vaccine availability while minimizing waste in the supply chain.

  • 창란젓갈은 명태의 내장을 원재료로 만든 젓갈로서 자가소화효소나 미생물의 초기 오염도가 높고, 특히 저염양념젓갈은 다른 젓갈에 비해 변패가 빠른 편이며, 냉장조건에서도 유통기한이 40일 정도로 짧아, 콜드체인시스템을 잘 지키지 않는 국내 유통 특성상 고온의 외기에 제품이 노출될 기회가 많아 반품발생률이 증가하는 실정이다. 창란젓갈을 비롯한 젓갈류는 대부분 병포장이나 필름포장인 PE(low density polyethylene)를 사용하고 있는데, 병포장한 창란젓갈의 문제점은 압력이 증가할 경우 내부에 기포가 형성되어 냄새나 액즙이 누설되고 심하면 포장이 파손되기도 하고, 가물은 소비자가 병 뚜껑을 개방할 때 파열음과 함께 내용물이 유출되는 등 상품성이 저하되는 경향이 있다.   • In the process of vaccine delivery and vaccination, temperature is mostly controlled by an insulated containers containing ice. Moreover, amount of wasted vaccine is significant because the temperature of the vaccine is not properly controlled. A core challenge of vaccination is temperature data monitoring, since it is critical for managing and operating strategical vaccination by health organizations. In this research, a real-time monitoring vaccine carrier system was developed. Temperature, location, and power consumption data of the vaccine carrier were monitored and working performances of the vaccine carrier were tested in both Korea and Tanzania (Arusha and Kilimanjaro regions). For both places, Short Message Service (SMS) communication method was used to send information of the carrier's status. As a result, the monitoring system was able to transmit and receive real-time data of the vaccine carrier status while the vaccine carrier was tested. The vaccine status data can be accessed from any location through the cloud server and web-based user interface.

  • While major alliance container carriers in the post-corona era are enjoying the largest boom in history with their fleet reduction strategy, shippers companies are in a state of deteriorating import and export price competitiveness due to increased logistics costs, and forwarders who act for shipping companies' logistics services are also experiencing the burden of rising freight rates It is in a state of overheated competition and worsening profits for attracting shippers. For this purpose, research data, literature studies, statistical data and data from overseas specialized networks were used as prior research. Online surveys and telephone interviews were conducted, and as a result, four areas of cold chain (including perishable cargo), project logistics, UN procurement logistics, and dangerous goods logistics, which were found to be particularly in high demand, were analyzed to suggest entry strategies.

  • The development of technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the growth of the online market due to pandemic are continuing the growth of the logistics market for product delivery. If it is difficult to deliver the product directly to the customer during delivery, storage and delivery using the unmanned courier box are being carried out. However, existing storage boxes are not actively used due to lack of usability even though they have the advantage of storing goods and delivering non-face-to-face. In addition, existing courier boxes are not prepared for cold chain transportation. The unmanned delivery storage device with ICT cold chain technology should be developed to prepare for the transition to non-face-to-face society, to improve logistics efficiency and meet user's requirements. Also, it is necessary to consider the measures to reduce the safety problems that may occur during the use and maintenance of the automatic system. This study conducted a model-based analysis for the development of unmanned delivery storage devices with ICT cold chain technology, and conducted a study to derive the system development specifications that meet the requirements and secure safety and apply them to the development process.

  • The objective of this study is to provide development strategies in the production and distribution system of highland Chinese cabbage by evaluating and analyzing problems of the current system, focusing on several main stages between production and distribution system of highland Chinese cabbage. Through interview of groups such as farmers, distributers in the main producing areas, commission merchants of the wholesale market and large-scale distributors the relavant information was collected. Also, data such as production situations in main producing areas, distribution conditions in the wholesale market was analyzed. The functions of highland Chinese cabbage were classified and the current state of highland Chinese cabbage distribution system was investigated to provide an overall insight into the highland Chinese cabbage distribution system. Also the factors which will affect a price of wholesale market and consumer of highland Chinese cabbage were examined. Finally problems and improvements in the production and distribution system through analysis of the distribution system of highland Chinese cabbage were provided. the main contents of this study are as follows. The first is to keep stability of production in main producing areas by applying a differentiated production method, for example, rainshelter cultivation method. The second is to establish the distribution system which the relevant information is opened transparently. The third is that the consistent cold transportation system from main producing areas to consumers must be built.

  • The application of radio frequency identification (RFID) sensor-tags in cold chain systems has recently received a great deal of attention. To design cold chain systems with RFID sensor-tags that minimize the initial investment and operational cost while fulfilling the functional and operational requirements, simulation study is one of the preferable and effective approaches. To simulate the possible design configurations, the individual components in a cold chain system can be extracted and implemented as a DEVS (Discrete Event System Specification) model. Based on the proposed DEVS model, a new cold chain simulation model can be efficiently created by simply connecting each DEVS model around the RFID sensor-tag of interest in sequence according to the structure of the cold chain system, and then executed (or simulated) on Java programming environments by the DEVSJAVA simulator. As a result of simulation, some key performance indexes such as reliability, accuracy or timeliness can be calculated and used to choose better components or to compare different system configurations of cold chain systems.
