  • In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support process for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.

  • Unlike the feature of SNS, which strengthens two-way communication and promotes interaction through consistent on/off line identity management, passive use of Facebook to unilaterally accept other people's opinions is being strengthened, and more people tend to use Facebook anonymously or pseudonym to enjoy freedom of expression. To illustrate this transformative use behavior, this study suggests an integrated model including psychological and behavioral variables such as self-esteem, real name use, and opinion expression to explore the effect on social relationship value perception and satisfaction. Studies have shown that self-esteem affects the use of real names and self-exposure, and that the satisfaction and sustainability of relationships have increased as real-name users expose more information about themselves.

A Study on the Communication Styles and satisfaction between Adolescents and Mothers, Perceived by Adolescents (청소년기 자녀가 지각한 어머니와의 커뮤니케이션 유형 및 만족도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out significant factors which have effects on the communition styles and adolescents' satisfaction in communication through the investigation of the communication styles between adolescents and mothers and the degree of adolescents' satisfaction in communication. The subjects of this study were 44 high school students in Seoul Statistical methods emploid to analyze the data were percentage, frequency, mean, X2-test, F-test and multiple regression. The results were as follows; 1) The communication styles between adolescents and mothers were divided into 4 grpups, and the proportion of these 4 groups were mutual open style 40.3% mutual closed style 34.5%, adolescent closed-mother open style 13.1% and adolescent open-mother closed style 12.2%. 2) Factors influencing the communication styles were sex (p<.001), communication time (p<.001) and atomosphere of families(p<.001). 3) The degree of adolescents' satisfaction in communication were significantly different depending on the communication style (p<.001), sex (p<.001), communication time (p<.001) educational level of father (p<.05), employment status of mother (p<.05), atomosphere of famlies (p<.001) and economic condition of families (p<.001). 4) The most significant variables influencing the degree of adolescents' satisfaction were communication styles and the atomosphere of families. The groups using open communication styles were more satisfied with their communication that the groups using closed communication styles. The female adolescents were more sensitively influenced than male adolescents with these two variables.

  • This study aims to analyze the gap between university students' cognitions and expectations on users' cognitions about dimensions of library staff service quality and the reason of gap. The results showed that the overal service didn't reach the users' minimum expectation. Among the every item of service quality, the greatest expectation service was the quick delivery of non home library materials and staff's politeness. The most great was in-depth subject services and friendly encounter. The staff service quality gave the library satisfaction; in-depth subject services, exact understanding of user needs and politeness. The great gaps were caused to the lack of willingness to answer question, the lack of communication, and the lack of user care etc.

Relations Between Communication Satisfaction and Group Creativity in Organization (조직 구성원의 커뮤니케이션 만족이 인적자원의 집단 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The main purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between communication satisfaction and group creativity. To achieve this purpose, this study has two objectives. First, I will identify the relationship between the satisfaction of communication and idea creation. Second, the relationship between communication satisfaction and problem solving activity will be statistically tested. The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, Statistically significant positive relations were found between the communication satisfaction and idea creation. Especially, sub-construct for supervisor communication$({\beta}=0.14,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.13,\;p<.05)$, individual feedback$({\beta}=0.36,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospect$({\beta}0.31,\;p<.001)$ showed the statistically significant positive(+) relationship with construct in idea creation. Second, the measurement of communication satisfaction had showed statistically significant relationship with the problem solving activity. Especially, communication with supervisor$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospects$({\beta}=0.22,\;p<.001)$, and communication with subordinate$({\beta}=0.37,\;p<.001)$ showed the significant positive(+) relationship with problem solving activity construct. These consequences suggest that communication satisfaction of employee is effective in the improving the group creativity in organization. In the conclusion, this study present the satisfaction factor of employee communication as a incremental factor of group creativity.

