Development and Management of an Ontology and Registries for Sharing Metadata about Business Process Specifications under SOA (서비스 지향 아키텍쳐 하에서 비즈니스 프로세스 명세에 관한 메타 데이터를 공유하기 위한 온톨로지와 등록저장소의 개발 및 관리 방안)

  • While standardization and its applications for registering and sharing information resources about B2B transactions such as business documents are relatively well developed, it is not easy to register and share business process resources because there are many ways to define complex business processes using different specification(definition) languages. In practice, there are several competing business process specification languages applicable under service-oriented architecture (SOA) such as ebXML BPSS, WS-BPEL, BPMN and so on. A systematic way has to be prepared to register/share diverse and heterogeneous specifications represented using those languages. This paper demonstrates the usefulness of sharing B2B business processes by prototyping a business process registry called ebRR4BP. First of all, we designed a metadata ontology to support the registration of diverse B2B business processes. To implement the proposed metadata ontology using ebXML registries, a mapping scheme to ebXML Registry Information Model is also suggested. The ontology and mapping scheme will be a foundation for supporting common interchange of business process metadata among B2B resistries.

  • As defense science and technology are developing, smart weapons are being developed continually. The collection and analysis of the future strategic weapon information from all over the world have become a greater priority because information sharing became active. So, a system to manage and analyze heterogeneous defense intelligence is required. Semantic Web is the next generation knowledge information management technology for integrating, searching and navigating heterogeneous knowledge resource. Recently, Semantic Web is wildly being used in intelligent information management system. Semantic Web supports the analysis with the high reliability because it supports the simple keyword search as well as the semantic based information retrieval. In this paper, we propose the semantic web based multi-dimensional information analysis system on the national defense weapons that constructs ontology for various weapons information such as weapon specifications, nations, manufacturers and technologies and searches and analyses the specific weapon based on ontology. The proposed system supports the semantic search and multi-dimensional information analysis based on the relations between weapon specifications. Also, our system improves the efficiency on acquiring smart weapon information because it is developed with ontology based on military experts' knowledge and various web documents related with various weapons and intelligent search service.

Movie Recommended System base on Analysis for the User Review utilizing Ontology Visualization (온톨로지 시각화를 활용한 사용자 리뷰 분석 기반 영화 추천 시스템)

  • Recently, researches for the word of mouth(WOM) imply that consumers use WOM informations of products in their purchase process. This study suggests methods using opinion mining and visualization to understand consumers' opinion of each goods and each markets. For this study we conduct research that includes developing domain ontology based on reviews confined to "movie" category because people who want to have watching movie refer other's movie reviews recently, and it is analyzed by opinion mining and visualization. It has differences comparing other researches as conducting attribution classification of evaluation factors and comprising verbal dictionary about evaluation factors when we conduct ontology process for analyzing. We want to prove through the result if research method will be valid. Results derived from this study can be largely divided into three. First, This research explains methods of developing domain ontology using keyword extraction and topic modeling. Second, We visualize reviews of each movie to understand overall audiences' opinion about specific movies. Third, We find clusters that consist of products which evaluated similar assessments in accordance with the evaluation results for the product. Case study of this research largely shows three clusters containing 130 movies that are used according to audiences'opinion.
