현대 사회는 미래의 지식과 정보의 시대에 대비한 인재를 양성하기 위해서 컴퓨터교육에 대한 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있다. 이에 제7차 교육과정에서도 컴퓨터 교육의 활성화를 위하여 연간 34시간 이상 컴퓨터를 교육하도록 명시하고 있지만 가장 기초적이라 할 수 있는 초등학교에서의 컴퓨터 교육이 교사들에 의해 제대로 시행되고 있지 않고 있으며, 그에 대한 교사들의 인식과 실태를 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 컴퓨터과학 교육 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 정보통신윤리 개정 지침안에 대한 교사 교육이 의무화되어야 하며, 컴퓨터과학 교수학습 방법 및 교육과정 운영에 필요한 프로그램의 기능 연수가 개설되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 정보통신기술 교재 교사용 지도서가 전문화, 체계화 되어야 한다. 셋째, 컴퓨터과학 교육을 수업 현장에서 쉽게 실현할 수 있는 다양한 자료를 개발하여 보급해야 한다. 넷째, 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육 과정의 재정비가 필요하다.

이 연구는 국내 초등학교에서 실시되고 있는 방과후 컴퓨터교육의 운영을 조사하고 문제점을 체계적으로 분석하고 파악함으로써 방과후 컴퓨터교육의 개선방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 방과후 컴퓨터교육에 관련한 문헌조사 및 컴퓨터교육의 운영에 대한 CIPP평가모형을 적용한 설문조사, 지도교사 집단면담 등을 토대로 방과후 컴퓨터교육의 운영성과를 분석했다. 연구결과, 현행 방과후 컴퓨터교육은 대체로 바람직하게 운영되고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 각 평가항목별 구체적인 분석결과 수준별 고려여부(학생:M=2.35, 교사:M=2.70), 시설 및 기자재(학생:M=2.25, 교사:M=2.20), 복리후생 여건(학생:M=2.28, 교사:M=2.50), 교재구성(학생:M=2.51, 교사:M=2.65), 맞춤형 수준별 전략(학생:M=2.90,교사: M=2.45) 등의 분야는 미흡하다고 인식하는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 집단면담 결과를 토대로 교육현장 요구 반영, 과정별 차이를 고려한 목표 제시, 새로운 교육 과정의 개발이 필요, 강사 전문성 기준의 재정립, 교재 구성 및 유용성 제고, 래포(rapport) 형성과 개인별 맞춤형 수업 가능성, 성찰과정을 강조하는 평가, 통합 커뮤니티 구축 가능성 모색, 방과후 컴퓨터 수업 개선을 위한 연계 방안 필요성 등을 고려해야 하며, 각종 방과후 컴퓨터교육 운영에의 저해요인(컴퓨터관련 각종 규정, 학생들의 참여의지 부족, 예산 및 인력부족 등)등을 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 초등학교 방과후 컴퓨터교육에 대한 양적 질적 성과분석 결과를 바탕으로 차세대 방과후 컴퓨터 교육의 개발을 위한 총론적 개선방안 제시는 물론, 구체적인 차세대 방과후 컴퓨터교육의 개발연구가 필요하다.

현재 우리는 정보화 시대를 살아가고 있다. 정보화 시대를 주도하고 있는 컴퓨터는 이제 우리가 배워야 할 필수 요건이 되고 있다. 급변하는 정보화 시대에 발맞추어 나가기 위해 우리나라뿐만이 아니라 전 세계에서 컴퓨터 교육이 실시되어 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 초등학교에서 정보화 교육을 위한 컴퓨터 수업이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 그 실태를 파악하고, 그 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 먼저 우리나라 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육의 목표와 필요성, 역사, 현 컴퓨터 교육과정의 특징, 우리나라 컴퓨터 교육 과정의 변화를 살펴보았으며, 컴퓨터 교육의 연계성을 알아보기 위해 중학교 컴퓨터 교육과정과 초등학교 교육과정을 비교, 분석하였다. 그리고 초등학교 선생님들이 컴퓨터 수업에 어려움을 겪고 있고, 그로 인해 발생되는 문제점들의 해결 방안을 컴퓨터 전담제로 제시하기 위하여 초등학교에서의 컴퓨터 전담제를 실시하고 있는 한 학교와 그렇지 못한 환경의 학교의 학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 컴퓨터 교육의 실태를 비교${\cdot}$분석하였다.