The Effects of Organizational Communication upon Employees' Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel (호텔 조직의 커뮤니케이션이 종사원의 만족과 이직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated the effects of organizational communication upon employees' job satisfaction and turnover intent at deluxe hotels. The research model was tested with a survey administered to 310 employees, and adequate fit to the data was provided ($x^2=934.651$ (df=221), GFI=.816, NFI=.836, CFI=.869, RMSEA=.098). In the structural equation model, organizational communication (organization integration ${\beta}=.182$) showed a significant (+) influence on job satisfaction. However, personal feedback (${\beta}=-.263$), supervisory communication (${\beta}=-.260$), and organization integration (${\beta}=-.342$) had significant (-) effects on turnover intent. Employee job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.124$) had significant negative effects on employee turnover. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • As the number of Social Network Service (SNS) users has rapidly grown, SNS has become a core tool of the communications in daily life. SNS has also penetrated a variety of decision makings and communications of employees' life in their organizations. In this study, we tried to identify the relationship between the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications and the organizational effectiveness focusing on the characteristics of SNS usages. We analyzed the survey-data from 225 of Mongolian employees who utilize the organizational SNS in their companies. In doing so, we found the followings. First, the characteristics of SNS usages have positive effects on the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications. Second, the organizational effectiveness is positively influenced by the satisfaction of the horizonta-communications. Third, the relationship between the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications and the organizational effectiveness is moderated by the frequency of SNS usage.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between organizational communication satisfaction and organizational conflict for nurses. The research design was correlational survey. Two hundred three nurses recruited from 3 general hospitals in D city. The data collected were analyzed with SPSS/win 18.0 using descriptive methods, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression. The result of this study reported middle levels of organizational communication satisfaction and middle levels of organizational conflict. There were significant positive correlation for organizational communication satisfaction and organizational conflict in the nurses. Significant factors influencing organizational conflict were organizational climate, media quality and personal feedback. Organizational conflict and organizational communication satisfaction management is very important. Based on the study, recommend the following : It is needed that repeat studies and consider to development and education program of the organizational communication satisfaction for nurses in hospital setting.

  • We are living it what is referred to as the Digital Era; a time in which communication through the computer medium has deeply infiltrated our everyday lives and is now equivalent to face-to-face communication. In other words, e-communication is the core factor of knowledge sharing, for not only individuals but also for corporations, and its efficiency has increased gradually. At this time, studies on the factors affecting the outsourcing performance of e-communication channel services are gaining importance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of the system, information, and service quality on the user satisfaction and user trust of e-communication channel outsourcing, as well as the effects of user satisfaction and user trust on the outsourcing performance of both individuals and organizations. In the results of the empirical study, the system, Information, and service quality appear to have a significant effect on both user satisfaction and user trust. In addition, user satisfaction and user trust appear to also have a significant effect on the outsourcing performance of both Individuals and organizations.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 모바일 헬스케어 앱의 사용자 경험 요인을 분석하여 제안하는 데 있다. 의료 관련 앱은 주로 의료 서비스 제공자 중심의 기능으로 디자인되어 개인의 서비스 접근성이 낮으며, 데이터 활용에 대한 고려가 부족하다. 개인이 주도적으로 건강 데이터를 활용하기 위해서는 개인 - 건강 데이터 커뮤니케이션을 고려한 앱 개발이 필수적이며, 이와 관련된 사용자 경험을 평가하는 도구가 필요하다. 먼저 문헌 조사를 통해 사용 편의성, 사용 만족도, 정보 구조, 유용성, 정보 품질, 심미성 6가지 사용자 경험 요인을 수집하였다. 이후, '나의건강기록' 앱을 대상으로 사용자 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 모바일 헬스케어 앱 사용자 경험에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하였다. 심층인터뷰 결과, 사용자 경험 요인에 정보의 이해용이성 요인이 새롭게 도출되었다. 정보의 이해용이성은 건강 정보를 알기 쉽게 제공하여, 사용자들이 어려움 없이 정보를 이해할 수 있는 능력을 의미하고 건강정보이해능력과 관련이 높다. 각 도출된 요인은 정보 주체(사용자)의 편의성, 활용성, 유지율을 높일 수 있는 모바일 헬스케어 앱을 디자인하는 데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
