본 논문은 디지털 TV방송 서비스를 중심으로 디지털 TV 방송 서비스 수익모텔을 도출하고 이를 T-commerce의 주요 어플리케이션과 매핑시켜 수익주체별 어플리케이션 통합전략 수립을 위한 기본 틀을 제시한다. 본 논문은 이를 통해 수익모델과 T-commerce의 통합적 모델을 도출함으로써 사업자별, T-commerce 어플리케이션별 수익모델 전개방향을 제시하며 각 사업별 제공사례를 통합모델의 틀 안에서 살펴본다. 주요 결과를 보면 방송사업자는 프로그램과 관련된 양방향 광고나 시청자와의 적극적인 참여를 활용한 수익창출에 보다 역점을 기울이는 전략이 필요하며 또 한편으로는 컨텐츠 사업자와 미들웨어 사업자와의 전략적 제휴를 통해 플랫폼 사업자로서의 강점을 최대한 활용하여야 할 것이다. 컨텐츠 제공자는 수수료 수익모델 중심에서 탈피하여 적극적인 서비스 제공 수익모델 개발에도 주안점을 두어야 할 것이며 미들웨어 사업자는 시스템 사용료나 컨설팅 둥의 수익모델보다는 양방향 서비스 제공을 겨냥한 새로운 서비스 개발에 역점을 두어야 할 것이다.

국가경제 성장동력으로서 역할이 강조되는 중소기업을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 중소기업 지원체계 개선이 시급하다. 따라서 중소기업지원제도를 (1)융 투자, (2)보증 보험, (3)기술개발, (4)특허인증, (5)판로 수출, (6)인력, (7)창업 벤처, (8)정보화 컨설팅, (9)자영업 유통, (10)대 중소상생협력 지원 등 10개 부문으로 구분하여 지원 유형을 파악하고 유사중복적인 지원실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과 지원부문 중 자금지원, 판로수출, 기술개발 등의 부문에서 유사중복적 지원이 이루어지고 있고, 지원법 제도간의 중복적인 문제와 지원주체의 복잡다기화로 인한 추진체계의 비효율적인 문제를 보였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 중소기업지원에 가장 필요한 것은 현재 지원시책을 중심으로 지원체계와 지원대상, 지원규모 등을 보다 체계화 및 정교화 해야 하며, 지원기관간 협력네트워크 구축과 통합정보시스템을 개선하여 불필요한 유사중복성 지원을 최소화하고, 현행 정책을 점진적으로 개선하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다.

u-라이프 케어 단말기는 생체 정보를 수집하고, 운동을 패턴 별로 분류, 저장하고 일정 시간마다 안드로이드 폰에 블루투스 무선통신을 통해 전송한다. 전송된 정보는 안드로이드 폰 어플리케이션을 통해 확인할 수 있다. u-라이프 케어 단말기는 3축 가속도 센서를 이용하여 활동량을 모니터링한 후 소모한 칼로리를 계산한다. 생체 데이터 마이닝을 통해 건강상태를 판단하고 적절한 맞춤형 운동치료를 컨설팅하게 된다. 생체 정보를 전송할 때 블루투스 무선통신을 통해 안드로이드 폰에 바로 전송하기 때문에 기존의 라이프케어 제품들에서 센싱된 정보를 웹서버에 전송하기 위해 사용되어지는 모바일 게이트웨이나 홈 게이트웨이가 별도로 필요치 않다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

Of school buildings, university building requires various case analysis unlike buildings in the elementary, middle and high schools in accordance with its characteristic for variables such as characteristic of department, construction structure and material, the number of persons admitted and schedule. Through the case research on the 'D' university located in Daejeon, this study made a comparison on the monthly and yearly consumption of gas and electricity of the most recent 3 years and implemented analysis on the usage pattern and standby power of air conditioning and heating by the hour and month using PCCS(Power Consumption Consulting System) as respects electricity that is considered to have a possibility of energy-saving. The result of analysis showed that enormous amount of electric power was used during the night time for freeze protection and burst in winter season and standby power was increased in winter season as a result.

