본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비한 인천글로벌캠퍼스 도서관의 종합운영계획 수립을 위한 기초연구로, 인천글로벌캠퍼스 학생을 대상으로 현재 도서관의 현황 및 만족도, 수요도 조사를 실시하고 이를 기반으로 향후 종합운영계획수립 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 장서의 경우 지속적인 장서 확충을 위한 중장기적 계획이 필요하며, 특히 전공 관련 장서 확충이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 둘째 서비스의 경우, 이용자들의 연구단계별 맞춤형 정보서비스, 연구자 맞춤정보서비스, 학과전담 연구지원서비스 등을 제공하여 이용자들의 연구를 지원해야 하며, 정보활용교육프로그램 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 공간 부분의 경우, IGC 이용자들은 학습 및 연구 공간에 대한 요구도가 매우 높게 나타나, 향후 공간 재구성을 통해 이용자들이 원하는 교육 및 관련 공간 개선이 필요하며, 학습 공간 확대와 더불어 토론 및·협업 활동, 세미나, 휴식 등 학생들의 삶과 밀접한 장소로서의 창의 협업 공간 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 홈페이지 및 정보시스템과 관련하여 홈페이지 활성화를 위해서는 가장 우선적으로 홈페이지 내에 이용자들이 원하는 다양한 콘텐츠 및 최신성을 갖춘 자료 확충이 필요하며, 이와 함께 국내 전자저널 및 DB 제공 계획이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

오늘날 대학환경은 과거에 비해 급변해 가고 있다. 특히, 대학경영의 어려움을 극복하기 위해서 경쟁력 강화 방안과 이미지 제고와 같은 중장기 발전계획을 수립하고 있다. 이에 많은 대학에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 (Ubiquitous-Campus) 구축을 통한 대외적인 대학이 미지 제고와 학생에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스에 대한 기대가 커지고 있음에도 불구하고, 현재의 시스템은 학생들의 IT(Information Technology) 실태를 파악하지 못했거나 활용실태 분석을 위 한 기본환경을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 기술 중심적인 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 구축 되어야만하며, 이에 못지않게 학생의 IT 인프라 활용분석과 새롭게 요구되는 서비스 구축을 통해 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델이 요구되고 있는 실정이지만, 급변해 가고 있는 대학환경에서 최적화된 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델을 구현하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 구축의 핵심요소인 학습자 분석을 위한 통합분석 데이터베이스 기반의 U-학습, U-취업, U-출력, 개인정보 제공이력 서비스를 통해서 학생이 중심이 되는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델에 대해 연구하였다.

최근 대학의 교육 환경은 교육 여건과 IT 인프라의 발전을 기반으로 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 특히 대학의 경쟁력 제고와 대학 이미지 개선을 목표로 중장기 발전계획을 도모하고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 단계적인 과정으로 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스를 구축하고 있으며, 교육 서비스의 확대와 IT 기술의 발전을 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 현재 구축되고 있는 서비스 환경은 실수요자를 위한 효율적인 서비스가 제공되지 못하고 있으며, 신기술의 도입이나 연구개발을 통한 테스트베드의 성격이나 원활한 서비스 운영에만 집중되어 있다. 또한 급변하는 대학 환경에서 새롭게 요구되고 있는 교육 콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 구성원 중심의 최적화된 모델을 구현하는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 구성원 중심의 효율적인 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 취업 서비스 모델을 제시한다. 제시한 모델을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 구축의 핵심요소인 구성원 중심의 u-리쿠르트, 캠퍼스 안내 모바일서비스 등을 통하여 구성원이 실질적으로 필요로 하는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 서비스 모델을 구성할 수 있다.

In this rapidly changing environment in 21st century, countries around the world interact closely with one another to respond to changes. Universities are not an exception in this trend. As the home of knowledge, universities are exercising more influence on the state and local communities than before as well as being asked to come up with new requirements to respond to such changes. The study aims to derive new concept of sustainable green campus planning based on theories and researches of university facilities planning and campus planning to respond to university's needs for sustainable growth, enhanced competitiveness and globalization. Through the case study of green campuses, this study analyzes the types and characteristics of green campuses, and redefines the elements of its architectural planning. Design elements drawn by centered architectural design are classified, and this research presents the new concept of campus planning by using this classified elements. This is a new concept of campus planning application as a prototype, and in the further study, a variety of examples and detailed sector research is required.

