The reactive web service provides a related word recommendation system using the TextRank algorithm and a word-based idea generation service selected by the user. In the related word recommendation system, the method of weighting each word using the TextRank algorithm and the probability output method using SoftMax are discussed. The idea generation service discusses the idea generation method and the artificial intelligence reinforce-learning method using mini-GPT. The reactive web discusses the linkage process between React, Spring Boot, and Flask, and describes the overall operation method. When the user enters the desired topic, it provides the associated word. The user constructs a mind map by selecting a related word or adding a desired word. When a user selects a word to combine from a constructed mind-map, it provides newly generated ideas and related patents. This web service can share generated ideas with other users, and improves artificial intelligence by receiving user feedback as a horoscope.

In this study, we develop a RSS-based educational information system for providing users, such as teachers, students, and parents of students with an adapted information. In order to collect an educational information from diverse web pages we design a web-based RSS reader. The RSS reader reads RSS files from the web sites or blogs which provide RSS feeds and then creates XML documents. The created XML documents are classified and registered into the system. Whenever the registered web-pages are updated, the system can automatically collect the updated information and provide the user with it. Therefore the user can be provided a real-time adapted educational information without searching web-sites from the system.

본 논문에서는 한국사회에서 미래 100년 동안 사회 경제 분야의 가장 중요한 핵심 문제로 대두되어질 다문화가정과 관련하여 IT와 융합된 전자책 시스템을 기반으로 자녀교육에 대한 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 7개국의 유명한 전래동화책을 수집, 분석하고 번역하여 다국어 전자책으로 제작하고 서적, CD, 웹사이트, 스마트폰을 이용하여 세계 각국의 다문화가정 교육모델로 제시하고 서비스한다. 구현되어진 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국내 다문화가정 어린이의 이중 언어 교육을 통하여 부모와 연계된 다문화 시대의 문화적 언어적 문제를 해결하며 다문화 어린이들의 글로벌 마인드 함양 및 다문화를 기반으로 한 사회적 통합을 추진하며 세계 최고수준의 유비쿼터스 인터넷 인프라 기반 서비스를 통하여 전자책 서비스의 글로벌 표준을 제시한다. 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국가지원과제 신청을 통하여 지역사회를 통한 복지 분야 행정시스템을 기반으로 무료 보급하며 2011년 독일에서 개최되는 국제도서전에 출품하여 글로벌 보급 활성화와 교육성과에 대한 발표를 추진한다.

Recently, there are various reports on the case of using an Online Judge(OJ) system that enables students to develop problem solving abilities based on algorithms and programming. If informatics teachers and prospective informatics teachers have the ability to build and operate these systems for their school and students, they will be equipped with powerful instructional competencies related to computational thinking and problem solving ability. Therefore, this paper studied how to build and customize HUSTOJ-based open source online judge systems for school informatics education, and suggested the direction to apply it effectively at the school.

In the early stage of Web-based Instruction, it didn't gain preference in spite of it's benefit of convenience. The main reason is, I think, the lack of generality at the education system which eventually results in unsatisfactory facilities compared with the requirement of teachers and students. And the early systems don't make good use of the plenty data in distributed environment, and don't show so good reliablity due to lack of systematic design and development. In this paper, we suggest WBI developing technology using the concept of WBSE. WBI developing is consist of component of pre-developed education software, integration of component using its reusability, and production of more requirement-satisfactory education software.

본 연구는 언어 교육용 프로그램을 개발하는 저작도구9authoring tool)와 학생들이 자율적으로 학습할 수 있는 지능형 컴퓨터 교사시스템(ITS : Intelligent Tutoring System)으 로 구성된 지능형 학습환경(Intelligent Learning Environment)을 설계한다. 특히, 범용시스 템에서 제공되는 불필요한 기능들을 제거하고 언어교육에 필요한 기능만을 가진 간편한 저 작도구의 설계와, 인공지능 기법을 이요하여 학생 개개인의 지식수준에 따라 차별화하여 지 능적으로 교육할 수 있는 지능형 교사시스템의 구성 방법을 제안한다.

컴퓨터를 활용한 원격교육은 컴퓨터의 발달과 인터넷의 고속화로 인하여 다양한 분야에서 시작하고 있다. 원격교육은 널리 활용되고 있지만 이에 대한 평가에서는 문제점을 지닌다. 부정행위의 감시와 문제의 오류에 대한 즉각적인 대처 둥의 문제점 때문에 원격으로 평가가 행해지지 못하고 현재 학교 등에서 행해지는 평가와 유사한 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 올바른 학생 평가를 위해서 현재 학생의 상태를 전송하고 교수는 학생의 상태에 따라서 부정행위 여부 등을 판단할 수 있으며 문제의 오류를 실시간으로 보정하여 문제의 공정성을 향상시킨 시스템을 제안한다.

문맥/상황 또는 사용자의 개방/공유/참여에 따라 연관된 내용 또는 전체 내용이 복합적으로 변화하고 다양한 이질적인 데이터가 결합된 동적 적응형 콘텐츠를 출판하기 위해서는 시맨틱 매쉬업 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 신문/잡지의 뉴스 콘텐츠를 링크드 데이터로 변환해서, 시맨틱 기술을 활용해 출판할 수 있는 전자출판 시스템을 제안한다.
