As high speed Internet service technology develops. many people are accessing wireless internet service by using mobile devices. However. an HTLM web page for PC is not very compatible with wireless internet because of its unnecessary advertisements, high resolution. and various multimedia data. This is because the main focus when creating it was on high speed. As this research indicates with the RSS channel. converted from the main part of the HTLM web page, which users show interest in. a wireless compatibleinternet page can easily be created. Consequently, web administrators could create a wireless page easily and quickly, and wireless users would be able to find information in the same manner.

Relay-assisted multiple input technique has become a promising candidate for next generation broadband wireless communications. In this paper, we propose channel selective relay-based multiple input transmission system. In the proposed system, single carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) and orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) are adopted for uplink and downlink transmissions, respectively. The performance of relay-based system can be improved by using the subcarriers selectively based on the channel condition between relay station (RS) and mobile station, or between RS and base station. Simulation results show that the proposed relay-based system considerably outperforms the conventional relay-based system.

Location tracking is used to keep track of the location information of a mobile terminal in an idle state for a call setup between mobile terminals. In this paper, we introduce a new location tracking strategy that utilizes spatial locality to have better performance than a movement based location tracking strategy. We reduce a lot of unnecessary location updates by updating the location information of a mobile terminal using the virtual movement path, which is generated after removing spatial localities in the actual movement path. Simulation results show that the proposed strategy greatly reduces the overall location tracking cost.

Nowadays, mobile users have a huge amount of multimedia contents and can use these contents anytime, anywhere by advance in computer and network techniques. However, users spend too much time for searching and managing these contents in web and local file system. Expecially, small and uncomfortable user interfaces of mobile devices make it difficult to search and manage multimedia contents. Therefore, an intelligent multimedia contents management technique is needed to use these contents more efficiently. In this paper, we propose a Personalized Mobile Multimedia Contents Provider (PMMCP) System which provides personalized multimedia contents based on users' psychological patterns and situations.

90년대에 들어오면서 개인용 컴퓨터 보급의 확산, 컴퓨터교육의 일반화, PC통신서 비스의 확대 등으로 인하여 우리 사회에 정보화가 급속히 이루어지면서 정보화의 역기능적 인 사례가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 1955년에 발생한 역기능 사례중 대표적인 것은 컴퓨 터바이러스에 의한 피해, 개인정보를 다루는 기관에서 내부인에 의한 개인정보의 유출, 컴 퓨터에 무단 침입하여 자료의 변조 및 삭제, 금융기관에서 단말기를 조작하여 고객의 예금 을 횡령하는 경우, 그 외에 신용카드나 증권 및 채권을 위조한 사례 등이 포함되고 있다. 이와 같은 정보화사회의 역기능을 해결하기 위하여 관련법들이 제정되고 있지만 법만으로는 완전히 해결이 어렵다. 왜냐하면 대부분의 법들이 윤리적인 원칙에 입각하여 제정되지만 윤 리적인 문제와 법률적인 문제는 다르기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보윤리의 개념과 중요성을 살펴보고, 컴퓨터 관련 범죄의 절대다수를 차지하고 있는 금융기관을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하여 종업원들의 정보윤리에 대한 의식 수준을 측정하고 컴퓨터관련 범죄의 예방을 위한 정보윤리 수준의 제고방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

원격 제어 시스템이란 멀리 떨어진 컴퓨터 시스템을 자기 컴퓨터 앞에 있는 듯한 느낌과 수행속도로 작업을 한 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이다. 네트워크의 발달로 인하여 빠른 인터넷 환경을 접할 수 있게 되었고 전 세계가 하나의 네트워크 망으로 연결되어 어디서든지 접속이 가능하게 되었다. 이러한 인터넷 환경속에서 인격 제어 시스템의 필요성을 느끼게 되었고 개발, 발전되었다. 또한 원격 제어 시스템을 운영 체제에 독립적인 언어인 자바로 로딩하여 어떤 운영 체제에서도 인격 제어가 가능하게 되었다. 앞으로 인격 제어 시스템은 인터넷 속도가 발전함에 따라 더욱 발전하여 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터의 인격 제어가 아닌 PDA등과 같은 휴대용 단말기에서도 원격 제어가 가긍하게 될 것이다.

컴퓨터 영상 화면을 아날로그 음성영상신호로 변환한 후 무선으로 송신하여 처리하기 때문에 해상도가 낮아 화질이 떨어진다. 또한 대형프로젝션TV에 보낼 영상화면의 단말기 RGB포트에 게이트웨이를 직접 연결해야 하는 불편이 따른다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 논문에서는 IEEE802.11b/g 무선네트워크 기반에서 대용량 영상데이터를 최대 54Mbps의 속도로 송수신할 수 있는 무선통신시스템 개발과 이를 게이트웨이에 적용하여 영상데이터까지 무선으로 처리할 수 있도록 하는 장치를 개발하고, 대용량 영상데이터 송수신 처리 소프트웨어를 개발한다.

본 논문은 빈번한 가정방문 등으로 독거노인을 관리해야 하는 사회복지사들에게 관련 솔루션 및 대체 방안을 제공하고 독거노인에게는 외부 감염을 최대한으로 줄일 수 있는 IoT 장치와 App을 제안하였다. 딥러닝으로 학습된 사람 인식 알고리즘을 탑재하고 있는 Pi 카메라를 사용하여 독거노인이 집에 있을 때의 움직임을 지속적으로 확인하고 낙상과 같은 위급상황이 생겼을 시, Push 알림을 보내어 바로 대처하게 하였으며, 촬영본 확인이 가능하다. 또한 노인의 외출 시, 위급한 상황이 생기면 휴대용 단말기의 SOS 버튼을 눌러 Wifi 모듈을 통해 현재 위치와 알림을 즉각적으로 사회복지사의 App으로 보내어 확인할 수 있다.

인터넷의 보급이 급속히 확대됨과 동시에 전자상거래가 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 지금까지는 컴퓨터를 통한 전자상거래가 대부분을 차지하였으나 무선이동 통신의 보급이 급속도로 빨라지면서 무선통신을 통한 전자상거래인 m-Commerce가 부각되어지고 있다. m-Commerce를 원활히 하기 위해서는 필요한 대역폭과 단말기의 프로세싱 파워와 자원이 확보하여야 한다. 그러나 무선이동 통신에서는 일반유선 통신과는 다르게 많은 제한 사항들이 있다. 이동 통신에서 고려해야 할 사항들 중 가장 크게 고려해야 할 사항들은 계속해서 이동을 하는 handoff와 그리고 무선이동 단말기의 부족한 자원을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 m-Commerce을 위해 필요한 이동 통신의 부족한 자원중 하나인 대역폭을 예약함으로써 이동통신에서도 더욱더 놀은 QoS를 지원하여 원활한 m-Commerce을 하고자 한다. QoS를 지원하기 위한 기존의 대역폭 예약 시스템에서 여러 가지 인자를 사용하였으나 본 논문에서는 기존의 대역폭 예약 시스템에서 제안하지 않은 시간인자와 가장 최근의 사용자 패턴인자를 적용하여 더욱더 좋은 QoS를 지원하여 대역폭을 낭비하지 않고 최대한 활용하고자 한다.

This paper describes the design and implementation of an intranet-based message and file transfer system using the INMARSAT-C for easy transmission and user-friendly interface. For these, onboard LAN including telex, printer and database with centralized one server is designed and constructed. Also, onboard computing environment which provides the INMARSAT-C terminal and RS-232C link interface built in with effective intranet-based web mail system between the ship and land.