Nowadays, the concept of outdoor campus is different from the past. U-Campus with a well-developed high-speed computer network is no longer a constraint on the campus interior and exterior spaces. From this point of view, today's large-scale university outdoor spaces need to be changed from a simple green space. The university campus outdoor spaces need to be changed into a new concept space. This study analyzed the changes in academic activities and preferences of college students who are users of university campus outdoor spaces and it is aimed at space planning that reflects the preference. The university campus should be remodified through changes in students' behaviors. Participants in this study were four different departments students (Social science, Physical education, Natural science and Engineering). The preference results of 17 items were analyzed. As a result of this preference analysis, we found that there is a difference in preference among students belonging to four different departments students. In conclusion, this study will propose that the preferences of each college should be considered in planning the outdoor rest spaces of university campus.

본 논문은 중소 바이오 연료 기업의 공급 사슬 망이 기존 화석연료업체와 경쟁하기 위해, 최소의 비용으로 수요에 대응할 수 있는 공급 계획을 수립할 수 있는방법론을 제안한다. 최소비용으로 공급하기 위해 수요처들 사이의 최적 경로와 공급량을 동시에 고려하여 공급 계획을 수립하였다. 이렇게 수립된 모델의 해를계산하기 위해 진화론적 방법을 이용하였다. 제안된 방법론을 이용할 때 중소기업의 어려움을 고려하여 과도한 투자비의 부담이 큰 상용 소프트웨어 대신 문제고유의 특성을 고려하여 최적 경로를 계산할 수 있다. 서울의 각 지역별로 바이오 연료를 공급하는 사례를 통해 제안된 방법을 수치적으로 설명하였다.

지리정보데이터는 공간개념을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 대부분 2차원 평면 위주의 공간 자료로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 GIS 데이터는 2차원 평면위주의 공간자료보다 3차원 공간자료를 기반으로 한 시각화를 통하여 다차원적인 분석이 가능해지고 있다. 최근 인터넷 환경에서 구동되는 3D GIS의 중요성이 인식되기 시작하였고, 3D GIS는 초기에는 지형을 단순히 3차원 가시화 하는 기능 위주에서 최근 3차원 지형분석, 3차원 도시, 3차원 시설물 등의 현실감 있는 모델링과 분석기능을 제공하는 단계는 물론, 가상현실 기능이 강조된 3D GIS까지 등장하는 단계에 이르렀다. 본 연구에서는 GIS 툴(ArcView)을 사용하여 대학캠퍼스의 부지, 구조물 및 시설물의 3D GIS를 구축할 수 있었으며 3D 모델링을 통해 다양한 각도에서의 조감도 작정과 경관분석을 행하였고 향후 시설물 확충에 따른 공간활용계획의 기본 자료로서 그 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다 이것은 GIS의 가장 발전적 형태인 Web GIS구축을 위한 인터넷 데이터베이스로서 정보 공유와 조회는 물론 사용자 측면의 분석까지 가능하도록 이용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 추후 웹 GIS 기법을 적용하여 캠퍼스의 3차원 관리를 위해 웹서버를 구축하고 2D를 기반으로 한 인터넷 맵의 한계를 벗어나 3D 모델링으로 웹상에서 사용자에게 다각도의 3차원 공간을 구현함으로써 2차원 데이터와 더불어 3차원 공간영상의 공유가 가능하도록 시도하고자 한다.

Three decades after its establishment in 1946, Seoul National University was transferred to its current location in Gwan-ak District in accordance with the Seoul National University Integration Plan. In the 40 years since Seoul National University transferred to the Gwan-ak area, much quantitative and qualitative growth has taken place, and the university has grown into a world-class research institution. In this process, the campus was expanded externally and internally, and many changes have been made to the campus life bases and facilities which were planned at the beginning of the campus' construction. This study examines the expansion of the facilities at Seoul National University's Gwan-ak campus, as well as the expansion of the campus' boundaries. In addition, through quantitative analysis (Space Syntax), we predicted the location of campus life bases of the present multi-centralized campus and suggested a future developmental direction for the campus.

This study aims to propose design directions for the eco-friendly, sustainable underground campus in terms of integrated design. For this purpose, theoretical investigation, design methodology and quality investigation, analytical case studies on the domestic and foreign underground campus, and user survey for POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) and analysis on the recently built domestic underground campus plans were conducted. As a conclusion, design direction and improvement areas for the synthesized sustainable underground campus plan were proposed. Underground campus plan will be a great alternative for a 21st century sustainable campus if well-developed plans with organized design guidelines are established.

Recently, an active relation between the University and city has become an issue of increasing importance in the field of campus planning. Campus master plan is known as long range development plan, and is not simply an abstract drawing work but definite scaling work procedure. The purpose of this paper is to examine the planning process and relation between university and the region through master plan of master plan of D University and K University which located in Seoul city. From the research which sees master plan of D universities which are presented in existing an instance and K universities master plan did the service blueprint with base and investigated. And both university currently analyzed the situation which is being placed and grasps a problem point, presented that alternative with what kind of method.
