It is information age now. Computer technology increases productivity, efficiency, and convenience of the public. Even if the computer-aided mathematics education is very important, so far there is the meager level of applying computers to mathematics education. This paper proposes a learning system with authoring tool for mathematics education. Teachers make study-contents easily with the system, and use them on a class. The content database that stores study-contents extends the usability of the system.

As Information communication technology develops, requirements for new educational media and new contents gets bigger and bigger. Especially PDA is required for educational media on m-learning environment. We design and implement intra-educational contents sequencing model and educational contents sequencing model between educational contents for PDA as educational supplementary media for m-learning environment, and LMS supporting PDA. And we balanced the work load of PDA and LMS and constructed practical service platform for using PDA as educational supplementary device.

One of the major goals in high school Informatics is for students to develop creative problem-solving abilities based on knowledge on computer science. Thus, the contents of the textbooks should be accurate and appropriate. However, we discovered that the current Informatics textbooks contain the untrue and/or inappropriate descriptions of main memory and virtual memory. The textbooks describe that main memory is composed of RAM and ROM. The virtual memory is described as a technique in which a part of the secondary storage is utilized as main memory to execute an application of which size is larger than that of main memory. In this study, we attempted to uncover the root causes of the fallacies, and suggest the accurate explanations by comparing with renowned books adopted in most schools worldwide including USA. Our study reveals that it is inappropriate to include ROM in main memory from the memory hierarchy perspective. Virtual memory is a technique that provides convenience to programmers, through which an operating system loads the necessary portion of a program from secondary storage to main memory. As for the advantages of virtual memory in the current computer systems, the focus should be on providing the effective multitasking capability, rather than on executing a larger program than the size of main memory. We suggest that it is appropriate to exclude virtual memory in textbooks considering its complexity.

전력연구원에서는 발전소와 같이 국민경제에 지대한 영향을 미치는 대형 복합 플랜트에 대한 운영자교육을 효과적 할 수 있는 훈련 시스템을 개발하려는 노력을 1998년부터 계속해 오고 있다. 그 과정으로 하동 화력발전소에 발전소 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터의 보조 설비로서 가상현실시스템을 가장 먼저 적용하였으며, 또한 고리 원자력발전소에도 가상현실을 이용한 교육훈련 시스템을 개발하여 설치하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 축적된 기술을 바탕으로 울진 표준형 원전 시뮬레이터의 운전원 훈련용으로 개발한, 가상현실을 이용한 컴퓨터 지원 교육훈련 시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷이 보편화된 지금 학교현장에서는 효율적인 통계 분석이 가능하고, 공간적 시간적 제약을 극복한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 웹 기반으로 이루어지고 있고 교원평가 시스템을 비교 분석하여 그 특징을 알아본 후 그 제한점을 극복하고 사용자의 사용성 향상을 위한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템을 제안하고 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 설계한 교원능력개발평가 시스템의 사용성 향상 요소는 크게 세 가지이다. 첫 번째는 평가문항별 키워드를 레이어 방식으로 설명하여 평가자의 평가문항 이해를 돕는 것이다. 두 번째는 평가자를 위해 평가보조자료를 첨부하여 공정하고 객관적인 교원능력개발평가가 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 세 번째는 통계 처리가 힘든 서술형 문항에 키워드별 분류 기능을 추가하여 교원의 자기 발전의 자료로 활용하도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템은 학교 교육의 질 향상 및 공교육에 대한 신뢰를 제고하는데 기여할 수 있다.

컴퓨터 및 네트워크 기술의 발전은 대학 교육에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹/멀티미디어를 통한 통계교육용 통합 소프트웨어 iSTAT을 소개한다. 이 소프트웨어는 통계 초보자들을 위한 교육의 일환으로 전통적인 강의 동영상과 전자책(e-book)을 포함하고 있고, 아울러 복잡한 통계이론의 이해를 돕기 위해 고안된 통계강의 보조시스템 CATS와 통계자료분석 실습용 통계패키지 S-Link, 그리고 배운 이론에 대한 평가 모듈이 있다. 이밖에도 관련 이론에 대한 유용한 웹사이트에 링크를 할 수 있다. 이 종합 시스템을 초보자에게 제공함으로서 통계라는 학문을 보다 쉽고 실제 응용이 가능한 학문으로 보급되기를 기대한다.

Recently, there is change the environment of education due to development of Science Technology Specially, As education information on web increased by internet, using education web data by mean of medium that aids learning by computer. Also It studied method that used the Computer as learning medium through the CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction), ICAI(Intelligent CAI), and ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System). But legacy system are not support efficient method that learns to vary learner suitable learning method by individual level. Specially It is not suitable the education course to direct current course of education, and not consider different of student capability, aptitude, need, interesting, not maximized the individual growable power and effect of education. To solve the this problem, our paper suggest the web-based self-directed MITS(Multimedia ITS) that supply the needed the information on web, make the environment that can self-directed learning. To maximized effect of individual learning, our paper structured coursed, characterized, related learning contents in region of numeral at mathematics of primary school. And then integrated contents and class, design and implement the web-based MITS that consist of 4 module to escape from limitation of learner grade, learning time, learning place.

정보화 시대를 살아가는 구성원중 하나인 청각 및 언어 장애인들의 경우, 정보 전달 및 소통이 필요한 일상 생활은 물론, 교육 현장에서도 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위해 장애인 보조 시스템의 개발이 진행되고 있으나 그 결과는 아직 미미하다. 본 논문은 청각 및 언어 장애인들에게 컴퓨터와의 상호 작용을 통해 정보 전달을 지원할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 더 나은 교육 환경을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 즉, 사이버 공간에서 수화하는 아바타를 통해 정보를 전달하는 시스템을 설계하고 구축한다. 그 첫 번째 단계로써 입력 장치를 통해 받아들인 단어를 자소별로 변환한 뒤, 3D 지화 애니메이션으로 표현하였으며, 이 연구 결과는 수화 아바타 시스템의 기반이 될 것이다.

It is general that the ICAI(Intelligent Computer Assisted Instruction) consists of 4 modules. Export module, Teacher module, Student module and Interface module. In each module construction, there should be some rules to control strategies efficiently and systematically that are related to the texts and assessment instruments, assessment results and evaluation, feedback, etc. It is necessary to use a method to classify the curriculum into sections with units and to represent the identified relationships between them. These relationships are available to all the process of learning, assessment, evaluation and feedback. In this paper, we propose the method to represent these units and relationships as a graph. In addition, we implement an internet-based courseware authoring tool to support the environment in which several expert can construct concurrently the courseware with cooperation between them.

The development of information system and communication gave us new education model, called remote education. And the remote education, being free from constraint of time and space and using various multimedia resources, has helped and substituted public educations, and has enlarged the area because of a lot of advantages and educational possibility compared to public educations. But it is very insufficient to study on analysis system which can analyze the learner and improve the educational process compared to various contents and education methods. In this study, we realized web-based item pool system which can remove the inefficiency of making duplicated and one-time used questions and which can manage and evaluate learners' achievements more efficiently. This program can give us quality improvement of remote education by raising efficiency of production with various pattern of paper making and item pool type management of items made and by executing high quality analysis with various pattern to the learner.
