농촌관광 관계마케팅의 고객만족에 대한 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 관계마케팅은 장기적 시각에서 고객요구 및 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 제공하고 고객과의 관계를 강화시키는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있는 개념이다. 국가의 지원에 의존하던 과거 프레임을 벗어나 농촌관광이 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 관계마케팅의 강화가 무엇보다 필요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 농촌관광 방문고객을 대상으로 설문한 자료를 기초로 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 인과관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌관광의 실행요인들 중 고객화, 전문성, 커뮤니케이션, 유대는 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 표준화계수의 크기를 기초로 판단할 때 유대, 커뮤니케이션, 고객화, 전문성 순으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose of this research is that examine closely relation about if communication between common people expense formation constituent affects some formation result, that understand common people guard's formation and raise efficiency of business through these is to supply the pabulum naturally in common people expense formation's development. Conclusion of construed data is as following in reply. First, communication by society statistics of demography special quality is difference. Second, formation result by society statistics of demography special quality is difference. Third, communication influences in job satisfaction. That is, communication is affecting more job satisfaction than formation outside communication in formation. Fourth, communication influences in formation immersion. That is, formation outside communication is affecting more sentimentalize immersion than communication in formation.

  • The objective of this research is to find out the effect of service provider nonverbal attributes on customer evaluation in service recovery stage. Results showed that first, the better kinesics of service provider, the more satisfaction in service recovery stage. Second, the better service providers have physical appearance, the more revisit intention. But both the kinesics and physical appearance have not an effect on recommendation intention. This paper discussed theoretical and practical focusing on nonverbal attributes of service providers.

The Effects of Conflict Management Strategies and Communication Competence on Relational Outcomes (갈등관리전략과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 상호관계에 미치는 영향)

  • The major goal of this study is to examine the relation between conflict management strategies and communication competences and the relation between communication competences and relational outcomes of actors in conflict communication situations. Some of the major findings are as follows; 1. The integrate strategy has some positive correlation with communication competences. But escape strategy has some negative correlations with them. It means that the actors who have integrate strategy seems to be evaluated their communication competences highly and the others who have escape strategy seems to be evaluated them lowly. 2. The communication competences have some positive correlations with the relational outcomes such as variables of intimacy, trust and relational satisfaction after conflict. This means the actors evaluate others' communication competences highly intend to have more intimacy, trust and relational satisfaction after conflicts. 3. The communication competence intermediate the conflict management strategy and relational outcomes after conflict. It means that relational outcomes after conflict depend on partners' recognitions of actors communication competence. In sort the present study demonstrates that it is important to improve communication competences in order to get some productive output in conflict interpersonal communication situation.

Introduction of Explanation Meeting in Cadaveric Dissection Using Communication Skill : Correlation between Self-Evaluation Factor and Academic Achievement of Medical Students (의사소통기술을 활용한 해부설명회 적용 후 의학전문대학원생의 자기평가요인과 학업성취도 상관관계 분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 해부학 실습 교육과정에 해부설명회를 도입에 따른 의학전문대학원생들의 자기평가요인(만족도, 전공 연계성, 운영 적절성, 의사소통)과 학업성취도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 2008-2009학년도 1학기 해부학 실습 교육을 받은 의학전문대학원생들(n=102)이 일부 수업시간을 활용하여 해부설명회에 참가하였고, 보건 의료 계통의 학부생들에게 사체를 활용하여 인체 구조에 대한 설명과 토론을 마친 후 설문지와 소감문을 작성하게 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자기 평가 요인들을 분석하였고, 2008-2009 학년도 해부학 성적과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 설문 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 자기 평가 요인을 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 과거 경험 유무 등의 일반적 특성과 상관없이 만족도, 전공 연계성, 운영 적절성, 언어적 및 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 모두에서 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 자기 평가 요인 중 학업성취도와 높은 상관관계를 갖는 요인은 언어적 커뮤니케이션이었다(p<0.05). 또한 언어적 커뮤니케이션은 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과도 높은 상관관계를 가졌다(r=0.580, p<0.01). 결론적으로 커뮤니케이션 기법을 활용한 해부설명회의 도입은 의전원 학생들에게 심화 학습의 기회를 제공하였고 학습동기를 유발시키며, 적극적인 학습태도를 갖게 하였다. 아울러 커뮤니케이션에 대한 중요성을 깨닫게 되었고, 타 전공자와의 상호교류를 통한 학문적 이해의 폭이 확대되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진행과정에 나타난 문제점을 보완하고 개선한다면 해부학 실습의 개선 방안으로서 해부설명회의 활용가치가 충분하다고 판단되었다.