In order to study on improvement of a composition of the computer education curriculum for the universities of education, we analyzed the operating situation of the computer education curriculums of the 10 universities across the country by dividing the curriculums into 3 types, such as a general education course, specialization course and advanced course. In addition, we did a survey on the information utilization abilities of the first year students of Jeonju National University of Education. The suggestions for designing effective computer education in the curriculum of the universities of education were proposed.

우리나라에서 컴퓨터 교과는 아직 교육내용 뿐만 아니라 교과로써의 체계마저도 불분명하다. 지금까지 학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보통신기술교육이라는 이론으로 양적 팽창에만 치중해 왔으며 초등학교에서는 재량 활동으로 컴퓨터 교육을 의무화 하고 있지만 그 학습 내용은 교사의 재량에 의해 편중되는 경향을 보여 국민공동기본교육의 목적에 충분히 부합하지 못한다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 교육의 효율성을 증대하고자 초등학교에서 컴퓨터를 독립교과로 적용할 것을 제안하기 위한 사전 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 교육현장에서 컴퓨터 교육을 정보통신기술교육의 교육과정, 컴퓨터 재량활동, 실과의 컴퓨터 관련단원으로 분석 대상을 나누어 문제점 알아보고, 교사와 아동을 대상으로 한 실태 조사를 동해 이를 검증하였으며, 외국의 컴퓨터 교육과정의 운영과 비교하고 교사와 아동의 요구에 부합하도록 현실성 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 정보과 교사 역량 개선 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보과 관련 교사자격증 표시과목 제구조화 방안과 함께 개선된 재구조화 방안에 따른 현직교사의 교육 요구도를 산출하고 이를 바탕으로 구체적인 교원 연수 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 정보과 관련 표시과목 재구조화 방안에 따른 관련 법령 개정의 필요성을 제시하였다.

제 7차 교육과정에서 상업계 고등학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 처리에 관한 기초 전문 지식과 기술을 습득하게 하여 정보화 시대에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 개발하여 우수한 직업인이 될 수 있는 소양을 기르는데 초점을 두고 있으나 현재의 컴퓨터 관련 교육과정은 이를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시대가 요구하는 방향에 따라 정보통신 관련 교과목을 필수로 하여 멀티미디어, 웹 프로그래밍, 데이터베이스 등의 다양한 교과목을 추가하는 교육과정을 제안한다. 제안된 교육과정은 현재 상업계 교육과정을 향후 교과목별 단원 및 학년별 단위 시수 편성과 조정 등의 개선 방안을 제공하는데 있다.

With the rapid development of computer and IT industry, the education related to computer come to need computer need sincerely the system of an education and transform of a method in order to rear experienced people. With the publication of legal support of professional educational training promotional rule and high educational enforcement's rule and 'Educational reformation plan for establishing a new educational system (II)', associated actions between a vocational high schools and technical colleges are being conducted together. But there have rarely been researches which operates successfully the computer curriculum between vocational high school and technical colleges. Accordingly the purpose of this research is proposed to improve the associated actions of the two schools.

The present study attempted to explore the possibility of improvement of the computer education curriculum in graduate school of education in Korea. This study compared the computer education curriculum in graduate school of education in Korea with the ICT PGCE in the UK. The results of the study are as follows: All 5graduate school of education regarded their role as producers of teachers and teacher re-trainers. It is necessary to identify characteristic educational curriculum by their different role. The courses for subject content were more important than those for subject pedagogy. The subject pedagogy such as teaching and learning theories related to the computer education should be selected more frequently as the subject content. The course mainly consisted of only four weeks field experience. For potential computer teachers, it should be emphasized to practice fields works in schools.

The youth with developmental disorders have substantial limitations in intellectual capacities and adaptive behaviors. For them to live independently as members of the local society after they graduate from high school, a continuous education in consideration of individual and environmental differences should be accompanied. The computer education can be a useful tool in their integration into the local society by 'Expansion of universality and the equality of education'. Particularly, the computer education as a transitional educational process can be of practical help for them to sustain independent and daily lives in the adult world. In this regard, this writing reviews 1) the integration into the local society of the youth with developmental disorders and the transitional education, 2) the significance and meaning of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders, and 3) the status of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders to present improvements for the computer education of the youth with development disorders.