현대글로비스는 현대자동차 그룹 계열 종합물류유통기업으로 첨단 정보시스템과 선진 물류기술을 활용해 국내 국제물류, 해상운송, 물류컨설팅 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문업체이다. 또한 최근에는 물류는 물론 유통, 자원개발 및 자원순환을 활용한 친환경 경영 인프라를 구축해나가고 있다. 이번에 소개되는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 현대글로비스의 핵심 사업이라 할 수 있는 해외공장 자동차 조립생산용 부품(KD: KNOCK DOWN) 공급사업을 전문으로 하는 사업장이다. 2004년 11월 현대자동차 아산공장 인근 인주지방산업단지 내에 준공된 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 임직원 50명과 협력사 인원 300명 등 총 350영의 인력을 갖추고 KD사업의 본산지로 자리매김해 나가고 있다. 실제로 이곳 센터는 발주에서 포장, 운송은 물론 현지에서의 내륙운송 및 보관 등 KD물류에 대한 종합서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 자동차조립생산용 부품을 국내외 협력사로부터 조달해 전 세계로 운송 판매하고 있는 만큼 근로자의 안전보건이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 여기에 더해 세계 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 부품 물류산업을 선도하는 기업인만큼 이곳의 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 글로벌 물류기업으로 비상하고 있는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터 찾아가봤다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

In modern society, UAM (Urban Air Mobility) transportation system is being developed as an alternative to urban traffic congestion and environmental problems, and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) is a combination of vertical take-off and landing function and electric power. It is attracting attention as an innovative next-generation transportation method as an eco-friendly alternative that reduces noise and air pollution by providing efficient mobility within the city. Since eVTOL development requires designing and implementing airframes suitable for various mission purposes, the power system needs to be developed as a platform concept before airframe development. In this study, we empirically proposed a test bench concept equipped with a stable power supply and an efficient control system, essential in developing a power platform with a combined function in the form of a fuselage and module type specialized for various mission purposes. The proposed drivetrain platform test bench consists of a system verifying the stable take-off and landing software and a power platform adjusting the motor's thrust. It will serve as a verification system that can be developed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, which are techniques for management innovation to secure competitiveness of small and medium-sized manufacturers, on management performance as economic uncertainties increase and non-face-to-face culture spread. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that maintain ISO certification. As a result of the study, first, it was found that planning had a positive effect on management performance among the requirements of the quality management system. Second, it was found that improvement among the requirements of the quality management system had a positive effect on management performance. Third, in the relationship between the requirements of the quality management system and management performance, leadership was found to have a complete mediating effect on planning. This means that the CEO plays a large role in establishing strategies for companies to gain a competitive advantage and will contribute to establishing all measures.

본 연구는 2016년 문화영향평가 시행과정에서 나타난 다양한 이슈와 문제점을 분석하고 평가 단계별 개선점을 도출하는 것이다. 분석결과 문화영향평가제도를 시행함에 있어서 평가지표가 일반 사람들이 이해하기 어려운 점, 사전평가는 미비한 사업계획서와 판단할 수 있는 근거자료가 부족하다는 점, 다양한 방법론 보다는 설문조사를 중심으로 평가를 진행한 사례가 많다는 점, 평가척도와 가중치 적용의 문제점, 평가결과의 활용보다는 평가 그 자체에 다소 치중되어 있다는 점 등이 지적되었다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로는, 먼저 평가기획단계에서는 사업시행 전, 사업진행, 사업완료 시점에 따라 평가결과를 비교하여 결과를 도출하는 방식을 도입하고, 또한 평가대상 정책 사업의 담당자와 평가기관이 공동으로 평가지표를 개발하며, 시스템다이내믹스와 같은 인과적 추론을 위한 지표개발이 필요할 것으로 보았다. 평가추진단계에서는 주민참여 다각화, 풍부한 사례조사, 계량적 방법론의 적용 등 복합적 방법론을 도입하고, 기술과 지식이 풍부한 전문가 평가단을 좀 더 운영하고 활용할 필요가 있다는 것을 제안하였다. 평가활용단계에서는 인과관계를 파악할 수 있는 방법론을 활용함으로써 활용성을 제고시키면서, 평가결과를 기반으로 하여 철저하게 컨설팅을 제공할 필요가 있다는 점이다.
