2008년 보건산업진흥원의 "u-Healthcare R&D 기본계획 수립" 연구보고서에서 u-헬스케어 기술개발을 "u-헬스케어 인프라", "u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술", "u-헬스케어 서비스 모델", "자유공모" 등 4개의 사업으로 구성하여 추진할 것을 제안했다. u-헬스케어 인프라는 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기술 및 서비스 지원을 위한 인프라 기술 개발, 전문 인력 양성 및 법 제도 정비 등의 내용을 포함하고, u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술은 임상-바이오-생체정보를 활용하여 u-헬스케어 기반 질병예측 예방, 조기진단, 건강증진 기술개발 등을 포함하며, u-헬스케어 서비스 모델은 국민건강의 안전성과 효율성이 담보되고 산업활성화에 기여할 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발 등을 담고 있다. u-헬스케어 자유공모의 내용은 u-헬스케어의 기반이 되는 다양한 인프라, 기술, 서비스를 자유공모 형식으로 발굴함으로써 수용자 중심의 연구개발이 필요함을 제시하였다. u-Health 기술 내용중 세 번째로 u-헬스케어 TRM을 알아본다.

본고에서는 IT 기술의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 최근 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 미래의 의료형태인 유헬스케어에 필요한 IT융합 헬스케어기술을 소개하였다. IT융합 헬스케어기술이 성공적으로 실시되면 맞춤형 헬스케어 서비스와 웰빙을 필요로 하는 많은 이용자의 요구에 의해서 헬스케어는 환자 중심의 질병 및 증상을 완화하고, 치료하는 개념에서 점차 일반인의 건강을 증진하고 질병을 예방하는 개념으로 변화 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 IT 기술과 의료서비스를 융합하여 언제 어디서나 예방, 진료, 치료 그리고 사후관리를 받을 수 있는 유헬스케어 서비스가 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 유비쿼터스 환경에서 다양한 헬스케어 관련 기기와 의료시스템을 통한 서비스를 제공하는 헬스케어 서비스 시스템 개발에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 헬스케어 서비스는 통합서비스의 제공보다는 특정한 목적에 맞도록 헬스케어 서비스 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 위치추적, 헬스정보, 쾌적한 환경을 통합 제공하는 헬스케어 프레임워크를 제안한다. 그리고 헬스케어 프레임워크 기반에서 실버아파트의 독거노인을 대상으로 한 헬스케어 서비스 응용을 구축하여 실시간 수행과정을 보인다.

This study conducts analysis on integrated care cases in Korea and other nations regarding health, medical, and welfare services that are segmented and fragmented in order to provide foundational data to establish an integrated care system appropriate for the situation of Korea. According to the result of the cases, integrated care provides various services in common through cooperation with organizations, collaborative participation of various professionals, provision of intervention and individualized protection, and experts for taking care of the cases. Based on those cases, this paper provides suggestions to establish an integrated care system of Korea. In fact, it is necessary to build integrated care general support centers, arrange service providing places in common, establish a care management system, develop resources and expand manpower, develop an integrated care case management system, and develop integrated care computer network.

We describe the Ubiquitous Healthcare Service(UHS) architecture, a new service-provision architecture, covering the basic concept, component and their roles and the service-provision mechanism. A UHS provides services in two phases, a service composition phase in which Healthcare Service Elements (HSEs) are combined on the basis of Healthcare Service Agents (HSAs), and a Healthcare Service emergence phase in which a new HSA is obtained on the basis of the history usage of HSEs and HSAs. A UHS can handle various types of HSEs, representing web services, resources about healthcare domain. The establishment of UHS technologies on networks will provide various services within ubiquitous-computing environments.

This article examines the existing literature on the intersection of care and migration in Europe and the potential contributions of the Korean case. The paper reviews the three bodies of research: care, migration and their intersections. When defined as social reproductive labour, the concept of care not only captures individual/family level of experiences but it can also be an effective tool to analyse the diversity of the welfare state and the path of its evolution. Furthermore, in the context of globalisation and international migration, the concept of care can help overcome so-called 'the methodological nationalism' in the welfare state research. Accumulated evidence shows that only by applying a transnational perspective to the relationship between such social realities as class, gender and race, can we properly examine the dynamics of care distribution. Existing care-migration nexus research has found a widely observed trend of the 'migrantisation of care' in European welfare states; however, the actual modality of care-migration intersection varies reflecting historical and institutional contexts. This is why care-migration nexus research must go beyond the well-known welfare regime types. The Korean case can expand the geographical coverage and theoretical applicability of the intersection research by including a new welfare state regime type (productivist or developmental welfare states) and new patterns of migration (co-ethnic migration and marriage migration) which were rarely dealt with in this scholarship.

본 논문에서는 헬스케어 시스템 제공업체와 소비자 모두 스마트폰 헬스케어를 향상시킬 도구로 수용할 수 있고 ISO/IEEE11073, HL7 표준을 적용한 홈 헬스케어 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이 시스템은 표준 기반의 홈 헬스케어 게이트웨이 플랫폼의 중요성이 부각되는 홈 헬스케어에서 건강측정을 위하여 가장 많이 사용되는 혈당계, 혈압계, 심박측정계, 산소포화도 측정계, 심전도 측정계 등의 홈 헬스케어 의료기기를 제안하였다. 아울러, 표준 핵심 기술 요소인 ISO/IEEE 11073, HL7을 준용하는 게이트웨이 플랫폼을 스마트폰에 적용하여 PMG(personal mobile gateway) 기반의 홈&모바일 헬스케어 시스템이다.

본 논문에서는 홈 내에서 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 모바일 프락시에 대해 기술한다. 모바일 프락시는 헬스케어 홈 서비스의 목적에 따라 분산자원의 통합 및 맞춤형 관리모델인 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 기반으로 한다. 모바일 프락시의 주요 기능은 이동성을 지원 및 멀티미디어 스트림 동기화 그리고 그룹통신 지원한다. 특히, 클라이언트의 가용환경에 따라 수행객체에 대한 이동성을 제공한다. 이를 기반으로 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 상황정보는 거주자의 위치, 홈 내에 설치된 센서/기기로부터 수집된 위치, 건강 그리고 쾌적환경 정보를 포함한다. 또한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 위한 응용객체, 자원들의 그룹관리 지원 DOGF를 기반으로 이동성 지원 컴포넌트인 모바일프락시는 거주자 위치이동에 따라 적합한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공한다. 모바일프락시를 이용한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스는 헬스케어 지원 음악치료, 원격상담 서비스와 처방 주의 및 스케줄 알림서비스를 구현했다. 끝으로 제안한 환경에서 거주자의 위치, 시간 및 상황인식에 따라 구현하여 수행한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스 결과를 보였다.

최근 스마트 TV가 방송과 통신을 결합하고 융합하여 보다 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하면서 헬스케어, 스마트 홈으로 서비스 영역을 확장시킬 수 있는 보다 능동적인 매체로 부각되면서 스마트 헬스케어 분야에 적극적으로 활용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나 현재 헬스케어 서비스는 대부분의 개인건강기기에서 사용자의 신체를 측정하고 확인하기 위해서는 건강기기 제조사별로 존재하는 고유의 인터페이스를 통해서만 확인이 가능하며 스마트 TV 환경에서 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 스마트 TV의 특징을 고려한 통합 게이트웨이 및 건강관리 애플리케이션이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 환경에 따른 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 Bluetooth HDP를 활용한 통합 게이트웨이를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 홈 헬스케어 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.