  • This purpose of study was to Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on Judo coach by studying what effects of location and use factor on trainee satisfaction. The survey was done through 350 copies and excluding 11 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 339(96.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, multiple regression. The result of this study were as follows. First, management, location, coach, trainee value, facility, communication in Judo gym location and use factors showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Second, Program operation, Gym quit use, Whether or not to insure in management factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Third, Coach credibility in coach factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Forth, Member communication in communication factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Fifth, Wholesome leisure, Athletic ability improving in trainee value factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Sixth, main facility level, additional facility level in facility factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Seventh, Visibility in location factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. And location type(station area, residential district, commercial area) of Judo gym showed (+) effect on management, trainee value, location, communication, facility.

  • The diffusion of smartphone has make people engaged in communication with mobile messenger in everyday life. To understand the rapid growth of mobile messenger usage, this study investigates the unique features of mobile messenger services as communication media. Based on the media synchronicity theory and literature about online communication, we identify the functional and emotional features of mobile messenger. In particular, this study demonstrates that functional and emotional features of mobile messenger would influence intimacy and fatigue. Also, intimacy and fatigue, as mediating variables, have an impact on user satisfaction and commitment toward mobile messenger service. The results of this study provide practical implications for mobile messenger providers and users which attempt to facilitate positive effect such as intimacy among users and reduce negative effect such as fatigue on mobile messenger communication.

Convergence Effects of Perceived Value of Work and Organizational Communication Satisfaction on Nursing Confidence of Nurses in Convalescent Hospital (국내 요양병원 간호사의 일가치감과 조직커뮤니케이션 만족이 간호역량에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • The study aimed to identify convergence effects of nurses' competence of convalescent hospitals. During from July 2019 to August 2019, data were collected from 161 nurses of 8 convalescent hospitals in D city using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN 25.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise Multiple regression. The findings showed that nursing confidence of nurses at convalescent hospitals was explained 55% by value of work, organizational communication satisfaction, graduate school, no experience of leave of absence, and two shifts work type. The results indicate that to promote nursing competence of participants, it is necessary to improve value of work and organizational communication satisfaction and to provide job training program for re-employed nurses or to graduate school.

The Effect of Task-Conflict on Job Attitudes : The Mediating Effects of Communication (과업갈등이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction), focusing on the mediating effects of supervisory communication & co-worker communication. Recently, the importance of communication as a research topic has been increasing. According to prior research, communication satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance. However, studies which take into account the different types of communication are lacking. Therefore, this study considered two types of communication (supervisory communication and coworker communication). A research model and hypotheses were developed in order to examine the theoretical research issues and questions. The sample consisted of 280 survey data drawn from employees in firms located in Korea. The data was analyzed by the statistical packages, SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 for Windows. The findings of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on organizational commitment & job satisfaction. Therefore, H1a & H1b are supported. Secondly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on supervisory communication. Therefore, H2a is supported. However, it did not have a significant effect on co-worker communication. Hence, H2b is not supported. Thirdly, as regards the mediating effect of supervisory communication, it was found that supervisory communication mediated the effect of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction). Therefore, H3a & H3b are supported. Finally, the mediating effect of co-worker communication was not significant. Therefore, none of the sub-hypotheses of H4 are supported. Based on these findings, this study suggested directions for future research.
