The growth of Internet is the main factor that activates the Digital Contents Market. However the Digital Contents Market could be shrunk by an illegal reprinting and imprudent using. Therefore we urgently need a new technology which can prevent the contents from illegal using, illegal reprinting and imprudent using. We developed the system prohibits a imprudent using in order to activate the Digital Contents Market. We developed the system protects the contents safely by removing the dangerous for the illegal reprinting with providing the encoded contents and the system removes the contents according to the number of usage and the user authentication through Network.

As the broadcasting service is digitalized, the copyrighters more concern about permitting users to record broadcasting content. However, the recording is very convenient function for the users to enjoy their favorite program without restriction of broadcasting schedule. In this paper, we will suggest an efficient mechanism to protect recorded content. We will also propose a new business model on the recorded broadcasting content using suggested protection mechanism.

현재 국내 IPTV 서비스에서는 콘텐츠 보호를 위해 기존 방송 보호시스템인 제한수신시스템(CAS)과 디지털저작권관리(DRM) 기술을 혼용하여 사용하고 있다. 하지만 사용자는 가정의 셋톱박스에서 뿐만 아니라 모바일 단말을 통해서 IPTV 콘텐츠를 시청하고자 한다. 이는 셋톱박스의 콘텐츠나 채널을 모바일 IPTV 와 연계하는 것을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 셋톱박스에서 공유되는 콘텐츠나 채널을 모바일 단말까지 안전하게 공유하기 위해 요구되는 보안 문제점을 도출하고 이에 따른 보안 요구사항을 도출하며, 이를 기반으로 DCAS(downloadable conditional access system) 을 위한 보안 프레임워크를 제안한다. 또한 기존의 SRP 프로토콜[7]을 기반으로 키 교환 프로토콜을 구성하여 셋톱박스와 모바일 IPTV의 안전한 콘텐츠와 채널의 공유가 가능한 DCAS용 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

콘텐츠의 다양화로 인해 콘텐츠의 관리를 위해 CMS(contents Management System)가 다양하게 운영되고 있다. 현재 CMS들은 단지 소속회원들을 기반으로 DRM기술을 적용하여 콘텐츠 저작권을 보호하고 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠의 글로벌 사용이 제한되고 상호운용이 불가능하고 콘텐츠의 원천적 저작권보호가 불가능하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 저작권 보호를 위하여 공개키 기반의 라이선스관리 모듈을 설계하였으며 이를 기반으로 콘텐트 암호화하는 패키저 모듈, 암호화된 콘텐트를 복호화하는 언 패키저 모듈, 콘텐트 공유서버 및 클라이언트 모듈을 설계하였다. 이기종간의 CMS는 트랜젝션 서버를 통해 통합 메타데이터를 공유하며 통합 CMS를 운영하여 다양한 콘텐츠를 다양한 CMS에서도 활용 가능하도록 제안하였으며 웹 콘텐츠 인증코드를 이용한 DRM 기술을 기반으로 콘텐츠 사용 제한 및 저작권 보호를 지원한다.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 보급과 이용의 증가로 인해 인터넷을 통한 사업을 하는 이른바 디지털콘텐츠 업체들은 여러가지 난관에 봉착했다. 우선 인터넷과 관련해 기술 및 사용 행태의 다양성에 따른 법적 제도적 장치의 미비로 인하여 저작권에 대한 기술적인 보완이 필요하게 되었다. '워터마킹'은 이러한 저작권 문제 해결을 위한 첨병으로 등장하고 있다. 화상, 음성 등 각종 유형별 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호해 주는 '워터마킹'에 대하여 살펴 보고자 한다.

The wisdom contents consists of an ordinary person's ideas and experience. The Wisdom Market [1] is an online business model where wisdom contents are traded. Thus, the general public could do business activities in the Wisdom Market at ease. As the wisdom contents are themselves the thought of persons, there exists many similar or duplicated contents. Existing copyright protection schemes mainly focus on the primary author's right. Thus, it's not appropriate for protecting the contents of Collective Intelligence that requires to protect the rights of collaborators. There should exist a new method to be dynamic capable of combining and deleting rights of select collaborators. In this study, we propose collective copyright authentication scheme suitable for the contents of Collective Intelligence. The proposed scheme consists of collective copyright registration, addition and verification protocols. It could be applied to various business models that require to combine multiple rights of similar contents or to represent multiple authorships on the same contents.

최근 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 이용의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 급증하는 트래픽을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크에 대한 연구가 국내외적으로 활발하게 진행 중이다. 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크는 호스트 중심에서 벗어나 콘텐츠 자체를 중심으로 하는 네트워크 방식이다. CCN은 on-path 캐싱을 지원하여 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 배포할 수 있다. 하지만, on-path 캐싱의 경우 인기도가 높은 콘텐츠의 캐싱 확률이 높아 저장소를 효율적으로 사용하지 못하는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 캐싱의 효율 및 저장소의 효율적인 사용이 가능한 다양한 캐싱 기법에 관한 연구들 분석한다.
