제7차 교육과정에서는 세계화 정보화, 다양화를 지향하는 교육체제의 변화이다. 이와 같은 변화에 맞추어 2001학년도부터 재량활동을 통해 ICT 교육을 1,2학년에 한하여 실시하고 2002학년도에는 3,4학년으로 2003년에는 5,6학년까지 그 범위를 확대하여 실시되고 있다. 정보통신기술교육은 지식평가나 능력위주의 평가대신에 실습위주로 이루어지며 컴퓨터를 바르게 이해하고 활용하도록 도와준다. 타 교과에서는 수행평가를 영역별로 실시하지만 정보통신기술교육에서는 영역별 수행평가를 실시하지 않고 전반적인 평가를 하고 있다. 컴퓨터교과도 수행평가를 실시하여야 바람직한 평가가 될 것으로 생각되어 현재 일선학교에서의 컴퓨터 평가실태를 분석하고 그 문제점을 제시해 본다. 정규교과로 되기 위해서는 컴퓨터영역별로 세분화 된 평가준거 및 문항 등이 평가의 밑바탕이 되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구자는 교육현장에서의 초등 정보통신기술교육에 대한 효율적인 수행평가방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

최근 정보교육과정의 개정은 컴퓨터 과학의 기본 내용들을 정보 교과에 포함하였고, 그 컴퓨터 과학적인 사고를 실세계에 구현하는 것을 교육 목표로 하여 학생들에게 프로그래밍 교육을 실시하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 범용 프로그래밍 언어는 학습자가 습득하고 활용하는 데 많은 시간이 걸리고 인지적 부담이 큰 단점이 있었다. 이러한 단점을 보완하고자 교육용 프로그래밍 언어가 등장하였고, 교육용 프로그래밍 언어를 활용하여 교육적인 효과를 얻기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 한국에서 진행된 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 관련 연구를 분석하여 연구의 의미를 발견하고 추후의 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

2022 개정 교육과정에서 정보과 융합 선택 과목인 소프트웨어와 생활이 신설되었다. 교과의 '가치를 창출하는 소프트웨어' 단원은 소프트웨어 스타트업의 프로젝트 수행 과정에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 구현능력을 성취 기준으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 고등학생 대상 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육 방법에 대한 국내연구가 거의 없어 교과용 도서 개발에 어려움을 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2022 개정 교육과정과 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육에 대한 국외 연구를 분석하여 고등학생 대상 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 내용은 소프트웨어와 생활 교과용 도서를 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Elementary school students have a great deal of interest in Internet games which provide integrated multimedia and so they become to know well the terminology used in network such as game server, Internet service, transfer time, etc. In addition, they are used to understand the technological phenomena occurring in internet. They, however, have difficulty understanding concepts and principles regarding the phenomena mentioned above because the educational contents in elementary school computer textbooks consist of only ICT education and its applications, i.e., tool-based technology. In this paper, we apply educational learning on network concepts which are the basis on the internet to classroom instruction by using problem oriented models. We conclude that the educational contents in elementary school computer education should be transferred to the area with principles and concepts.

The IT education is the element which is important from information anger society which is changing quickly to be self-explanatory and the talented men who will work from IT field educates the role of the college agency for is becoming larger. But information - computer subject are not regular academic work still from the secondary school and the disciple of teacher appointment the teacher positivity from the now college of education which is coming to be narrow little by lit시e must dispose positive and spontaneously. Becomes the hazard IT powerful country which will reach and our country computer education for analysis it tries the appointment humble refusal for the curriculum and a computer teacher positivity of the hazard college of education and it analyzes, the reporter to propose field must be improved it.

제 7차 교육과정에서 상업계 고등학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 처리에 관한 기초 전문 지식과 기술을 습득하게 하여 정보화 시대에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 개발하여 우수한 직업인이 될 수 있는 소양을 기르는데 초점을 두고 있으나 현재의 컴퓨터 관련 교육과정은 이를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시대가 요구하는 방향에 따라 정보통신 관련 교과목을 필수로 하여 멀티미디어, 웹 프로그래밍, 데이터베이스 등의 다양한 교과목을 추가하는 교육과정을 제안한다. 제안된 교육과정은 현재 상업계 교육과정을 향후 교과목별 단원 및 학년별 단위 시수 편성과 조정 등의 개선 방안을 제공하는데 있다.

국민의 정부에서는 2000년 대통령 신년사에서 '세계에서 컴퓨터를 가장 잘 쓰는 국민'으로 육성하겠다는 의지를 표명함으로써 학교 현장에 본격적인 정보통신 기술 교육이 도입되게 되었다. 따라서 초등학교 1학년부터 고등학교까지 모든 학교급에서 정보통신기술 교육을 시행하는 시책을 2000년 2월 11일에 발표하였다. 이 시책은 21세기 지식 정보 사회의 생애 기술로 정착된 컴퓨터를 조기에 학교 교육을 통하여 체계적으로 교육하기 위하여 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 배워야 할 최소한의 정보 통신 기술 교육의 목표와 수준을 선정, 제시하기로 하는 한편, 현재 부분적, 선택적으로 실시되고 있는 컴퓨터교육을 2001학년도부터 단계적으로 모든 학년에서 시행하기로 한 것이다. 예비 유아교사들이 유치원, 어린이 집 등 유아교육 현장에서 필요한 컴퓨터 활용능력을 갖추기 위하여 현행 컴퓨터 활용 능력의 실태와 요구사항을 파악하고 이를 유아교육과 교육과정 상에 반영하여 현장에 꼭 필요한 실질적인 교육을 받을 수 있도록 하기위기 위하여 현행 교육내용을 분석해 보고 개선점을 제안하고자 한다.

Presently, elementary school students take coercive action in case error or fault happens while they are using computers. These action are caused by lack of comprehension about basic computer concepts. In this paper, we propose an instructional method for basic computer concepts based on various instructional method. To estimate the effect of proposed method, a class over 16 phases is performed. We show that a effect of class and necessity of development of instructional learning method for basic computer concepts education in elementary schools on the basis of result that analyze reaction of students after class.

The change of job environments with information technologies demands workers' capabilities to adapt rapidly changing and variety of work environments. To cope with this situation, many countries and institutions propose 'basic vocational competency' which is focused on basic capabilities of workers. And also, they do research on how to educate and train students to be prepared for new environments. We surveyed with teachers of computer technology which is one of the information technologies, to find out the competency development level, they expressed negative view on general competency development because of current computer education's focusing on 'using computers to process information'. Therefore, we intended to analyze the necessity and problem of developing the whole basic vocational competency in vocational high school and proposed a 'in context' learning for it.
