A recent argument of network neutrality is converted by the differentiation of transmission and cost adjustment. However, It is raised that this phenomenon caused strategy for vertical integration operator to exclude a competitive operator. This study analyzed a number of instances about differentiation of transmission of ISP and problems of ISP that vertical integration in IX markets. The result of research, differentiation of transmission increased service differentiation about application programs used a best effort network like OTT or Smart TV. But this study was analyzed that a related law was vague for solving this issue. Besides, ISPs that is vertical integrated and commercial operated in an IX market discriminated competitive services, and this phenomenon can be proceeded plainly and orginated in an issue of a related law.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the user experience and suggest the necessary improvements, in the blockchain based social platform Steemit. First, I investigated what is the blockchain and the characteristic of social platforms based on blockchain system. The honeycomb model was used to investigate and analyze the Steemit user experience, and the quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. As a result of the research, the voting function, which is core function of the service in use, has high usefulness. Improvements suggestion that the editing tools and the abuse of voting function should be improved. I hope that this study will be used as a basic research material to improve the user experience of blockchain based social platforms.

In this paper, we propose a win-win network operating platform for mobile games. The characteristics of the service structure suggested is to form a marketing network that can influence the mobile game market by linking with the mobile game industry, and the excellent game content of the game developer in the industrial complex may not disappear. We also would like to propose a network operating platform that would help it enter the market area steadily. The proposed platform technology is used to distribute rapidly through a win-win network between game companies and publishers. When new games are commercialized, they can support continuous target marketing through various data indicators and analytics by the developed platform. In particular, G-Cross marketing strategy is considered to be a low-cost, high-efficiency marketing method in that it can provide users with information about new games by utilizing the given game infrastructure and utilize the user group possessed by each game company.

Consumer's value based content and business platform are more important than the existing supplier based market. Convergence civilization paradigm is being accelerated with expanded combination of information & communication technology and others. In this study, it was classified into four groups with respect to the level and viewpoints of innovation in products and services, which were already supplied on the market by industry convergence activity. Barriers that are obstacles to the development of a new converged industry through strategic approaches were identified by surveying the current industrial status. In detail, they were summarized with respect to three aspects, such as, target, infrastructure and main agent of individual sector. Finally, it presents an alternative to overcome the obstacles and develop a new growth engines for the future industrial evolution.

Under the flag of creative economy, Korea government is now releasing public data in order to develop or provide a range of services. In this paper, we develop a customized trip navigation system to recommend a trip itinerary based on integration of open government data and personal tourist data. The system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) to provide a personalized trip navigation service. The main difference between existing trip information systems and ours is that our system can offers a user-oriented information service. In addition, our system supports Turn-key style contents provision to maximize convenience. Our system can be a good example of the way in which open government data can be used to design a new service.

Many problems are arisen due to the weakness in the security and invasion to privacy by malicious attacker or internal users while various data services are available in ubiquitous network environment. The matter of controlling security for various contents and large capacity of data has appeared as an important issue to solve this problem. The allocation methods of Ito, Saito and Nishizeki based on traditional polynomial require all shares to restore the secret information shared. On the contrary, the secret information can be restored if the shares beyond the threshold value is collected. In addition, it has the effect of distributed DBMS operation which distributes and restores the data, especially the flexibility in realization by using parameters t,v,k in combinatorial design which has regularity in DB server and share selection. This paper discuss the construction of new share allocation method and data distribution/storage management with the application of matrix structure of t-(v,k,1) design for allocating share when using secret sharing in management scheme to solve the matter of allocating share.

Electronic book(E-book) is a digitalized content which provides online service and digitalized text-based information that has been distributed in the form of Paper-book. E-book has been attracting people's attention in earnest since the Steven King's novel, 'Riding the Bullet' was published as a form of E-book in 2000. Since then, customers have paid attention to E-book, and the scale of E-book market has been growing sharply in Europe, China, Japan and Korea as well as the US. The purpose of this study is for actual analysis how Paper-book and E-book market compete with each other and expand into the world publication market. The relationship between Paper-book and E-book is modeled by the Lotka-Volterra Model designed for competitive relationships and estimate spreading curves. Also, competition patterns between Paper-book and E-book are analyzed by estimating coefficient of curve expression. This study shows the change of customers' demand which has been created since E-book was introduced to the publication market.

Anthropometry has been broadly explored in various fields including automobile industry, home electronic appliances, medical appliances and sports goods with aiming at reaching satisfaction to consumer's need and efficiency. However, current technologies to measure a human body still have barriers in which the methods mostly seem to be contingent on expensive devices such as scanner and digital measuring instruments and to be directly touchable to the body when obtaining body size.. Therefore, in this paper, we present a general method to automatically extract size of body from a real body image acquired from a camera and to utilize it into recommend systems including clothing and bicycle fitting. At first, Haar-like features and AdaBoost algorithm are employed to detect body position. Then features of body can be recognized using AAM. Finally clothing and bicycle recommending modules have been implemented and experimented to validate the proposed method.

Recently the commercial value of GIS(geographic information system) has been increased with growing application demands of spatial information in life space. Also, GIS has been expanded to the integrated information system that provides the ease access to map information by public users and also the combined service of GIS map data and various multimedia contents. But several security problems of GIS map data have brought up at GIS industries, such as the illegal copy and distribution of GIS map data. Furthermore, the copyright protection of GIS map data has not been researched yet compared with image and video contents. This paper presents a polyline based watermarking scheme for the copyright protection of GIS vector map. The proposed scheme analyzes the structure of vector map and embeds adaptively the watermark by using the distance distribution of polyline components. From experimental results, we verified that the proposed scheme satisfies the invisibility and the robustness of geometrical attacks.
